While many people in South Korea have difficulties in finding a job today, Japanese companies, suffering from serious labor shortage, require superior, overseas talent. This situation led Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) to come up with a 『Educational Institution Guide for Business Japanese-Language Education for International Students』, focusing on business Japanese-language education in university. This study aims to figure out what Japanese companies require from overseas talent, and Business Japanese Language needs of undergraduate students and Japanese companies' office workers, by conducting a survey. As a result, it was found that needs of undergraduate students were to be proficient in business terms, business conversation, Japanese corporate culture, business manner, and honorific expressions. And Japanese companies' office workers regarded proficient business conversation, corporate culture, business manner, and specialized professionalism by fields as the most important factors in business. What Japanese companies want was also overseas talent with great ability in business Japanese conversation, Japanese corporate culture and business manner, as well as basic skills as a member of society. For these reasons, this study intends to make a proposal about “Contents Required for Business Japanese Language” in order to improve Japanese language skill in university and foster talented persons whom companies ideally want.
3D 프린터를 이용한 개별온도제어가 가능한 미세 유체 화학반응기 모듈 제작

Research on microfluidic reactor is being developed in various fields such as chemical synthesis, biosystem, and nanomaterial synthesis. Especially, in the chemical synthesis and drug reaction field, experiments forming thermal gradient are conducted to find out the optimal conditions. In this study, we made multi-sthermal controllable 3D printed microfluidic reactor module to improve speed of production by parallelizing channels. The device consists of 3D printed distributor, heating and sensing module and Arduino. If the user sets the desired temperature, the fluid converges to that temperature by PID control. As a result, the maximum temperature was controlled up to 45℃ and stable after 858s at the latest. In future works, we will construct thermally insulated environment and change material of the module to fabricate microfluidic reactor modules to get fast and stable temperature control.
스토리텔링을 활용한 일본어 말하기 수업 지도 -방과후학교 수업을 중심으로-

Storytelling allows the students to have a positive attitude, and it provides growth in interest as well as the ablility to be imaginative. I have applied the storytelling method to my class in order for the students to participate positively in the class and to be motivated to learn Japanese. During the storytelling process, the students use their imagination of scenes from the story. Students use creativity to reconstruct the story. This benefits the students to naturally obtain basic vocabulary and sentence patters. The roleplaying activity which uses the points stated above as a basis allows the students to have more chances to speak Japanese. The roleplaying activity builds the confidence in students. Students are able to use the colloquial Japanese they learned in real life. The results of the roleplaying activity, the results of repeated learning, proved to raise the confidence of students. The students said that they taught and used Japanese to their friends and family. Therefore, I came to the conclusion that students are consistent with their interest in Japanese and the Japanese learning has a positive effect.
