The purpose of this study is to compare heat transfer performance by applying coating to existing hot plates. This coating method proposes a simplified coating method deposited on the surface by a dip coating method using Tri-Oxide-Alumina. It was also carried out in a steel vacuum to test the evaporation performance of the heat exchanger.

In this study, for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the solar manifold current collector, the heat transfer amount was increased by inserting a turbulence generator into the solar manifold, and the heat transfer amount was compared and analyzed. The focus is on convenience in processing by inserting an insert without changing the shape of the existing menifolder.

The purpose of this study is increasing the efficiency of the solar collectors heat transfer rate. By inserting the turbulence generator into manifold in the solar collector, compare the heat transfer rate of with or without the turbulence generator and analyze. The main idea is increasing heat transfer rate without changing any other variable, except pressure difference by inserting the turbulence generator.
