        치과의사(齒科醫師)와 치과기공사(齒科技工士)의 보철물(補綴物) 제작과정(製作過程)에 관(關)한 인식조사(認識調査)

        In order to know the recognition of dentist and laboratory technician about work order transmission and communication and troubles of restorations, this study was conducted for 84 practicing dentists and 122 dental laboratory technicians in Pusan during Mar. to Apr. 1988 using a questionnaire method and was analyzed by the use of percentage, $X^2$-test. Conclusions It is necessary that both dentist and laboratory technician clearly reconize and fulfill their responsibilities to one another. Dentist and dental laboratory technician should offer constructive criticisn to one another as interdependent member of a team. Effective use of work authorizations certainly promotes communication between the dentist and dental laboratory thechnician.

        ‘치과기공사’ 명칭변경에 관한 부산지역 치과기공사들의 의견 연구

        The purpose of this study was to research the recognition of Korean Dental Technicians in Busanregion about retitle of the name of 'Dental Technician'(DT), then to figure out the reality of retitleof the name(DT), so to provide data for whole country survey and to drive of the retitle of DT byKorea Dental Technicians Association.For these purpose, 250 subjects were sampled out of dental technicians in Busan, and the surveywas performed with self-administered questionnaire. Out of all collected questionnaires, 192pieces(76.8%) were addressed for this study.1) Their desires on changing of the name(DT), 57.4%(74/129) was agreed.2) If they could change the name(DT), they hope 3 main new names and the others, Dental LabArt Technician(39.2%), Certified Dental Technician(23.0%), Dental Prosthetic Technician(23.0%),the others(14.8%).

        국산 치과용 구강스캐너(e-scanner)와 모델스캐너의 정확도 비교

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the discrepancy of scan process in dental intra oral scanner by comparing model scanner and anticipate possibility to introduce intra oral scan technique. Methods: 3D superimposition test was conducted to compare the scan discrepancy. The scanners used in this study are the e-oral scanner, the D750 model scanner, and the high precision CMM(3D Coordinate Measuring Machine). The standard of accuracy verification is ISO 5725-1; trueness and precision. Master model was manufactured by dental stone and scanned 5 times by intra oral, model scanner. Reference data was scanned 5 times by high accuracy CMM to evaluate the trueness. Results: Trueness of D750 scanner were 7.4 ㎛ 5.1 ㎛ 6.8 ㎛ at an abutment, an occluasal, a specific area. and trueness of e-scanner were 20.2 ㎛ 27.4 ㎛ 37.8 ㎛ at an abutment, an occluasal, a specific area. Precision of D750 scanner was 7.04 ㎛, e-scanner was 15.95 ㎛. Conclusion: When conducting in vitro test, The mean difference of trueness between e-scanner and D750 were 12.8 ㎛ at an abutment area, 22.3 ㎛ at an occlusal area, 31.0 ㎛ at a specific area and 8.91 ㎛ in precision. The scan discrepancies are within the range of clinical acceptance.

        치과보철물 제조용 모형 조립체(가철식 치형 시스템) 개발을 위한 인접 치아 중심 간격 및 악궁 크기 조사

        To obtain the information of dental arch size and the distance from one tooth center to adjacent tooth center of occlusal surface of each tooth which is perforated by Pindex system on working cast for removable die system, 600 dental casts in Busan were examined. The distance of center of occlusal surface of each tooth and dental arch size were digitized. The results were as follows; 1. Mean values of the distance from center of maxillary central incisor to maxillary lateral incisor(tooth number 11~12, 21~22) is 5,7 , 12~13(22~23) is 5.9 , 13~14(23~24) is 6.9 , 14~15(24~25) is 7.1 , 15~16(25~26) is 8.4 , 16~17(26~27) is 10.2 , 11~21 is 7.30 . Mean values of the distance from center of mandibular central incisor to mandibular lateral incisor(tooth number 31~32, 41~42) is 4.5 , 32~33(42~43) is 4.8 , 33~34(43~44) is 6.3 , 34~35(44~45) is 7.2 , 35~36(45~46) is 9.2 , 36~37(46~47) is 10.7 , 31~41 is 4.7 . 2. Mean values of the distance from the center of maxillary right central incisor to the center of maxillary left central incisor(11~21) is 7.3 , 12~22 is 18.2 , 13~23 is 26.9 , 14~24 is 37.2 , 15~25 is 43.2 , 16~26 is 48.5 , 17~27 is 53.5 . Mean values of the distance from the center of mandibular right central incisor to the center of mandibular left central incisor(31~41) is 4.7 , 32~42 is 13.3 , 33~43 is 21.7 , 34~44 is 31.9 , 35~45 is 38.2 , 36~46 is 44.8 , 37~47 is 50.7 . 3. Mean values of the distance from the line of between 11~21 to 12~22 is 10.9 , 12~22 to 13~23 is 8.7 , 13~23 to 14~24 is 10.3 , 14~24 to 15~25 is 6.0 , 15~25 to 16~26 is 5.3 , 16~26 to 17~27 is 5.0 . 31~41 to 32~42 is 8.6 , 32~42 to 33~43 is 8.4 , 33~43 to 34~44 is 10.2 , 34~44 to 35~45 is 6.3 , 35~45 to 36~46 is 6.6 , 36~46 to 37~47 is 5.9 . 4. We checked the bottom side of cast to verify the position of dowel pin. There is no difference upper side and lower side.

        치과정밀주조에 활용되는 Air-Vent의 효과에 관한 연구

        On purpose of relative comparison of between air-vent attached pattern and non attached one, casting tests were accomplished by castability analysis unrig wax screen mesh pattern. Experimental specimens are divided Into 4groups. 1) Air-vent attached pattern with high casting pressure(coil spring type centrifugal casting machine 2.5turn). 2) Air-vent attached pattern with low casting pressure(coil spring type centrifugal casting machine 1.5turn). 3) Air vent non attached pattern with high casting pressure(coil spring type centrifugal casting machine 2.5turn). 4) Air-vent non attached pattern with low casting pressure(coil spring type centrifrgal casting machine 1.5turn). The main results are as follows : 1) The condition of high casting pressure no.1, no.3 were showed perfect castability. 2) The condition of low-casting pressure, there is a wide difference between no.2, no.4 group. Castability of no.2 group preferable to no.4 group(p<0.001). 3) Low casting pressure and complex shape cause the low-castability. So it is recommanded that use of air-vent in case of complex shaped wax pattern with low easting pressure.

        Phase Transformation and Microstructural Changes of a Dental Au-Ag-Cu-Pd Alloy Containing Small Amounts of Zn and In

        소량의 아연과 인듐이 첨가된 Au-Ag-Cu-Pd 합금의 시효경화에 따른 상변태와 미세구조변화를 경도시험, X선회절실험, 전계방출 주사전자현미경 관찰 그리고 에너지 분산형 엑스선 분광분석을 시행하여, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 시효 초기에 경도가 급속히 상승한 다음 빠르게 상승하여 최고 경도에 도달한 후, 경도는 뚜렷하게 하강하였다. 용체화 처리 한 시편을 등온시효 처리한 결과 면심입방구조의 α0 상이 면심입방구조의 Ag-Au-based α1 상, Pd와 Zn가 고용된 AuCu I 규칙상 그리고 Cu와 Zn이 고용된 InPd 상으로 변태하였다. 경도의 상승은 AuCu I 규칙상의 핵형성시기에 모상인 α0 상과 생성상인 Ag-Au-based α1 상과 AuCu I 규칙상간의 격자변형에 기인하였다. 시효처리에 따른 경도의 하강은 Ag-Au-based α1 상과 AuCu I 규칙상으로 이루어진 층상조직의 성장과 조대화로 인한 격자변형의 해소에기인하였다. 시효 말기에 석출된 InPd 상은 경도상승에 영향을 미치지 않았다.

        조직복합성의 생성형태와 유형화에 관한 연구: 구성요소 및 측정지표 분류를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to establish the type of organizational complexity by analyzing the creation process of the public organizations that have been transformed and the contents of their combinations by using the indicators of organizational complexity designed for the purpose of this study. In particular, the organizations with high organizational complexity of public organizations have been trying to suggest the direction for future improvement by identifying the causes of policy outcomes that do not meet expectations because they are more difficult to communicate with each other than the organization of a single type. As a result of reviewing this research, there is a tendency that interest in diversity of organizational human organization is naturally increasing for the efficiency of the whole organization, and it has been studied by many researchers from the past to improve and supplement the negative effects of such diversity. It was confirmed that further research on organizational complexity, which means the total force of creating a sense of unity with members of the organization or promoting mutual cooperation among members, remains in the organization. As can be seen from this study, organizational complexity of public organizations is a concept that combines group cohesion with organizational diversity factors. This study provides a great deal of information to policy makers and executives when providing theoretical evidence and forming new organizations. It is expected to give. 본 연구에서 연구목적에 적합하게 설계한 조직복합성의 측정지표를 활용하여 그간 변모해온 공공조직들의 생성과정과 그 조합의 내용적 특징을 분석함으로써 조직복합성에 대한 유형 정립하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 특히, 이제까지 공공조직의 조직복합성이 높은 조직들은 단일형태의 조직에 비해 조직구성원들의 원활한 의사소통에 지장을 초래되어 기대에 못 미치는 정책성과들에 대한 원인을 밝혀 향후 개선방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 검토한 결과, 전체 조직의 효율성 제고를 위하여 자연히 조직 인적구성의 다양성에 관심이 제고되고 있는 추세이며, 이러한 다양성의 부정적 효과를 개선, 보완하기 위하여 종전부터 많은 연구자들에 의해 연구되어 오던 조직구성원의 조직과의 일체감 조성이나 구성원 상호 간의 협력을 조장하여 조직에 계속 남아 있도록 하는 총체적인 힘을 의미하는 조직복합성의 확장 연구가 더욱 필요함을 확인하였다. 이 연구를 통해 알 수 있듯이, 공공조직의 조직복합성은 조직다양성 요인에 집단응집성이 결합된 개념으로 이에 대한 연구는 이론적 근거 제시 및 새로운 조직형성 시 정책입안 및 집행자들에게 정책적 자료에 많은 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.
