        한국 야생다의 (野生茶) 유연성에 관한 연구

        In order to compare the variation of Korean native Yea plants, the botanical specimens of the two introduced varieties and the wild varieties collected from 49 places were made. The leaf and flower types from them were investigated. 1) About 78% of the wild tea `plants were existed in hamboo thicket or in forest, and 95% were grown in the southward inclined place. 2) The wild tea plants were distributed in the region from 34°27` north to 35°43` north of latitude, but most of them were grown in the region of 35 degree north of latitude. 3) The leaf types of wild tea plants were elliptical and oblong, but onr oval type of leaf was found in the Mando¨ksa, Kangjin. 4) The Leaf sizes of wild tea plants were 14.74 0.57 × 5.72 ± 0.24㎝ in the large leaf and 12.16 1.57 × 3.53 0.41㎝ in the small leaf. 5) There were two leaf types that one is acuminate, coriaceous, reticulate, dark green, and the other is obtuse, chartaceous, rugose, deep green. 6) There were not much difference between varieties in the flower types, only except the trait of Yongjang. 7) Among the wild tea plants, it was considered that Yongjang-type variety would he a variant or hybrid of bohea-variety (chinese-variety) and Waun-type variety would he a variant or hybrid of macrophylla variety and General-type variety would be a degenerated variant of Waun-type or another hybrid.

      • 遮光度가 茶葉의 Chlorophyll 色素에 미치는 영향

        차광도가 다른 재배환경이 다엽의 Chlorophyll 색소함량에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자, 재배차의 무차광 및 차광다엽, 그리고 야생차의 연중 반차광다엽과 연중 차광다엽을 대상으로 검토한 결과, Chlorophyll의 함량은 차광 정도에 따라 차이를 보였는데 무차광다엽보다 차광다엽이 높은 경향을 나타냈다. Chlorophyll a와 b의 조성은 무차광다엽은 3:1, 그리고 차광다엽은 2.8:1로 그늘에서 자란 것이 Chlorophyll b의 비율이 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. The effect of shading on the Chlorophyll content of tea shoot was examined under the different shading conditions shaded and unshaded tea shoots obtained from cultivating tea were analyzed while partial shaded and through-shaded tea shoots were used for wild tea. Analysis of the Cholorophyll contents of tea shoots revealed that different shading conditions resulted in different Chlorophyll contents and higher content of Chlorophyll was found in the shaded case. The composition of Chlorophyll a and b was 3:1 and 2.8:1 under unshaded and shaded conditions respectively, which indicated that the ratio of Chlorophyll b to Chlorophyll a increased under the shading condition.

        The significant chemical constituents estimating the quality of green tea were compared and analyzed in the tea shoots of native Korean tea plants. The tea shoots of different varieties among native tea plants were plucked in Waun-ri, Yongjang-ri, others in eight tea-growing places, and Yabukita, for the comparison, which is excellent Japanese variety. The contents of Yongjang-ri tea shoots were 0.55% lower in total nitrogen, 41.14 ㎎% lower in vitamin C and 0.56% higher in tannin than the average of the other eight places. The contents of ash, caffeine and water extract showed no difference between the tea shoots. Tea shoots of Waunri had similar compositions compared with those of Yabukita and other eight places in the chemical constituents. It is considered that the tea leaves in Yongjang-ri would be different variety comparing with other eight places in the view of characters and constituents. And it is thought that tea leaves in Waun-ri would be the large leaf variety of same genealogy because tea leaves in Waun-ri was different from the other eight places in characters, but was similar to in constituents.
