원자력 시설의 가동에 따른 한국인의 식품 섭취 피폭 선량을 보다 현실적으로 평가하기 위해서는 농작물에서의 핵종 이동 계수에 대해 국내 생산 자료를 사용할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 과거 수년간 한국원자력연구소에서 수행된 우리나라 주요 농작물의 핵종 이동 인자에 관한 결과를 분석하고 이를 외국의 사례와 비교하여 이를 사용할 때 선택할 수 있는 근거를 제시하고자 하였다. 이동인자의 경향은 실험의 횟수가 많을 경우 대체로 평균에 대해 정규분포를 이루는 경향을 보였으나 일부 핵종은 실험의 환경, 작물 및 토양의 종류에 따라 큰 변이를 보였다. 이러한 이동 인자들은 원자력 시설의 가동전이나 정상가동 중 또는 사고 시에 작물체내 방사성 핵종의 농도를 예측하고 평가 하는 데 목적이나 환경에 따라 적절히 활용될 수 있다. 여기에 제시된 모든 인자는 대부분 온실 실험을 통하여 얻은 것이어서 몇 가지는 실험상의 제약으로 인하여 보수적이거나 단편적인 결과를 얻을 가능성이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제시된 인자를 사용할 경우 각각의 의미와 한계를 충분히 숙지하고 평가의 목적이나 모델의 특성에 맞게 사용해야 하며, 그럴 경우 외국의 모델에서 제시된 인자를 사용할 때보다 현실적인 평가가 될 것으로 여겨진다.

There are two images of nature in the poetry of Hyun-seung Kim. One is the abundant images of nature related by the world of God. The other is the dried images of nature related by the world of man(the self). The use of this two contrast images in his poetry reveals the worldview of Hyun-seung Kim. He strictly divides the two worlds in his mind. This is the consciousness of dualism to the world. In his middle age's poetry, the theme of the loneliness is not the denial of christianity but the doubt of christianity in the realms of the christian religion. In the final term in his life(after 1973), he tried to integrate the two world in his poetry. In this poetry, the dried images of nature changes to the abundant images of nature. This change is related by the poet's desire of salvation. Therefore, Hyun-seung Kim maintained the christian mind in his all life and his poetry.

The meaning of space in the modern poetry can be treated many ways. But this paper wants to explain the meaning of space in the point of semiotics. In Kim-Chunsu's non-meaning poetry, Oh-kyuwon's poetry of crude image, Chae-hogy's postermodern poetry, or the poetry of drawing to cyber space, there are no symbolic meaning or metaphoric meaning in the space of that poetry. It is the deconstruction of symbolic meaning and the deconstruction of lyric poetry. On the contrary, in the lyric poetry, that is Searim's, O-saeyoung's, or Cho-Changwhan's poetry, they are pursuit to the lyric standpoint. In those poetry, the symbolic meaning of space is recovered. The concept of the meaning of space in the deconstructive poetry and postmodern poetry denies the world of meaning beyond the world of signs. But the concept of the meaning of space in the lyric poetry contains many symbolic meanings.(Asian United Theological Unversity)
Absorbed Internal Dose Conversion Coefficients for Domestic Reference Animals and Plant

This paper describes the methodology of calculating the internal dose conversion coefficient in order to assess the radiological impact on non-human species. This paper also presents the internal dose conversion coefficients of 25radionuclides (3H, 7Be, 14C, 40K, 51Cr, 54Mn, 59Fe, 58Co, 60Co, 65Zn, 90Sr, 95Zr, 95Nb, 99Tc, 106Ru, 129I, 131I, 136Cs, 137Cs, 140Ba, 140La,144Ce, 238U, 239Pu, 240Pu) for domestic seven reference animals (roe deer, rat, frog, snake, Chinese minnow, bee, and earthworm) and one reference plant (pine tree). The uniform isotropic model was applied in order to calculate the internal dose conversion coefficients. The calculated internal dose conversion coefficient (μGyd-1 per Bqkg-1) ranged from 10-6 to 10-2according to the type of radionuclides and organisms studied. It turns out that the internal does conversion coefficient was higher for alpha radionuclides, such as 238U, 239Pu, and 240Pu, and for large organisms, such as roe deer and pine tree. The internal dose conversion coefficients of 239Pu, 240Pu, 238U, 14C, 3H and 99Tc were independent of the organism.
Novel SINR-Based User Selection for an MU-MIMO System with Limited Feedback

This paper presents a novel user selection method basedon the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR),which is approximated using limited feedback data at thebase stations (BSs) of multiple user multiple-inputmultiple-output (MU-MIMO) systems. In the proposedsystem, the codebook vector index, the quantization errorobtained from the correlation between the measuredchannel and the codebook vector, and the measured valueof the largest singular value are fed back from each user tothe BS. The proposed method not only generatesprecoding vectors that are orthogonal to the precodingvectors of the previously selected users and are highlycorrelated with the codebook vector of each user but alsoadopts the quantization error in approximating the SINR,which eventually provides a significantly more accurateSINR than the conventional SINR-based user selectiontechniques. Computer simulations show that the proposedmethod enhances the sum rate of the conventional SINRbasedmethods by at least 2.4 (2.62) bps/Hz when thenumber of transmit antennas and number of receiveantennas per user terminal is 4 and 1(2), respectively, with100 candidate users and an SNR of 30 dB.
