In this paper, we used the ACU products to simulate PCB regarding the general PCB design. Here we compared the SCE Test result (CISPR 25 3<SUP>nd</SUP> Edition)with Simulation Result. We got rid of the resonance point by getting ReturnPath, Via, Decap. tuning and decreased impedance. After all we confirmed that EMC Test result improved a lot due to the power and ground stabilization.

For printed circuit board (PCB) design using computer aided design (CAD), a design Rule for reduction of electromagnetic interference is developed. In this paper, EMC rules can be explained, and EMC and power/signal integrity are described. EMC compliance costs are always reduced by designing-in EMC rather than only considering it after functionality has been achieved. So using these design rules from the start of a new design is a powerful competitive tool. Many of these EMC design rules are also important for power/signal integrity, so implementing them can save a great deal of time and cost during product development by achieving the desired functionality sooner. The EMC rules of component choice, component placement, trace wiring and grounding is presented.

When the 48V dc/dc converter supply power to 12V electronics and store regenerated energy back into the battery, the electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise is generated. Moreover, the dc-dc converter with switching operation contains a wide range of harmonics. Since conducted and radiated emissions from automotive system can be constrained below specified limits, it is important to reduce EMI noise in an automotive system with EMI filter. In this study, we firstly simulated conducted noise from the automotive 48V dc/dc converter with EMI filter PCB. The ferrite cores in EMI filter with are modeled with frequency dependent complex permeability. The conducted emission noise of the dc-dc converter with and without modeling of frequency dependent material has been analyzed and simulated by using a circuit simulation. The simulation and measurement setup for conducted emissions are directed by CISPR 25 standard.

In order to present that the electromagnetic compatibility standards following the frequency goes up which is based automotive electronics, in this paper, a hybrid/electric vehicle battery which reflects the frequency of the equivalent circuit model is introduced. By using this circuit modeling, the impedance characteristics can be analysed and an analyze of battery one cell is finished. Using this model, each different from the discharging situation, the discharge characteristic curve could be led. Basic theoretical approaches and measuring results through MATLAB and experimental validation of the EIS measurement equipment was used.
