Background: This study assessed the role of Pinus koraiensis (P. koraiensis) Siebold et Zucc. leaves as an ingredient for cosmetics. The biological activities and wrinkle improvement effect of P. koraiensis leaves were investigated. Methods and Results: Leaf samples were mixed with 80% ethanol (EtOH), and the ingredients were separated into fractions using different solvents in order of n-Hexane, ethyl acetate (EtOAc), n-butanol and water. The antioxidant activity based on 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), scavenging of 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS), and total phenol and flavonoid content of 80% EtOH extracts and fractions was tested. Among the tested extracts and fractions, the EtOAc fraction displayed the greatest DPPH and ABTS scavenging activity and total phenol and flavonoid content. Wrinkle improvement was evaluated by performing collagenase and elastase assays. In addition, matrix metallopeptidase 1 (MMP-1) inhibition and procollagen synthesis were measured. The 80% EtOH extract displayed the greatest anti-wrinkle effects. Conclusions: The 80% EtOH extract and each fraction of P. koraiensis leaves displayed differing antioxidant and anti-wrinkle activities. This basic data will inform the utilization these P. koraiensis as an ingredient suitable for skin health and beauty.
기업의 사회적 책임 활동이 소비자의 기업에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향 - 진정성의 매개효과를 중심으로

기업의 경영환경에 있어서 단순한 수익창출뿐만이 아닌 사회적 책임에 대한 소비자들의 요구도 점점 강해지고 있다. 하지만 CSR활동에 대한 소비자들의 평가는 냉정하며, 그러한 기업의 활동을 자사의 이익이나 부정적 이미지를 쇄신하기 위한 활동으로 평가하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 CSR활동을 부정적 시각으로 바라보는 소비자들이 CSR활동을 긍정적으로 인식할 수 있는 매개체로서 CSR진정성에 중점을 두어 연구를 하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 일반인을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 수집한 293부의 자료를 데이터분석에 활용하였으며, SmartPLS 3.0으로 구조방정식 모형에 대한 검증을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 경제적, 법률적, 윤리적, 자선적 책임활동이 기업태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. CSR진정성에는 자선적, 윤리적 책임활동만이 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 매개효과분석에 있어서는 CSR진정성이 윤리적, 자선적 책임활동과 기업태도를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. Consumer demands for social responsibility and simple profit creation are getting stronger in the business community of companies. However, the consumers evaluation of CSR is old, and the company activities are evaluated as undertakings aimed at renewing their own profit or improving negative images. This study focuses on the authenticity of CSR as a medium through which consumers who negatively view CSR activities are able to perceive CSR positively. For empirical analysis, 239 copies of data collected by conducting an online survey for the general public were used for data analysis. The structural equation model was verified using SmartPLS 3.0. Results of the empirical analysis revealed that economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic responsibility activities have a positive effect on corporate attitude. It was further verified that only philanthropic and ethically responsible activities positively affected CSR authenticity. The mediation effect analysis determined that CSR sincerity is associated with ethical and philanthropic responsibility activities and corporate attitudes.
