상부 소화관과 유관한 증상을 호소한 환자 4,000예에서 상부 소화관 내시경을 진단목적으로 시행하여 식도, 위십이지장 구부의 점막 병변을 관찰, 일반적인 병변의 빈도와 남 여 성별 및 연령에 따른 주요 점막병변의 빈도를 분석한바 유의한 결과를 얻었던바 보고하고저 한다. Author did clinical evaluation with 4,000 upper gastroitestinal endoscopic finding cases which occured from July, 1979 to May, 1981 Paik Busan Hospital. The following results were obtained. 1.All cases was 4,000 with 2,135 cases of male (53.37%) and 1,865 carses of female (46.60%). 2.The number of esophageal carcinoma was 8 cases (0.2%), 7cases of male. All was in old age group. 3.Stomach mucosal lesions are asfollowing: gastritis, the most common, about 77.50%, ulcer, about 6.25%, carcinoma about 4.00%. 4.Stomach ulcer is about 5 times more frequent among male cases than female. Age distribution is closely related to aging, especially in male. 5.Stomach cancer is occurring about 2 times more in male than female with its frequency 5.29% and 2.52% respectively. In male its frequency is proportional to aging, but in female its frequency is near equal among all age group, and shows more number of young age patients. 6.Duodenitis, about 17.50%, duodenal ulcer, about 7.93% with its frequency. In male the incidence rate of duodenal ulcer is 11.48%, in female, 3.86%. Age distribution is near equal among all age group and has tendency to occure among young age group. 7.In male, the expected ulcer and cancer occurrence is quite closely related to aging, reaching about 45.31% at 6 decade patients.
방사성동위원소 위치에 따른 산업용 SPECT 성능에미치는 영향

Demand of fluid flow visualization has increased in industrial processes, because medicalimaging technology is highly developed. As a part of the industrial process imaging technology,industrial single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) system was developed to measurethe cross-sectional distribution of the process fluid. The SPECT consists of 36 NaI (Tl) detectorswith the hexagonal configuration. Reconstructed images were acquired for various positionsof radioactive source to estimate SPECT device performance. To evaluate the reliability of theexperimental results, the Monte Carlo simulation results are compared with experimental results. In general, the experimental and simulation results were consistent. However, as the source positionwas getting far from the center of the reactor, the accuracy of reconstructed images was compromised. It seems to be due to the inconsistent spatial resolution of the collimators according tothe source position.
방사성추적자를 이용한 수직교반형 소화조의 유동 특성 측정

The flow characteristics of fluid were measured using radioactive tracer in pilot scaledigester with tray motion mixer. In consideration of the detection volume of the detector andthe size of the digester, 20 detectors were installed in the digester. The radioactive tracer eluted8 mCi of 68Ga from 68Ge/68Ga generator was injected into the digester bottom. After radiotracerinjection, the flow pattern was measured on the basis of the initial movement of the tracer untilits diffusion completely. Most of tracer moved to the wall along the bottom of the digester, andthen rose along the wall. The other tracer moved up along the mixer, and then moved to the walldirection along the surface.
