The interesting of environment is recently increasing. the word about environment problem is not hard hearing by mass media, so the environment problem is big problem which is industry of today. The entire nation are into a one-day life zone to the tunnels and bridges construct increased by traffic network, but there are environment problem for increasing noise by vehicle traffic. therefor, in this research, the nuder water noise and air noise cause by traffic on the bridge are compared and analyzed by each measurement point.

Design equations of II-SEPIC (Isolated Inverse-SEPIC) are derived and its dynamic model is also made using state-space averaging method in this paper. II-SEPIC is comprehensively investigated through the frequency response analysis, compared with those of I-SEPIC (Isolated SEPIC).

The reciprocation hydrogen compress has pulsation which is happen noise and vibration. Noise and vibration that happen by pulsation have bed effect machine and working environment. So, must know vibration special quality of compress to decrease these noise and vibration. but each machine have a different of vibration special quality. So, standard is needed for assessment of the vibration special quality. In this paper, a study is achieved about ISO, VDI and KS standard to assess the vibration of reciprocating type compressor. The hydrogen compressor is measure and diagnosis base on the VDI 3838 in this paper.

This paper was shown three equations. Two are the estimation equation of explosion noise, and the other is the decrease equation of the point-soundsource. In the near sea, the explosion works noise of built bridge was reckoned by three equation. And, before construct the bridge, the test explosion had been performed. The estimation noise that reckoned by three equation was compared with the test explosion noise of the built bridge. And the underwater noise that is the explosion works was calculated by the estimation noise. So, in this study, the heavy shock by the explosion works could produce a unfavorable effects to the fish.
