      • Rule과 PSO알고리즘을 사용한 배치 최적화

        The manufacturing industry is undergoing many changes with the advent of the 4th industrial revolution. As the manufacturing industry changes, new processes and facilities are needed and the efficiency of production must be increased by arranging them. However, it requires a lot of time and money to place the equipment in the actual process and conduct the test. Therefore, in this study, we propose a SW that deploys and calculates facilities using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. The PSO algorithm is a method in which randomly placed particles find the optimal solution to the objective function through data comparison. Each particle was defined as one batch, and the location and phase of the equipment constituting the batch were used as variables. Using the sum of the product logistics movement distance and the operator movement distance as the objective function. The optimal arrangement was derived by comparing the results of the objective function of each particle.

        취약면적법과 DMEA를 활용한 지상전투차량 유공압 현가장치의 취약성 평가

        Vulnerability assesses the loss of major performance functions of GCV (Ground Combat Vehicles) when it is hit by enemy’s shell. To decide the loss of major functions, it is determined what effects are on the performance of GCV when some components of GCV are failed. M&S (Modeling and Simulation) technology is used to vulnerability assessment. The hydro-pneumatic suspension is used as a sample part. The procedures of vulnerability assessment of the hydro-pneumatic suspension are shown as follows: 1) The components of the suspension are defined, and shot lines are generated evenly around the part. 2) The penetrated components are checked by using the penetration equation. 3) The function model of the suspension is designed by using IDEF0. 4) When the failure of the critical components of the suspension happens, its effect on the function of the suspension can be estimated using DMEA (Damage Mode and Effects Analysis). 5) The diagram of FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) is designed by exploiting DMEA. 6) The damage probability of the suspension is calculated by using FTA and vulnerable area method. In this paper, SLAP (Shot Line Analysis Program) which was developed based on COVART methodology. SLAP calculates the damage probability and visualizes the vulnerable areas of the suspension.

        금리와 자산가격 변화가 가계부채 지속가능성에 미치는 영향

        The household debt-to-GDP ratio of Korea is globally high and has been increasing faster since 2020. This paper estimates the household's sustainable debt ratio limit by income quintile and studies how changes in interest rates and asset prices affect this limit. To this end, this study adopts the methodology of Lee and Lim (2015) and expands the model to reflect changes in asset prices and real estate liabilities. As a result, higher interest rates or losses on asset disposition will reduce household debt space. In addition, some households already have exceeded their sustainable limit of debt given the distribution of debt ratio for each income quintile, although there is debt space on average for all quintiles as of the end of 2020. Considering current rising lending rates and decreasing asset prices, this research expects that the number of households falling into an unsustainable state will increase. The research results suggest that the regulatory authorities should actively enforce regulations on loans depending on the household's solvency to prevent worsening financial stability. 우리나라의 가계부채비율은 세계적으로도 높은 수준이고 2020년부터 증가속도가 더욱 빨라지고 있다. 본 연구는 가계의 지속가능한 부채비율한도를 소득분위별로 살펴보고 금리와자산가격 변화가 동 한도에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보았다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 잠재리스크도 점검해 보았다. 이를 위해 Lee and Lim(2015)의 방법론을 활용하였으며 이를 확장하여 자산가격 변화와 부동산부채를 포함하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 대출금리가 소득증가율보다 빠르게 상승하거나 자산처분손실이 발생할 경우 가계의 부채비율한도와 여력은 축소된다. 또한 2020년말 기준 모든 소득분위에서 평균적으로는 부채비율한도에 여유가 있는것으로 나타났으나 부채비율분포를 감안할 경우 소득분위별로 일부 가구는 이미 동 한도를초과하였다. 한편 최근 대출금리가 빠르게 상승하고 자산가격이 조정 받고 있음을 감안하면부채비율한도를 초과하여 지속불가능한 상태에 빠지게 되는 가구가 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본고의 연구결과는 지금과 같은 시기에는 거시건전성 악화 방지를 위해 차주의부채상환능력을 더욱 엄격하게 평가·적용하는 방안이 필요함을 시사한다.

        Minimization of path lengths for materials and workers in smart factories using particle swarm optimization algorithm

        In smart factories, where humans collaborate with robots and machines, productivity can be optimized by minimizing the distance traveled by workpieces and workers. Previous studies on this subject have largely focused on the movement of the workpieces. Therefore, this study expands on this work by accounting for the movement of the workers. In this study, the facility layout of smart factories is optimized by minimizing the distances traveled by the workpieces and workers, which is accomplished through the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. In this algorithm, each arrangement of the factory elements constitutes a unique particle, and initial particles are generated randomly using rules to be used as seeds for optimization. PSO is then executed to generate a layout that minimizes the distances traveled by the workpieces and workers. This method produces layouts that are more optimal than those in which only the distance traveled by the workpieces is considered.
