In this study, urease was immobilized to membrane that do to hydrolyzed urea. So, we used radiation-induced graft polymerization method. Urease was immobilized to the membrane anion-exchange adsorption and by subsequent cross-linking of urease with glutaminase. A solution of 2g/l urease dissolved in a phosphorate buffer(pH 7.0)was force to permeate across the DEA-EA fiber using a syringe pump at a rate lmL/h at ambient temperature. And immobilization of urease via enzymatic cross-linking. The cross-linking time range from 0.5 to 6hour. Thereafter, urea hydrolysis during permeation across urease fiber.

This study aims to understand concept and characteristics of Special Zoning District and to suggest more rational urban design control by means of analyzing guidelines and performing condition of Special Zoning District. This study consists of three parts. First part reviews conceptions and characteristics of Special Zoning District and theoretical backgrounds on the urban design guidelines. In second part, author inspects that what role did play and what contents did contain the zoning and the urban design, by means of case studies which are urban design institution of American and Japanese. In third, part, the case study of 10-cases, has been analyzed in terms of district, urban design guidelines and process.
BSA 고정막에 의한 D-, L-Tryptophan의 흡착특성

A polymer brush containing a Diethylamino(DEA) group as an anion-exchange group was appended onto a polymer substrate by radiation-induced graft polymerization and subsequent chemical modifications. An anion-exchange group containing porous membrane in the form of a hollow fiber was prepared to immobilize Bovine serum albumin(BSA) as a chiral selector. Tryptophan(D-, L-Trp) solution was forced to permeate through the BSA multilayered porous membrane at a flow ranging from 10mL/h to 50 mL/h. D-Trp has a faster breakthrough behaviour than L-Trp due to the higher specificity of the BSA multilayered porous membrane to L-Trp. Diffusional mass-transfer resistance of L-Trp to BSA multilayered porous membrane was negligible because of the convective flow through the pores.

An anion-exchange-group containing porous membrane in the from of hollow fiber was immobilized BSA(bovine serum albumin ) as a chiral selector. An anion-exchange group was appended onto a polymer substrate by radiation-induced graft polymerization and subsequent chemical modification. T재 kind of anion-exchange-group namely, Diethylamine and Triethylamine group, were introduced to a polymer brush by reaction of the epoxy group of grafted onto a porous hollw-fiber membrane with Diethylamine and Triethylamine, respectively. 이-Tryptophan solution was forced to permeate through the BSA mulitilayered porous membrane at a flow 50 mL/h. as a result, Demonstrates that the interaction between BSA and tryptophan was instantaneous and that diffusional mass-transfer resistance of L-trptophan to the BAS ligend was negligible.
