The study aims to examine the effects of job education on organizational socialization of new extensionist who is working in extension organization. The subjects were 425 people and selected nationwide. The research model consisted of organizational socialization strategy as an independent variable, organizational socialization as a mediator, and organizational commitment as a dependent variable. The research hypothesis was composed of three items and different analysis methods were used for each research problem. The main analytical methods were descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, the degree of organizational socialization was higher in males and females, in higher education, and in social workers than in non-males. Secondly, in the relationship between organizational socialization strategy and organizational socialization, job education significantly explained interpersonal relationship, organizational goal value, and work efficiency. Thirdly, job education has a statistically significant effectiveness on organizational commitment. Fourthly, in the relationship between job education and organizational commitment, organizational socialization variables such as interpersonal relationship, organizational goal value, and work efficiency were found to do a partial mediating roles.

정보활용능력이 우수한 경영체 집단을 "우수"라 칭하고, 정보활용능력이 우수하지 못한 집단을 "열위"라 명명하였을 때 두 집단간의 생산구조, 생산기술, 경영성과 등 여러 가지 부문에서 대별되었다. 그 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 경영규모별로 정보활용능력의 차이검정(분산분석)의 결과 경영규모별로 정보활용능력의 유의한 결과를 보였다. 시설유형에서 유리온실과 경질판 온실간 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 재배양식별로는 양액재배 경영체와 토경재배 경영체 간에도 유의한 차이를 보였다. 2) 우수경영체가 열위경영체에 비해 경영규모의 측면에서 두배 이상 크고, 학력에서도 전문대 이상 학력을 소지한 경영체 수가 두 배 가량 많았으며, 경영기록도 충실히 잘 수행하였다. 생산기술 부문에서 수확기간 및 가온기간이 길고, 온실 이용기간이 긴 것으로 나타났다. 3) 첨단시설원예 경영체의 정보화 능력 수준별 경영성과를 살펴보면, 정보화 능력이 우수한 집단은 열위한 집단보다 10a당 조수입액은 2.2배, 수출액은 2.8배 많았다. 경영성과 만족도의 측면에서도 경영성과에 만족한다는 응답자의 비율이 40%에 달한 반면 열위그룹의 경영성과 만족도는 12%에 그쳤다. 이러한 결과로 미루어 볼 때 정보활용능력과 경영성과의 관계는 매우 밀접한 관계에 있으며, 정보화능력이 우수한 집단일수록 경영성과가 높다고 할 수 있을 것이다. Information literacy and computer literacy is essential in problem solving for farm management. This study surveyed 552 farm of High-tech Greenhouse in South Korea, and examined how much the farmer of High-tech Greenhouse is literate in the information, and how much the management performance is affected by information literacy. The finding of this study show that the management performance is strongly influenced by information literacy of farmer. The superior information literacy farms return more double income than the inferior information literacy farms do. The export sales of the superior information literacy farms is 2.8 times as much as that of the inferior information literacy farms. The 40% of the superior information literacy farms was satisfied with management performance, but only 12% of the inferior information literacy farms was satisfied with management performance.

The purposes of this study are to explain and identify the frame of structural relations of learning orientation, self-efficacy, learning transfer and job performance of farmers who participated in the strong and small farms education. This is an experimental research with the data collected from 495 farmers who have taken the farm education. Based on the collected data, the study conducted a structural equation modeling(SEM) to confirm the validity and analyze the structural relations of the suggested model. Using measured and latent variables drew from the analyses, the study set a structural equation model and tested the model by analysis of the structural equation modeling with AMOS 18.0. The results found from the empirical analysis can be summarized as follows. 1) Learning orientation and self-efficacy positively influenced job performance through learning transfer. 2) The hypothesis that learning orientation would have direct impact on job performance was not supported. 3) The strong and small farms education is useful to expand learning transfer and to enhance job performance. So, government policy support has to reinforce learning support on farmers in order to achieve high performance of learning and job management through farm educations.

This study aim s to investigate the farm er’s educational perform ances Influencing educational satisfaction. In general, the goal of agricultural education is to increase farm perform ance such as incom e, sales and perceptions. A survey w as used to collect data from 588 farm ers to the country extension office. The results of the analysis are as follow s. The variables that have a significant effect on satisfaction in this study are as follow s. interaction betw een instructors and farm ers, passion of instructors, effectiveness of lectures, educational support, and educational facilities. How ever, the adequacy of the lecture and the diversity of the contents of education did not explain the satisfaction variable. Discussions on the im provem ent of farm ers education w ere m ade by considering the rejected variables. In conclusion, farm ers education in the field should secure educational diversity. And farm er s education in RD A should develop a new curriculum . Farm er s education in RD A should further strengthen the inform al learning.

This study focuses on discovering problems which have been encountered while the farms grow from one-man business to large companies. We divided a growth process of farm company into 7 phases, and analyzed the problems of each phase of growth process of farm company by theoretically and empirically. The logical model methodology is selected to test the basic model, and we use 6 cases to test suggested basic model. The results of this study are as follows. It suggests that the CEOs of farm enterprises or their policy maker can understand what kinds of problem they meet while the farm enterprises grow from one-man business to large companies, and they can make better strategies or better supporting policies.
