In view of its rarity, complications and policy of the management of mother and fetus, it could offer real problems in clinical practice. After presenting a clinical history of the following case, a review of the previously reported cases of ovarian cancer, including benign ovarian tumor, in pregnancy is represented.

저자들은 1978년 1월 카톨릭의과대학 부속 성바오로병원에서 수술후 병리학적으로 확진된 난포막세포종 1예를 치험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다. Since Loeffler and Priesels original article in 1932, numerous articles have been written on thecoma. Currently, Novak and Woodruff favor the development of granulosa-cell tumor and thecoma from a common ancestor, the mesenchymal stem cell. Ovarian theca cell tumor has long been associated by clinicians with hyperestrogenism. Occasionally, this tumor has been found to be hormonally inert or has been considered responsible for hirsutism. We present a case of theca cell tumor with brief review of literatures.
