A construction document is one of the major data proceedings in a construction project. The management of a wide variety of documents in the construction process has much to do with the efficiency of business operation. However, construction documents have not been shared and reused efficiently due to its huge amount and unsystematic management. In this study, the construction knowledge map is developed by case analysis of the beginning/end relation between construction documents through IDEF0 and by draw up a matrix for connection of process, activity and document type with connection coefficient. Also a prototype document management is suggested that is designed to store and utilize actual documents using connection coefficient. Interview with experts resulted to a positive evaluation on the effectiveness of the proposed document management.

건설 PMIS 현황분석에 기반한 통합양식체계 프로토타입

타 분야 대비 국내 건설산업의 정보화 노력은 일시적 현상에 그쳐 정보화 역량이 비교적 부족한 현상이 나타나고 있다. 특히 PMIS(Project Management Information System)는 건설관련 업체들 대부분이 구축하여 운용하고 있으나 그 효과나 현장에서의 실효성이 떨어지고 있다. 본 연구는 건설업체 한 곳의 35 개 현장을 대상으로 전반적인 PMIS 활용현황과 특히 공정 및 품질관리 모듈에 대해 현장 실무자 면담을 하여 면밀하게 문제점을 파악하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기본입력양식, 파생양식, 정보항목분석양식으로 이루어진 통합양식체계를 엑셀 프로그램기반으로 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 PMIS에서의 현장사용자들에 대한 정보공유 및 의사소통을 개선하여 향후 공사 전체에 대한 공기단축 및 품질향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The Project Management Information System (PMIS), the core of construction information, performs the function of handling large volumes of data and information in the actual layout and construction, and supports the manager in making a prompt decision. The purpose of this study is to develop a construction PMIS integrated form system prototype for process and quality control forms, submitted between project groups, as the method of data sharing and communication among an owner, supervisor, and site manager. This study of the integrated form classification system was carried out with limited case studies and interviews of professionals due to lack of data from the previous thesis and related research material From the results of this study, an Excel-based integrated form system was established for a complete site.
