스마트워크 산업의 분류 체계 및 서비스별 수요 조사 분석

스마트 기기와 네트워크 발전에 따른 스마트환경이 일하는 삶과 양식에 많은 변화를 초래하고 있으며, 그에 따라 스마트워크에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으나, 스마트워크 서비스의 미성숙과 도입의 어려움 때문에 스마트워크의 확산이 예상 밖으로 저조한 상황이다. 이에 따라 스마트워크의 도입과 확산을 지원하기 위한 스마트워크 산업에 대한 현황연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 스마트워크의 도입과 확산에 대한 의사결정에 도움이 되고자 스마트워크 산업을 조사하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 스마트워크 서비스를 조사 분석하고 스마트워크 산업 분류하였으며, 그 분류한 산업체계에 따라 스마트워크에 대한 수요기업을 대상으로 11개 스마트워크 서비스에 대한 수요 조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 그 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 스마트워크 도입과 확산에 영향을 미치는 도입 의향률, 비용, 도입 저해요인들을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과물은 스마트워크 도입, 스마트워크 공급기업의 사업전략 수립, 그리고 스마트워크 산업 정책 수립에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. The advent of ubiquitous connectivity from smart devices and network is changing the lifestyles of workers and work patterns. However, the smart work for the knowledge workers and mobile workers is not yet popular due to not enough services in supporting smart work and difficulties in employing smart work. For these reasons, it is necessary to study the current smart work industry to provide the bases for incubating smart work industry and increasing the smart work adoption. In this study, first, we reviewed and analyzed the smart work services. And then, we classified the smart work industry based on their services. Second, we conducted a survey study to identify the factors that affect on the adoption of smart work. Finally, we provided the current adoption rate of smart work services and discussed the Willing-To-Use, cost, and barriers from the smart work adoption.

인터넷 환경하의 정보연계시스템 구축에 관한 연구

In this paper, we present the information exchange model from some cases in Korea and overseas for information exchange systems and propose the method for the construction of information exchange system. The commercial process between business are changed from traditional EDI to XML/EDI. Traditional EDI performs the closed system. But the internet-based XML/EDI change the system to open environment. XML/EDI has many advantages, for example, lower cost, processing various type of documents and information and using the exchange model. We survey the various mode about information exchange system of internet environment and propose the construction method of XML/EDI model in electronic commerce.

BPM 도입을 위한 평가체계에 대한 연구

최근 들어 비즈니스 환경의 변화로 인하여 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(BPM)라고 하는 경영관리기법이 주목을 받게 되었다. 그러나 다양한 업무환경에 따른 적합한 BPM을 도입하는 것에 대한 적절한 지침이 제시되어 있지 않다. 본 연구는 BPM에 요구되는 기능적인 사항과 기술적인 사항들을 분류하고 정의하여 기능적 및 기술적 체계를 제시한다. 또한 이러한 체계를 기반으로, BPM 평가방안을 제시한다. 제시된 평가방안은 4가지 BPM의 유형별로 다른 중요도를 반영하여 BPM을 평가할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구는 BPM을 도입하고자 하는 기업의 주요한 지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Dynamic changes of the recent business environment draw more attention to Business Process Management (BPM). In this research, we derive a comprehensive BPM framework, define the functional and technical requirements, and classify the requirements into the framework. Based on the framework we suggest a standard procedure for BPM planning and implementation along with critical considerations. In addition, we propose an evaluation framework, which includes a comprehensive checklist and the evaluation method. The proposed evaluation framework can be used as an evaluator’s useful reference.

RFID 시스템의 프로세스 모델링을 위한 워크플로우 분석방안

최근 생산 및 물류 시스템에서 RFID의 도입이 확산되어 가고 있다. 본 연구는 효과적인 RFID 시스템의 도입을 위하여 RFID에서 태그를 부착한 부품의 워크플로우 모델링 방법을 연구하고자 한다. RFID 시스템에서의 워크플로우에 따라 설계 가능성을 확인하고, BPMN으로 모델링하여 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구는 RFID 시스템의 모델링 결과를 이용하여 정의된 워크플로우를 따라 이동하는 태그의 정확한 흐름 현황을 시스템에서 모니터링하고 판정하기 위한 알고리즘을 제안하였다. RFID 시스템에서 워크플로우의 적용 방안을 제시하였다는 데 본 연구의 의의가 있다. Recently applications of RFID technologies in production and logistics systems are expanding. In this research, we deal with workflow modeling methods for handling RFID-tagged parts. We verified that the material flow processes in a RFID system can be designed and assessed using workflow modeling notations, and suggested available process patterns using BPMN. In addition, we proposed an algorithm to monitor the exact status of flows and determine whether some of the events are ghost reads or not by referring predefined workflow definitions. The major contribution of this research is that it has demonstrated how well-established workflow modeling methods can be applied to RFID-based systems.

전자결제 메커니즘을 위한 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링에 관한 연구

기업간 거래에서 전자결제는 지속적으로 확대되고 있으며, 이에 따라 전자결제를 지원하는 정보시스템의 개발도 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 전자결제시스템은 다양한 전자결제 메커니즘들을 수용하도록 개발되어야 하고 이를 위해서는 전자결제 프로세스를 표준적인 방법으로 모델링 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자결제 메커니즘을 모델링 하는데 있어서 다양한 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링 기법들의 적합성을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 전자결제 메커니즘의 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링 지침을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 전자방식을 이용하여 결제하는 비즈니스 프로세스를 모델링하고 전자결제시스템을 개발 하는데 좋은 지침이 될 수 있을 것이다. Electronic payment continuously increases in B2B trade, there by encouraging active development of information systems which support e-payment mechanisms. In this situation the information systems are supposed to implement various forms of e-payment mechanisms, and provide standard modeling functionalities for e-payment processes. In this paper we assess business process modeling methods for the purpose of e-payment mechanism modeling, and suggest guidelines for e-payment mechanism modeling. The results can be used as a good guideline to business process modeling of e-payment mechanisms.

EDI 기업의 웹기반 e-비즈니스 프레임워크 전환 전략

본 연구의 목적은 VAN에 기반한 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) 트랜잭션을 사용하는 기업이 ebXML(e-business using XML), 로제타넷(RosettaNet)이나 웹 서비스와 같은 웹 기반의 개방형 전자거래 프레임워크로 전환해 나갈 수 있도록 전략적인 지침을 제공하는 것이다. EDI가 가지고 있는 다양한 한계들과 웹 기술의 발전에 힘입어 많은 기업들이 인터넷 기반의 B2B표준들을 채택하고자 한다. 그러나 이들은 기존의 EDI 시스템을 일시에 포기하지 않으면서도 점차적으로 B2B 프레임워크로 전환할 수 있는 방법을 찾고 있다. 따라서 이러한 상황에서 EDI 기업을 위한 효과적인 전환 전략과 지침을 마련하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 본 연구에서 제시된 전략적 지침은 EDI 시스템으로부터 웹 기반의 e-비즈니스 프레임워크로 전환하고자 하는 기업에게 실제적인 가이드라인으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this research is to provide strategic guidelines for EDI transaction companies to migrate from EDI system to Web-based e-Business frameworks such as ebXML, RosettaNet and Web Services. Due to various limitations of EDI and evolution of Web technologies, a lot of firms want to adopt Internet based B2B standards. However, they are seeking ways of migrating from EDI to open and public B2B frameworks smoothly not giving up existing EDI system at a time. Therefore, it is very important to provide migration strategies and guidelines for companies to migrate from EDI system to Web-based B2B frameworks. The strategic guidelines provided in this paper can be used as a practical guidance in developing migration strategies of EDI companies.

웹서비스를 이용한 비즈니스 통합 플랫폼의 구현

기업간 협업을 실현하기 위해서는 기업간 프로세스 상호연계(B2Bi)와 기업 애플리케이션 통합(EAI)이 함께 고려되어야 한다. 이미 많은 영역에서 이에 대한 연구와 개발이 이루어지고 있지만, 두 시스템이 각기 개별적인 플랫폼과 환경하에서 설계되고 운영됨으로써, 이 들을 다시 통합해야 하는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업간 협업을 위해, B2Bi 환경의 변화에 유연하게 대응하면서도 B2Bi와 EAI 시스템을 단일의 통합 구조로 구현한 비즈니스 통합 플랫폼을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 통합 플랫폼에서는 협업 프로세스가 비즈니스 통합의 주요 기술로 인식되고 있는 웹서비스(Web Services)를 이용하여 진행될 수 있도록 하였다. 특히, 다양한 비즈니스 통합 표준들이 수용될 수 있도록 이들 표준들을 비교 분석하여 기본적인 실행 요소들을 정의하였으며, 이를 처리할 수 있으면서도 향후 확장성을 가지는 프로세스 엔진을 개발하였다. 또한 이러한 비즈니스 통합 플랫폼의 검증을 위하여 웹 수주 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업간 협업을 위한 비즈니스 통합의 수준을 높이는데 기여 할 수 있을 것이다. Not only Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) within a company but also business-to-business integration (B2Bi) should be achieved for companies to collaborate seamlessly through the Internet. There have been great efforts in this area of EAI and B2Bi, resulting in lots of solutions in the market. However, EAI and B2Bi systems have been designed and operated in independent platforms and environments causing a serious problem of integrating EAI and B2Bi systems. In this paper we have proposed a business integration platform for connecting EAI and B2Bi systems in a uniform architecture and also coping with changes in business environments. In the integration platform proposed in this work, collaboration processes between B2B companies can be performed using Web Services technology widely considered as B2B integration platform. Especially, we have defined basic business execution elements based on a thorough analysis of various business integration standards and developed an efficient and extensible business process engine for B2B collaboration process management. A Web-based order processing system is developed for validation of our integration platform. It is expected that the level of B2B collaboration can be enhanced using the integration platform and furthermore it will contribute to more collaborative B2B commerce.

스마트폰 음성 인터페이스의 사용 현황 및 사용자 인식에 대한 조사 연구

음성 사용자 인터페이스(VUI)는 인간에게 가장 친숙하고 편안한 인터페이스이다. VUI는 이미 스마트폰에 적용되어 있으며 최근에는 클라우드 및 AI 기술의 발전으로 VUI 적용 제품은 더욱 확대되고 있다. 그러나 가장 많이 보급되어 있는 스마트폰의 경우에도 VUI를 사용하는 사용자는 매우 적은 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 현재 스마트폰에서 사용되고 있는 VUI의 이용 현황 및 사용자 인식을 조사하고 문제점을 파악하여 향후 VUI 사용성 제고를 위한 연구방향을 제시하는 것이다. 163명의 대학생들을 대상으로 스마트폰 VUI의 사용 현황에 대한 설문 조사를 수행하였다. 조사 결과 VUI의 인지도는 높지만 사용률은 매우 낮았으며, 많은 사용자가 음성 인식 속도, 반응 속도 및 작동 방법에 대해 불편함을 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대부분의 사용자가 호기심에서 VUI를 사용해봤지만 일부만이 계속 사용하고 있는것으로 조사되었으며, 많은 사용자들이 기계에게 말하는 것과 다른 사람들이 듣는 것에 거부감을 가지고 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 VUI의 활용도를 제고하기 위한 향후 연구에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. Voice User Interface (VUI) is the most familiar and comfortable interface to human. Recently, with the development of cloud and AI technologies VUI has been applied to various products. The aim of this study was to identify the problems of the current VUI and to find the direction of future study by investigating the utilization status and user perception of the VUI of smartphones. A survey was conducted with 163 college students using Google Forms. The results showed that the level of recognition of VUI is high but the rate of usage is very low, and many users feel uncomfortable about the voice recognition rate, reaction speed and operation method. Most of the survey participants tried VUI out of curiosity, but only a small portion of them found it useful to continue to use it. Many participants disliked talking to machines and also did not want others to listen. The study results will guide future research efforts for improving the utilization of VUI.
