4-병렬 제어 기법을 적용한 6㎾ 영전압 스위칭 승압형 컨버터 개발

This paper presents development of 6kw ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) boost converter by 4-parallel operation. To realize a high capacity converter with 6㎾, 4-parallel operation of 1.5㎾ unit module is proposed in this paper. To meet high ratio input to output voltage, isolated type booster converter is designed. To achieve ZVS operation of 4-switches of full bridge and protect a voltage overshoot caused by switch turn-off, simple active-clamp circuit is applied to the primary side. For parallel operation of 4-modules, master-slave control method is proposed to achieve input current sharing of 4-unit converter modules accurately. For performance tests, simulation is carried out. Also, load and experimental tests of the developed booster converter, 230Vdc/6㎾, are carried out under various conditions. For field tests, the developed. converter is applied for boosting a battery power to high DC_link voltage for a VSI inverter which starts a micro-turbine(MT) installed in vehicle and it's performance is verified through high speed motoring a MT up to tens of thousands of rpm.
시동기의 정 출력 시동 기법에 의한 마이크로터빈 시동 구간의 운전 시뮬레이터 개발

This paper presents the simulator for dynamic modeling of a MT(micro turbine) during start-up period. The simulator is implemented by modeling a dynamic power of main components of a MT including compressor, combustor and turbine. A modeling for a MT under steady state operation can be accurately built from thermodynamics analysis. But dynamic modeling during start-up period is very difficult because efficiency of main components is very low and the designed value has big error and nonlinear characteristics during start-up. In this paper, new method without using thermodynamics analysis during start-up is proposed for the simulator. The power models of main components are derived from analysis of the experimental operation data by test motoring using a electric starter under constant power output. The simulator is developed using MATLAB/Simulink. For constant power output control, sensorless vector inverter is designed and algorithms for starting from stall and method for controling a output power are proposed. The performance of developed simulator is verified by comparing experimental and simulation start-up results.

지중 고압 전력선 통신 시스템에서 PLC 모뎀용 직류전원이 필요하지만, 이런 환경에서는 상용교류전원이 없기 때문에 태양열 발전방식과 보조 전원장치를 부가적으로 설치하여 공급한다. 본 연구에서는 고압전력선에 변류기를 사용하여 자계결합 방식으로 직류전원을 생성하는 고효율의 자가발전 전원장치를 설계한다. 100A에서 1kA까지 변하는 고압전력선의 전류를 이용하여 통신모뎀에 필요한 DC 12V/5V 를 출력 하는 전원장치를 개발한다. 본 연구의 중요한 점은 입력 전류의 큰 변동 폭과 과다한 발열에 대한 문제점을 해결하는 것이다.
