        골프장 대기시간에 따른 부정적 감정이 고객의 반응행동 및 골프장 이미지에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to examine the effects of negative feelings in relation to golf club waiting time on customer’s respondent behaviors and golf club image and provide information of giving customers’ ultimate goal to visit a golf club and improving their golf club image. The subjects were selected by convenience sampling and a total of 350 materials were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 18.0. Finally, the following results were obtained. First, golf club waiting time had a positive effect(+) on negative feelings. Second, negative feelings of a golf club had a positive effect(+) on respondent behaviors. Third, negative feelings had a negative effect(-) on the golf club mage. Fourth, golf club waiting time had not a positive effect(+) on respondent behaviors. Fifth, golf club waiting time had a negative effect(-) on the golf club image. Based on the findings, longer waiting time was associated with customers’ negative feelings and influenced respondent behaviors in relation to negative feelings. Moreover, longer waiting time caused customers to have a negative image of the golf club and resulting negative feelings also affected the golf club image. Therefore, waiting time was one of customer’s dissatisfaction. It is suggested that golf clubs should analyze and improve factors influencing waiting time to meet customers’s needs.

        소셜네트워크 빅데이터를 활용한 코로나 19에 따른 프로야구 관람문화조사

        본 연구의 자료처리는 텍스톰(textom)과 소셜미디어의 단어를 중심으로 3가지 영역인 ‘코로나 19와 프로야구’, ‘코로나 19와 프로야구 무관중’,‘코로나 19와 프로스포츠’에 대해 웹 환경에서 데이터 수집과 정제작업을 실시한 후 일괄 처리하였으며, 이를 시각화하기 위해 Ucinet6프로그램을 활용하였다. 구체적으로 웹 환경의 수집은 네이버, 다음, 구글의 채널을 활용하였고, 추출된 단어들 중 전문가회의를 통해 30개의 단어로 요약 정리하여 최종 연구에 활용하였다. 30개의 추출된 단어를 매트릭스를 통해 시각화하였으며, 단어의 유사성과 공통성의 군집을 파악하기 위해 CONCOR분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 코로나 19와 프로야구에 관련된 군집은 1개의 중심클러스터와 5개의 주변클러스터로 구성되었고 코로나 19여파에 따른 프로야구 개막과 관련된 내용을 주로 검색하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 코로나19와 프로야구 무관중에 관련된 군집은 1개의 중심클러스터와 5개의 주변클러스터로 구성되었으며, 코로나 19에 따른 프로야구 경기와 관련된 프로야구입장의 키워드를 주로 검색하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 코로나 19와 프로스포츠에 관련된 군집은 1개의 중심클러스터와 5개의 주변클러스터로 구성되었으며, 코로나 19의 여파에 따른 프로스포츠 시작과 관련된 키워드를 주로 검색하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 종합해보면 포스트 코로나 시대의 프로야구는 많은 변화가 있을 것이라 예상된다. 특히 응원문화는 관중들이 원하는 정도의 만족감은 없겠지만 관중들이 누릴 수 있는 직접관람의 기회를 누리기 위해 야구장에서도 코로나 19를 극복하기 위한 하나의 일상으로의 행동강령이 잘 유지되어야 할 것이다. 관람문화 또한 라이브커머스, AR/VR, O4O(Online for Offline)등의 4차 산업혁명의 기술도입으로 현장감 있는 쌍방향 소통이 가능한 인터렉티브 소통의 디지털이 구현돼야 할 것이다. 포스트 코로나 시대는 프로스포츠에도 새로운 형태의 패러다임이 구축될 것이다. 랜선 응원, SNS를 활용한 응원, 실시간 동시시청, 라이브 채팅응원, 편파중계 등 다양한 형태의 응원문화가 새로운 창작콘텐츠 형태로 진화할 것이며, 팬들의 욕구를 충족할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 패러다임이 구축돼야 하겠다. The data processing of this study focuses on the textom and social media words about three areas:"Corona 19 and professional baseball", "Corona 19 and professional baseball", and "Corona 19 and professional sports" The data was collected and refined in a web environment and then processed in batch, and the Ucinet6 program was used to visualize it. Specifically, the web environment was collected using Naver, Daum, and Google"s channels, and was summarized into 30 words through expert meetings among the extracted words and used in the final study. 30 extracted words were visualized through a matrix, and a CONCOR analysis was performed to identify clusters of similarity and commonality of words. As a result of analysis, the clusters related to Corona 19 and Pro Baseball were composed of one central cluster and five peripheral clusters, and it was found that the contents related to the opening of professional baseball according to the corona 19 wave were mainly searched. The cluster related to Corona 19 and unrelated to professional baseball consisted of one central cluster and five peripheral clusters, and it was found that the keyword of the position of professional baseball related to the professional baseball game according to Corona 19 was mainly searched. Corona 19 and the cluster related to professional sports consisted of one central cluster and five peripheral clusters, and it was found that the keywords related to the start of professional sports according to the aftermath of Corona 19 were mainly searched.

        소셜네트워크 빅데이터를 활용한 지역사회 메가 스포츠 이벤트의 레거시 개발 : 2015광주 U대회, 2019광주 세계수영 선수권대회를 중심으로

        This study was conducted with the necessity and development of the legacy of a mega sport event in Korea, and the development of differentiated legacy in the host region reflecting the unique colors and characteristics of the host region was required. In this study, social network big data analysis using textom was performed, and data collection and refining of three keywords were performed and batch processed. In addition, a Ucinet6 program was conducted to visualize the collected data, and a CONCOR analysis was performed to identify common clusters. As a result of analysis, the cluster of 2015 Gwangju Summer Universiade was classified into 1 main recognition and 4 surroundings, and the cluster of 2019 Gwangju World Swimming Championships was classified into 1 main recognition and 3 surroundings and related to Gwangju Sports Event Legacy The cluster was classified into one main perception and three surrounding perceptions. Finally, there is a lack of tangible and intangible assets after the game and content with representative representation representing Gwangju. Accordingly, the local government should propose a specific plan by distinguishing between long-term and long-term legacy strategies that select factors that can be used in the short term.

        프로야구 팬이 지각하는 기업연상효과에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 프로야구 팬의 기업연상효과에 따른 장기관계 지향성을 검증하기 위해 연구를 실시하였고 구단연상에 따른 소비자적 가치를 소비자 가치와 기업의 가치로 구분하여 전이되는 효과를 이중관계모형을 통해 검증하였다는 점에서 의미를 부여하였으며, 팬들의 가치적 태도변화를 구분함으로 나타나는 마케팅적 효과를 검증하는데 연구의 목적이 있겠다. 이를 위하여 G지역과 S지역에 거주하는 프로야구 팬들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 조사도구는 설문지를 사용하여 자기평가기입법에 의해 응답하도록 하였다. 응답된 설문지의 선별작업을 통해 최종 250부의 설문지를 최종 연구에 사용하였으며, 자료처리를 위해 활용된 통계기법은 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0을 활용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 구단연상은 기업연상에 정(+)적 영향을 둘째, 기업연상은 인지도에 정(+)적 영향을 셋째, 인지도는 만족도에 정(+)적 영향을 넷째, 만족도는 신뢰도에 정(+)적 영향을 다섯째, 신뢰도는 장기지향에 정(+)적 영향을 여섯째, 기업연상은 기업신뢰에 정(+)적 영향을 기업신뢰는 기업이미지에 정(+)적 영향을 일곱째, 기업신뢰는 기업이미지에 정(+)적 영향을 여덟째, 기업이미지는 기업평판에 정(+)적 영향을 아홉째, 기업평판은 장지관계지속의도에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study conducted a study to verify the long-term relationship orientation according to the corporate association effect of professional baseball fans and verified transfer effect through the dual relationship model by dividing value according to team association into consumer value and corporate value. The purpose of this study was to verify marketing effect that was indicated by dividing fans’ change of a value attitude. The questionnaire survey was conducted with professional baseball fans residing in the G area and the S area using a self-administered method. The responded questionnaires were selected and 250 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The statistical technique for data processing included SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results were as follows. First, team association had a positive(+) effect on corporate association. Second, corporate association had a positive(+) effect on recognition. Third, recognition had a positive(+) effect on satisfaction. Fourth, satisfaction had a positive(+) effect on trust. Fifth, trust had a positive(+) effect on long-term orientation. Sixth, corporate association had a positive(+) effect on corporate trust. Seventh, corporate trust had a positive(+) effect on a corporate image. Eighth, a corporate image had a positive(+) effect on corporate reputation. Ninth, corporate reputation had a positive(+) effect on an intention to continue long-term relationship. In conclusion, the effect of long-term relationship orientation according to corporate association effect was verified and the dual relationship model of consumer value and corporate value was also demonstrated.

        2019 세계수영선수권대회의 컨버전스 마케팅에 따른 지역민의 행동체계 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between mega sport event convergence marketing and consumer behavior system VAB(value-attitude-behavior). Second, convergence marketing of mega sport event is approached from consumers` Third, we conducted the research to present the justification of convergence marketing strategy of mega sport event and to derive the theoretical and practical implications. To do this, we conducted research on G residents, and used 270 questionnaires to process the data. The statistical programs SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used to obtain the following results. First, convergence marketing has affected consumer perception. Second, consumer awareness influenced VAB(value, attitude, behavioral intention) which is a behavior system of local people. Third, the VAB(value, attitude, behavioral intention) behavior system had a partial effect.

        2022 베이징 동계올림픽 심판판정인식에 따른 몰입이 관람 스트레스에 미치는 영향

        In this study, to analyze the effect of immersion according to the judgment recognition of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics on spectator stress, a survey was conducted on the citizens of areas G and J, and a questionnaire of a total of 250 people was used in the final study. The statistical program used to achieve the research purpose is SPSS Ver. The results were derived using the 25.0 statistics package program and the Amos 25.0 program, and based on the results, it was attempted to interpret and suggest implications from the viewpoint of spectators along with the referees judgment of mega sports events. The conclusion of this study is presented as follows. First, it was found that the perception of referee decision had a significant effect on immersion. Through this, the importance of refereeing, the sense of duty as a referee, and fairness should be re-examined. Second, it was found that immersion had some significant effect on spectator stress. Through this, we should strive to ensure that spectators can enjoy the stage where their efforts shine by equipping not only the performance of the players, but also game-related factors such as the fair judgment of the referee.

        골프연습장 지도자의 지도행동유형, 고객만족, 재방문의사, 전환의도의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to examine golf practice range coaches’ relationship among leadership styles, customer satisfaction, intention to revisit, and switching intention. Moreover, it also aims to provide empirical information to gain competitive advantage over coaches by having individual quality attainments in response to golf coach’s quantitative increase and make them aware of the importance of human service as part of the service business by breaking with past leadership types. To achieve the purpose, golf club customers were set as the population. A total of 280 responses were analyzed using convenience sampling and the following results were obtained using SPSS 180.0 and AMOS 18.0. First, the training and instruction behavior of leadership styles had a positive(+) effect on customer satisfaction. Second, the democratic behavior of leadership styles did not have a positive(+) effect on customer satisfaction. Third, the social support behavior of leadership styles had a positive(+) effect on customer satisfaction. Fourth, the positive compensation behavior of leadership styles had a positive(+) effect on customer satisfaction. Firth, the authoritative behavior of leadership styles had a negative(-) effect on customer satisfaction. Sixth, customer satisfaction had a positive(+) effect on the intention to revisit. Finally, customer satisfaction had a positive(+) effect on switching intention.

        소셜네트워크를 활용한 코로나 19의 태권도장 활성화 방안

        COVID-19 is having a great impact on several sports industry fields, and each field is making various efforts to gain a competitive advantage in the same industry by establishing differentiated survival strategies. Therefore, this study tried to conduct a realistic and empirical study related to taekwondo in the situation of COVID-19, and to present basic data that can help the operation of taekwondo based on the results. The results presented in this study are summarized as follows. Regarding the taekwondo environment, there was one major perception (the difficulty of the taekwondo studio due to corona) and three peripheral perceptions (the safety of the taekwondo studio due to the corona crisis, the taekwondo training environment, the government policy related to the taekwondo school), and the taekwondo instructor One main perception (the role of the Taekwondo leader) and two peripheral perceptions (Taekwondo leader vaccination, Taekwondo leader overcoming the corona crisis) appeared, and in the Taekwondo program, there was one main perception (Taekwondo program) and three Perceptions of the surroundings (education programs according to the target of participating in taekwondo, social issues related to taekwondo, operation of taekwondo according to COVID-19) were shown.
