In this paper, a vibration suppression method using an energy stored in winding inductance and an induced voltage of the Linear Stepping Motor(LSM) is shown, and it is applied to a new one-phase excitation method. And a magnetic equivalent circuit is based on the structure of the LSM, and then the electric equivalent circuit of the LSM is derived by solving equations for the magnetic equivalent circuit. Several dynamic characteristics of the LSM are analyzed by the ACSL with the voltage equations, the force equations and the kinetic equation, and are measured by experimental system

Recently, DC-DC converters significantly increase the total losses as rising switching frequency. Traditional soft switching technique for reducing switching losses even increase voltage/current stress of switch. In this paper, Resonant circuit for soft switching is connected in parallel with power stage and only operates just before turn-on of the main switch. Therefore, This doesn't affect the total circuit operation. ZVT-PWM converter designed with 170- 260V input, 400V 5A outPut, and 100kHz switching frequency is tested respectively with 500W, 1kW, 1.5kW, and 2kW loads.

In this paper, authors propose a new buck-boost converter of discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) added electric isolation. The proposed converter with DCM eliminates the complicated circuit control requirement and reduces the size of components. The general converters of high efficiency are made that the power loss of the used switching devices is minimized. To achieve the soft switching operation of the used control switches, the proposed converter uses a lossless snubber capacitor. The proposed converter achieves the soft-switching for all switching devices without increasing their voltage and current stresses. The result is that the switching loss is very low and the efficiency of converter is high. The soft switching operation of the proposed converter is verified by digital simulation and experimental results.

This paper is study on a high efficiency DC-DC converter of discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) added electric isolation. The converters of high efficiency are generally made that the power losses of the used semiconductor switching devices is minimized. To achieve high efficiency system, the proposed converter is constructed by using a quasi resonant circuit. The control switches using in the converter are operated with soft switching by quasi resonant method. The control switches are operated without increasing their voltage and current stresses by the soft switching technology. The result is that the switching loss is very low and the efficiency of the system is high. The proposed converter is also added electric isolation which is used a pulse transformer. When the power conversion system is required electric isolation, the proposed converter is adopted with the converter system development of high efficiency. The soft switching operation and the system efficiency of the proposed converter are verified by digital simulation and experimental results.

This paper presents a PM type BLDC (Brushless DC) Motor servo drive system using high performance DSP TMS320F2812. The DSP controller with 150MIPS enables an enhanced real time implementation and increased efficiency and high performance for motor drive. The suggested drive system consists of PI action for the constant speed control and PID action for the current control with only 3 Halls, no encoders. The developed servo drive control system shows a good response speed characteristics at high speed up to 10000 [rpm].

As the inactive response characteristics of the existing RCD (Residual Current protective Device) used on low voltage power distribution lines, so control of overload and electric short circuit faults, major causes of electrical fires, are not enough. Therefore this paper is proposed a auxiliary trip apparatus of RCD by using a high precision magnetic flux sensor (namely, reed switch) for the prevention of electrical disasters caused by overload or electric short circuit faults. The sensitive reed switch in the proposed auxiliary trip apparatus exactly detects the increased magnetic flux with the overload or the short current caused by a number of electrical faults, and then rapidly cuts off the existing RCD. The proposed auxiliary trip apparatus of RCD is confirmed the excellent characteristics in response velocity and accuracy in comparison with the conventional circuit breaker through various operation performance analysis.
