      • 『金匱要略,痰飮咳嗽脈證幷治』中 痰飮에 대한 考察

        通過對『金궤要略·痰飮咳嗽脈證幷治』中痰飮的種類, 原因, 脈證, 治法等的考察, 得出以下結果. 『金궤要略·痰飮咳嗽脈證幷治』所論之痰飮病, 與飮水太過, 脾虛不運, 關係尤深, 特別是脾失健運爲其關鍵. 痰飮形成之後, 根據飮邪所停蓄之部位分爲四飮. 飮走胃腸稱爲痰飮, 飮流脇下稱爲懸飮, 飮歸四肢稱爲溢飮, 飮停胸??稱爲支飮. 四飮的主脈爲弦, 其症狀可單獨出現, 亦可交叉出現. 痰飮, 病位在胃腸, 病機爲脾失健運, 水飮停留, 主證爲"其人素盛今瘦, 水走腸間, 瀝瀝有聲. 水在腸間, 又兼腹滿, 口舌乾燥證", 飮停心下, 則"其人背寒冷如手大, 胸??支滿, 目眩, 短氣",痰飮在胃, "嘔吐淸涎", 因腎氣不足而水停心下者, 多見"小便失常及心悸, 短氣", 飮停下焦, 波及中上焦者, 則見"臍下悸", 吐涎沫而癲眩", 留飮不去, "病者脈伏, 其人慾自利, 利判決, 雖利, 心下績堅滿, 脈弦."懸飮, 病位在脇助部, 病機爲水飮積結三焦, 肝膽脈絡不和, 主證爲"胸脇滿服, 咳睡引痛, 乾嘔短氣, 脈弦." 溢飮, 病位在四肢肌膚, 病機爲外邪束表, 脾不散精, 肺失通調, 水飮泛溢肌膚, 主證爲"惡寒無汗, 身體疼重, 四肢歷節痛, 或有咳喘嘔吐涎沫, 脈浮緊或弦緊." 支飮, 病位在胸膈心肺, 或波及脾胃, 病機爲胸陽不足, 飮留膈胃, 上凌心肺, 肺失宣降, 主證爲"咳逆倚息短氣不得臥, 喘滿, 心不비堅, 苦冒眩, 心悸, 胸中痛, 嘔吐不渴, 面色려黑, 其形如腫, 脈弦." 痰飮病以陽虛不運爲本, 以飮邪停緊爲標, 故溫化水飮爲痰飮病治療之基本大法, 所以本文提出"當以溫藥和之", 幷以此爲痰飮病治療之總則.

      • 鋼材 및 鋼多接材의 熔接性에 關한 硏究

        Recently there have been a lot of studies and investigation on the welding properties of BMI(SS41), BM2 (SUP9), 3LS and 7LS, however this studies and inverstigations have left something to fully clarify the welding property of these materials. The purpose of this study is to find out the exact welding properties of these materials for the development of mechanical materials and mechanical engineering. The metals used in these study was made in Korea and these metals were welded to LR(E4316), SR(E308-16) and TR(KC-25) respectively. The specimens were cooled infurnace after they were annealed 30 minute at 950℃, 850℃ and 820℃ respectively and were test by means of tensile test hardness test, impact test and guide bending test. With these investigations the following conclusions have been acquired. 1. The result of tensile test with BM1, BM2, 3LS and 7LS, the 3LS (63.27kg/㎟) of LWM is the highest and BM1 (36.25 kg/㎟) of SWM is the lowest. 2. The hardness of welded interface is nearly similar value in case of BM1, 3LS and 7LS, showing HRB77.6 and SWM shows ?? 102.2, the highest among them. 3. Impact value of BM1(13.18 kg-m) of LMW is the highest and that of BM2(2.08kg-m) of SWM is the lowest. 4. As to the welding properties of bending at LR of BM1 shows the best and 3LS, 7LS were separated from the standard of boundary layer. The welding property of BM2 is the worst.

      • 彈塑性 有限要素法에 衣한 平板의 Punch Indenting 應力解析

        In this study a method is presented for the finite deformation, elastoplastic analysis of two-dimensional plane strain by the finite element method. A computer program based on the updated lagrangian method has been developed. The numerical example presented in this paper show that punch indenting are analyzed in the experimental equation in regard to stainless steel. The punch indenting problem of half-infinite plane-plate is analyzed by the 6 steps incremental iteration equibrium process. The distribution of normal stress and shearing stress are calculated to each step of the deformed configuration and the growing process of plastic field. But under the above assumption, the possibility of analyzing some examples is presented.

      • Fine-Blanking 금형에서 Stripper가 제품의 가공특성에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed the stripper effects on shearing characteristics such as maximum blanking force, burnish, dish-shape etc in fine-blanking operation by the experimental method. Two types of aluminum (A 1050 PH 14) sush as anneled and unanneled materials were used for the experiment. In order to get a hydrostatic pressure effect, the clearance was set to 0.5% of the thickness of material, and the counter punch and small cutting edge radius of die was set-up. While this experiment was carrying out, the everage blanking velocity was constant. (37.5 ㎜/sec). In the condition of Blankholding force of 725㎏, 960㎏, 1200㎏ and counter punch forec of 400㎏. In addition to these characteristics, a good shearing characteristics such as the excellent accuracy of dimensions (standard deviation of 0.0040㎜) good squareness and reduction of dish-shape could be obtained, and also the additional results obtained were such that the hardness of shear plane was incresed and maximum blanking force was reduced.

      • 적층압축에 의한 접합재의 경계면 성장거동에 대한 수치 시뮬레이션

        Under plane strain compression, of two blocks with sawtoothed interface, the sawtooth growth occurred. We presumed in the previous paper that such growth was caused by the shear-band formation starting from the tip of sawtooth and its degree depended on the material properties of the block. In this paper, Compression in the case where similar blocks are twinned and also compression in the case where dissimilar blocks are twinned variously are carried out in the condition of lubricated interface. Further, in the latter, compression where the interface is degreased is also performed. The degree of growth is experimentally investigated. Moreover, numerical simulations are carried out by the elastic-plastic FEM for the case of the dissimilar blocks with the initial sawtooth angle of 60℃ . In the experiment, the harder material yields larger growth than the softer one, and the growth in the case of initial sawtooth angle 60℃ is greater than that of 90℃ . Larger ratio of total height to sawtooth height gives larger growth in comparison with the previous experimental result. In the case where the dissimilar blocks are twinned, larger difference between material properties leads smaller growth, and the degreased interface leads smaller growth than that in the lubricated one. Furthermore, by the simulation of compression where dissimilar blocks are twinned, it is confirmed that the tendency of the general deformation pattern is very similar to the experiment.
