        Preparation of Nano Sized Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) Powder with Average Particle Size Below 30 nm from Waste ITO Target by Spray Pyrolysis Process

        In this study, waste ITO target is dissolved into hydrochloric acid to generate a complex indium-tin chloride solution. Nano sized ITO powder with an average particle size below 30 nm are generated from these raw material solutions by spray pyrolysis process. Also, in this study, thermodynamic equations for the formation of indium-tin oxide (ITO) are established. As the reaction temperature increased from $800^{\circ}C$ to $900^{\circ}C$, the proportion and size of the spherical droplet shape in which nano sized particles aggregated gradually decreased, and the surface structure gradually became densified. When the reaction temperature was $800^{\circ}C$, the average particle size of the generated powder was about 20 nm, and no significant sintering was observed. At a reaction temperature of $900^{\circ}C$, the split of the droplet was more severe than at $800^{\circ}C$, and the rate of maintenance of the initial atomized droplet shape decreased sharply. The average particle size of the powder formed was about 25 nm. The ITO particles were composed of single solid crystals, regardless of reaction temperature. XRD analysis showed that only the ITO phase was formed. Remarkably, the specific surface area decreased by about 30% as the reaction temperature increased from $800^{\circ}C$ to $900^{\circ}C$.

        Preparation of Nanosized Palladium Oxide Powder with Average Particle Size Below 30 nm by Spray Pyrolysis Process

        This study was conducted as a preliminary study for the recycling of palladium and palladium oxide. In this study, thermodynamic equations for the formation of palladium oxide (PdO) are established. Palladium chloride is dissolved into hydrochloric acid to generate a palladium chloride solution. Nanosized palladium oxide powder with an average particle size below 30 nm were generated from this raw material solution by means of a spray pyrolysis process. The palladium oxide particles were composed of a single solid crystal. The results of XRD analysis showed that only a PdO phase of the generated powder was formed. And, the specific surface area of the generated palladium powder was approximately $32m^2/g$.

        파일럿 규모의 기포 유동층 반응기를 이용한 석탄과 하수 슬러지 고형 연료의 혼소에 대한 실험적 연구

        In this study, the co-combustion characteristics of coal and sewage sludge were investigated using 100 kWth bubbling fluidized bed (BFB) combustion system. Sub-bituminous coal (Coal), dried sewage sludge solid fuel (DSS), and hydrothermal carbonization sewage sludge solid fuel (HTCSS) were considered as fuel blends. The higher heating value of HTCSS was about 1,500 kcal/kg higher than that of DSS since the fuel ratio, H/C and O/C ratio were improved by the hydrothermal carbonization. The hardgrove grindability index (HGI) was performed to understand the feasibility of industrial applications. In the pilot-scale BFB experiment, the heat input, as 72 kWth, was fixed in all cases. The mixing ratios of HTCSS and DSS were 2, 5 and 10% respectively based on the higher heating value. Under the co-combustion conditions, the temperature in the reactor was increased in the freeboard zone due to the higher volatile matter of HTCSS and DSS than Coal. The trend of CO and NOx emissions was similar in all cases as mixing ratio was increased. However, SO₂ emission was decreased in HTCSS co-combustion case due to the lower sulfur content compared to than that of DSS. Ash acquired after BFB combustion was analyzed by XRF to evaluate the slagging/fouling tendency. The variation of slagging/fouling tendency was minor in all cases.

        서비스디자인 요소를 적용한 프라이빗뱅킹 고객을 위한 공간 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적) 금융 산업의 발달과 그 규모가 커지면서 우리사회는 급격하게 성장해왔고 구조가 복잡하고 세분화되어졌다. 그러면서 모든 산업분야에서 서비스디자인과 더불어 vip를 위한 서비스에 관심을 가지고 그 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 금융의 기능과 고객을 연결하는 가장 중요한 역할이 공간이다. 대고객 접점인 영업점의 환경에 이르는 모든 금융의 기능을 적극적으로 연결시키게 된다. 고액자산가들에게는 서비스를 제공하고 금융회사에는 서비스를 통한 가치 창출을 위한 공간으로 기업에서 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있는 vip공간이라고 할 수 있다. 기본적으로 경험에 의한 고객의 니즈에 접근해야한다. 감성적인 만족감을제공하는 것에서 최근 들어 고객의 니즈와 새로운 변화를 통한 가치를 부여하고자하는 방향으로 가고 있다. 서비스를 디자인하여 사용자에게 제공하는 것이라는 개념을 넘어서 고객의 니즈와 경험을 파악해 개선 방향을 제시해주는 중요한 개념인 서비스디자인이 모든 산업분야에서 대두되고 있다. 프라이빗 뱅킹의 공간을 분석하고 다양화된 고객의 욕구를 대처하기 위한 공간 활용 연구 분석이 필요하다.(연구방법)이 연구는 서비스디자인의 개념정의와 특징을 기반으로 이론적 고찰을 한다. 프라이빗 뱅킹의 공간구성에 대해 알아보고, Vip 고객들이 이용하는 점포의 사례를 분석을 통해 현재 제공하고 있는 서비스공간에 대해 알아본다. (결과)프라이빗 뱅킹 PB센터에는 주로 이벤트룸을 이용해 서비스 제공하는 경우가 가장 많다. 고객들은 더 앞서가고 시각적으로나 물리적으로나 최상의 것을 원하고 있다. 새로운 문화와 라이프스타일을 추구하는 프라이빗 뱅킹으로 점포별로 특징에 맞게 공간계획을 할 필요가 있었고, 앞으로 계속 연구되어야할 가치가 있는 공간이다. (결론) 서비스디자인의 다양한 사고를 바탕으로 이벤트 룸을 각종 세미나를 개최하는 등의 효율적인 공간으로 제시하여 고액자산가 VIP들의 호응을 얻고 있다. 금융시장은 고객입장에서 금융상품과 더불어 여러 가지 다양한 문화혜택 등을 제공해 고객의 만족도를 높여 그로 인해 더 많은 가치 창출하는 것에 목적이 있다. 고객에게 제공하는 종합적인 자산관리 외의 시각적 물리적 환경을 최적화하여 최상의 만족도를 제공할 수 있는 프라이빗뱅킹의 공간을 제시할 필요가 있다. 프라이빗 뱅킹 고객의 만족도를 증대시키고 더 좋은 서비스를 제공하기 위한 공간계획연구는 계속 연구되어져야 할 것이다. (Background and Purpose) Our society has grown at a rapid pace, as has the advancement of the financial industry. Furthermore, the structure of the financial industry has become more complex and fragmented, leading to a growing interest in and importance of services for VIPs in addition to relevant service design in all the industrial fields. Space plays a vital role in connecting the functions of finance with meeting customer needs. That is, space actively connects all of the functions of finance via the environment of the bank branch, which is the point of contact for customers. Financial firms that provide services to wealthy people have spaces to create value through services. This can be deemed as an essential function. It is imperative to approach the needs of clients based on experience. Recently, more emphasis has been placed on values created through customer needs and new changes, rather than providing emotional satisfaction. Design services beyond the concept that provides users with significant improvements that offer direction to catch the customer``s needs and experience, the concept of service design are emerging in every industry. In other words, it is essential to study and analyze space utilization in order to analyze the space of private banking and cope with the diverse desires of clients. (Method) This study conducts a theoretical review of the concept and attributes of service design. It also examines the spatial configuration of private banking and the currently available service space through a case study on actual bank branches used by VIP clients. (Results) Services using event rooms accounted for the largest proportion at private banking (PB) centers. Clients want the best possible service both visually and physically. In this regard, it is necessary to make a plan for the space for each bank branch, because private banking pursues a new culture and lifestyle. It is worthwhile to study bank space on a continuous basis going forward. (Conclusions) Financial firms have received positive responses from VIPs (wealthy people) by efficiently leveraging event rooms for a variety of seminars based on diverse ideas of service design. The financial market aims to create more value by improving customer satisfaction with a variety of cultural benefits as well as financial products. To this end, it is imperative to continue to study space to provide better service and improve the satisfaction level of private banking clients. Thus, it is necessary to designate adequate space in private banking to ensure the highest degree of satisfaction can be achieved by optimizing the visual and physical environment, in addition to meeting customers’ comprehensive asset-management needs. It is therefore imperative to conduct space planning research in order to increase customer satisfaction and provide customers with better services in relation to private banking.
