Photoactivated nano- and micromotors that use light as their primary power source are promising issue in the field of motors. To date, IR and UV light have been used in most cases. In this study, we synthesized visible-light-driven TiO<sub>2</sub> Janus micromotors (JMs) hybridized with conjugated polyelectrolyte and glucose oxidase (GOx) for photocatalytic activity and dynamic motion. The JMs were prepared by the wax-in-water Pickering emulsion method. The GOx, that can decompose glucose and produce hydrogen peroxide (H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>), was immobilized in the TiO<sub>2</sub> hemisphere. In the other hemisphere, water-soluble conjugated polymer (WSP), photoactive substances, having ability to absorb visible light was immobilized. The WSP can decompose H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> produced by the breakdown of glucose under visible light. As a result, JMs can move with faster speed under visible light with a diffusiophoretic mechanism by synergistic decomposition of glucose and H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>.

We fabricated mesoporous silica fibers using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS), surfactant, template polymer via electrospinning. Subsequently, we prepared mesoporous silica nanofibers (MSF) by baking and calcination. MSF has a particularly large surface area and high pore volume, uniform pore size distribution, ease of surface modification to internal pores or external surfaces. Due to these characteristics, MSF has the advantage of adsorbing a large amount of surfactant, dye and hazard chemicals. To increase the adsorption efficiency, we modified the surface of MSF with N-trimethoxysilylpropyl-N,N,N-trimethylammonium chloride (MSFN). MSFN was characterized by FT-IR, TGA and XPS. The MSFN can adsorb the SDBS and anionic dyes in wastewater.
