The purpose of this study were to examine differences in the levels of job characteristics, job stress and job satisfaction for fitness club employees and thus provide managerial information that help establish job design for fitness clubs. In order to accomplish such purposes, a survey method was applied with a total of 300 fitness club employees and data collected were analyzed using t-tests and ANOVA with Scheffee post hoc tests. Following findings were derived from current study. First, significant differences existed in job characteristics and job satisfaction in terms of organizational types. Second, significant differences existed in job characteristics and job satisfaction in terms of operating locations. Third, significant differences existed in all three job design factors in terms of employees’ job types and employment types.
태권도장 운영특성에 따른 경영환경 및 시장지향성 차이에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate differences in management environments and market orientation in terms of Taekwondo academy’s operational characteristics. A set of survey questionnaires developed by previous studies was applied and survey was conducted with a total of 200 managers who operated the academy in Jeonnam Area. With 184 usable questionnaires, data were analyzed using t-tests and ANOVA. Accordingly following findings were derived from current study. First, significant differences existed in management environments by operational characteristics including differences in market competition by numbers of trainees, differences in market turbulence, managers’ leadership, managers’ mind and managers’ learning by sizes of academies, differences in market competition, managers’ mind and managers’ learning by locations, and differences in managers’ mind by types of academies. Second, significant differences existed in market orientation by operational characteristics including differences in interfunctional coordination by numbers of trainees, differences in competitors orientation and interfunctional coordination by sizes, differences in infunctional coordination by locations and differences in customer orientation and interfunctional coordination by types of academies.
스포츠이벤트 참가동기, 선택속성, 만족도 및 재방문의도간의 인과관계 분석

The purposes of this study was to analyze causal relationships among participation motivation, selection attributes, satisfaction and revisit intentions in sport events. In order to accomplish such purposes, this study employed a survey methodology with the number of 1200 participants in sport events from 4 regions and then collected 1088 valid questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 and Amos 4.0 programs, and such statistical analyses as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency analysis and were applied along with structural equation modelling. Following findings were derived from current study. First, participation motivations had a significant effect on selection attributes of sport event participants. Second, participation motivations had no significant effect on satisfaction. Third, participation motivations had a significant effect on revisit intention. Fourth, selection attributes had a significant effect on satisfaction. Fifth, selection attributes had a significant effect on revisit intention. Finally levels of satisfaction had a significant effect on revisit intention in this study.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of transformational leadership of Taekwondo instructor on the organizational culture of Taekwondo and the satisfaction of Taekwondo gym. The subjects of this study were sampled from the Taekwondo gym in Jeollanamdo area using the convenience sampling method. Of the total 500 questionnaires, 491 were used for final analysis. The collected data is collected by IBM SPSS statistics Ver. factor analysis and reliability tests were conducted using the statistical package. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to identify the set hypotheses. The results of the study are as follows. First, charisma, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration have an influence on the organizational culture of Taekwondo gym in relation to the transformational leadership of Taekwondo instructor and organizational culture of taekwondo gym. Second, charisma and individual consideration in the relationship between Taekwondo instructor transformational leadership and Taekwondo gym satisfaction showed that Taekwondo gym satisfaction was affected. Finally, in the relationship between the organizational culture of Taekwondo gym and the satisfaction of Taekwondo gym, consensus culture, development culture, and hierarchical culture were found to affect the satisfaction of Taekwondo gym.
무용공연의 관객이 인지하는 혼잡지각요인이 관람만족 및 재관람의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine to find out that how the crowding perception of dance audiences impacts with the dance audiences"s satisfaction and revisit intention in dance performances. The population was selected by stratified sampling from the audiences who visited the dance performances from January to July in 2015. Five hundred twenty questionnaires were used for the final data. Finally, the following conclusions were made. First, there was a significant difference in social and environment factors of crowing perception had a negative(-) effect on audience satisfaction. Second, there was a significant difference in social, environment, and physical factors of crowing perception had a negative(-) effect on revisit intention. Third, audience satisfaction had a significant effect on revisit intention.
축구선수의 팀 문화유형이 의사소통과 조직구조에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze how to affect football player’s team culture type on the communication and organizational structure. To achieve the objective of this study, the study represents the population who were a football players in Jeollabuk-do, Gwangju and Jeollanam-do 378 data as an object of study. I used the questionnaire and collected the data. Also I analysed the 378 of 400 data were extracted and following conclusions were as follow. First, as a result of football player’s team culture type on the communication, group culture, bureaucratic culture, rational culture, innovative culture in team culture type had an positive effect on the sharing information in communication and group culture, bureaucratic culture in team culture type had an positive effect on the efficient communication in the communication. Second, as a result of football player’s team culture type on the organizational structure, group culture, bureaucratic culture in team culture type had an positive effect on the formal organizational structure in organizational structure and group culture, bureaucratic culture, innovative culture in team culture type had an positive effect on the centralized organizational structure in the organizational structure.
