정상 및 비정상 월경주기에 있어 B-endorphin과 성선자극호르몬의 상호관계를 알기위하여 정상대조군 21예, 무배란군 11예, 저성선자극호르몬성 무월경군 13예, 고성선자극호르몬성 무월경 12예, 다낭성난소낭종군 18예를 대상으로 혈중 황체화호르몬, 난포자극호르몬, 유즙 분비호르몬 및 B-endorphin을 방사면역법에 의하여 측정하였다. 1. 정상대조군에서 B-endorphin값은 월경기, 중기 난포기, 배란기, 중기황체기에서 각각 32.5+-19.96, 48.8+-32.04, 100.4+-66.93 및 70.4+-56.51pg/ml였다. 이중 배란기와 중기황체기에 서 월경기 및 중기 난포기에 비해 현저히 높은 최고치를 나타내었다. 2. 무배란군에서는 배란유도제 사용후 배란된 주기의 후기난포기에 측정한 B-endorphin값은 75.4+-18.53ng/ml로 배란유도제 사용전 값 27.8+-7.09pg/ml에 비해 의의있게 높앗다 3. 저성선자극호르몬성 무월경군의 B-endorphin값은 79.4+-37.39pg/ml로 고성선자극호르몬 무 월경군의 값 21.7+-7.92pg/ml에 비해 의의있게 높았다. 이런결과로 볼 때 혈장 B-endorphin값은 정상군에서는 각 기마다 성선자극호르몬과의 일률 적인 관계를 설정할 수 없었으며, 비정상 월경주기의 성선자극호르몬에 대해서는 억제작용 이 잇다는 것을 알 수 있었다. To evaluate status of B-endorphin in normal and abnormal menstraul cycle serum level of luteinizing hormone (LH) follicular stimulating hormone(FSH) prolactin (PRL) and B-endorphin(B-EP) were measured by radionimmunoassay in healthy control group (n=21), (n=12), and polycystic ovarian disease group (n=18) In control group blood sampling was performed in menstrual, midfollicular ovulatory and midluteal phase calculated by symptothermal chart. On the other hand, in chronic anovulatory groups blood sampling was performed before and after induction of ovulation . At the same time the serum levels of FSH, LH and PRL were measured , including testosterone in the group of polycystic ovarian disease to clarify the endocrinological charateristics of each group . The result were as follow; 1. The seurm B-EP level of normal control group in menstrual, midfollicular, ovulatory and midluteal phases were 32.5+-19.96, 48.8+-32.04, 100.4+-66.93 and 70.4+-56.51 pg/ml respectively 2. In anovulatory group serum B-EP level at midfollicular phase after ovulation was significantly higher than that before induction of ovulation. 3. Serum B-endorphin level in hypogonodotropic amenorrhea group , was significantly higher than that in hypergonadotropic amenorrhea group . 4. Serum B-endorphin level in the group of polycystic ovary disease with obesity, revealed no significantly difference from that at midfollicular phase of control group and hypogonadotropic amenorrhea but significantly higher than that that at midluteal phase of normal menstraul cycle and that in the group of hypergonadotropic amenorrhea. considering all of above results, it is conclued that the level of B-EP changes according to the phase of ovulatory cycle and it may closely be related with those of gonadotropin in abnormal menstraul cycle in reciprocal manner.
