In the present-day We are inclined to emphasize on the importance of Early Childhood Education. It can be seen the most serious problems for early childhood education and the professional qualifications of infant teaching staff. 1) Purpose of this study (1) It is the purpose of this thesis to examine theoretical foundations for the specialization of kindergarten's teacher, to provide desirable directions for preschool teacher's training policy. And This thesis was studied for reference literature of America and Japan's pre-school teacher's policy (2) This study emphasized an infant educational teacher of ability. (3) To meet these objective of the study in introductory part, The professional qualifications of teacher and sevreral factors in pre-school teacher's training policy are observed. (4) In the mainpart, preschool teacher's education in Korea will be able to take advantage of several issues of pre-school teacher's training policy. 2) Method of this study (1) This study selected historical method.

21세기의 유아교육정책

이상에서 언급한 바와 같이, 지금은 세계화 개방화 국제화 시대로 각국들이 서로 경쟁하고 있다. 정치, 경제, 문화 그리고 교육시장이 부분적으로 개방되고 있으므로, 21세기에는 지구촌이 교육평준화적 양상을 나타내면서 경쟁으로 교육의 우월적 차등을 나타나게 될 것이다. 이런 시대에 맞는 의식과 행동양식의 세계화를 위한 기초 예절이 함께 유아기 때부터 요구된다. 경쟁적 교육이 성숙되면서, 21C 세계화 시대에 알맞는 유아 양육을 위한 전반적인 면에서 정책적 수립이 요구된다. 제도와 정책의 변화, 교재의 타당성, 교사의 자질, 교수방법, 교육시설, 교육과정과 운영 및 시설 면에서 개선할 일들이 많이 드러나고 있다. 따라서 유아교육의 활성화를 위한 몇 가지 유아교육의 정책방향에 암시적 논의를 추가 제시하고자 한다. 1. 세계가 문물교환, 교육교환, 기술교환, 인재교환 등 각 분야에서 상호교환 작용이 있게 된다. 따라서 유아교육의 세계화, 개방화로 유아교육 경쟁이 심화될 것이다. 즉, 주변국가들이 유아교육을 모두 공교육화 할 때 우리나라도 공교육이 불가피한 문화 전파적 교육현상이 나타나게 된다. 따라서 세계 선진국들의 공교육에 따라 우리도 어떤 영향을 미치면서 우리의 공교육도 세계와의 교육 경쟁적 측면에서 교육 발전을 가속화하게 될 것이다. 2. 유아교육 프로그램, 교재·교구의 개발에서 유사한 외국의 각종 유아교구들이 교육시장에 보급되면서 물물교환과 모방, 도입의 형태로 문화 이식과 문화 번식처럼 유아교육에 도미노 현상을 나타내고 유아교육제도, 정책, 내용 등에서 선진국과 경쟁을 이루게 된다. 3. 유아교육기관의 시설·설비 및 환경에서 계층별 국가별로 다양한 색채 속에 동질화 현상을 띄게 되는데 이는 정보화, 기술화가 세계 공존을 바탕으로 전향해 가기 때문이다. 4. 유아교사 양육 정책의 방향과 실제 면에서 선진국들이 이미 양성과정을 4년으로 정하고 있고 21세기에는 주변국들이 모든 제도와 내용 면에서 국력경쟁, 교육경쟁, 기술경쟁을 끝없이 벌이게 된다. 그러므로 우리나라는 유아교사 양성기간을 4년으로 하되 2년의 심화과정을 전문대학 유아교육과에 설치해서 경쟁에 대비해야 한다. 정책입안자의 생각대로, 전문대의 설립취지가 취업교육이라는 한정된 사고에서 벗어나지 못한 체 국가발전에 저해한 제도를 지속시켜서는 안 된다. 교육이 발전하지 못할 때 보통 제도가 잘못되어서 교육력을 잃게되는 경우가 많다. 향학열에 몰입한 학생을 2년간 교육을 마친 후 같은 방향으로 더 배울 수 있는 기회를 박탈한 체, 나라의 발전을 막는 제도를 더 이상 방치해서는 안 된다(97. 10. 국민일보). 초둥학교를 맡은 교육대학은 지금 6년제 교육과정으로 개편할 움직임이다(한국교육학회,1997). 그러므로 전문대학 현 2년 과정에 심화과정 2년을 유아교육과가 개설되어 있는 전문대학에 설치하여 제도화, 법제화 하므로써 세계대열에 교육경쟁에서 이길 수 있는 기초를 확립해야한다. 5. 유아교육기관에 남·녀 교사를 평등하게 고용하기 위해 남자 교사를 일정비율로 입학케하고 지원자가 없을 때에는 일정비율의 특혜(10%의 산업체 요원 흡수 등)를 주는 한시적인 제도의 운영이 요구된다. 6. 대학 명칭과 수업연한을 자율화하되 모든 대학 운영분야를 전적으로 자율에 맡겨야 한다. 자율이 있는 곳에 창의와 발전과 활성화가 가능하다. 통제가 반드시 필요한 부분은 법률이나 규정으로 정하되, 가급적 법적인 통제가 작을수록 교육현장은 활성화되고 발전한다(Research, 1997). 7. 장학조직은 감독적 차원이 아닌, 교육 후원 전문요원으로 전환하고 과학화, 합리화를 이루어 장학이 유아교육의 질적 수준을 높이고, 실질적 현장 교육을 세계 1등 수준으로 가속화시키는데 기여케 해야 한다. 이상에서 열거한 21세기의 유아교육 정책은 "정보화, 기술화, 개방화, 국제화"라는 세대적 변화와 요청에 유아교육 정책의 방향을 두어야 할 것이다.

자폐증아 교육에 관한 연구

This study is to treat action of problem for the early childhood. specifically, as to which is his ultimate objective, this study seeks to answer the following questions ; ① A subject on the education of the autistic children. ② A subject on the theory of the autistic children. ③ A subject on the teaching method of the autistic children. The second purpose of this study is education to improve the autistic children and the main points contained in this study was to make a search for what were the historical fack ground of the autistic education what were the actual condition in the past. Therefore, in this study, an attempt was to make to develop a theoretical frame work. In regarding this study, major specific points of the attempt were summarized as follows : In order to find out the theoretical basis of the autistic children, this thesis is presented 3 subject ; ① We had a full discussion about, autistic children. ② Especially, the problem of the education about the outistic children was studied concretely. ③ There were 4 variable "the principle of education on autistic children, teaching method, the quality of education, environment." Major result of this study are as follows ; first, the basic direction of educational method for autistic children should be the establishment. Second, Program on the development for autistic children of Korea was studied.

포스트모더니즘 시대의 유아교육

Early childhood education is now at the turning point to be changed entirely. As if our society change has continued, early childhood education should be changed. Early childhood education needs to be changed more because these days our society has altered to postmodern society that has the importance of the knowledge and information in the industrial society based on labor values. Therefore, early childhood education must immediately be changed by coming postmodern society. As, especially, postmodern society is necessary for creative persons being able to have various and logical thoughts and independent persons being able to enjoy the meanings of their life, the practice of education should be accomplished in the aspects of understanding about the life of young children. Then, the whole changes of education may make the life of young children be more affluent and valuable.

아동 학대와 방임 : 실태, 법적근거 및 대책방안

Since the experience of abuse and neglect in childhood cause not only physically and mentally negative results but also give them chance to learn the violence, it has been realized that the child abuse and neglect are no longer individual matter but social issues. In this research, we established the concepts of child abuse and neglect and in the view of understanding how much they are exposed to our culture, examined some proverbs and films related to them. In addition, the consideration of our current situations and the legal base were made, and we suggested the counterplan of the decline and the prevention as well as the direction of further research in the future.

父母의 子女養育에 關한 硏究 : 0세∼6세를 中心으로

A study on the early children of parents. ① This study is the way of bring up children of the parents. ② This study is to treat action of problem for the early children and the parents. Specifically, as to which is his ultimate objective, this study seeks to answer the following questions : 1) a subject on the education of early young children and parents. 2) a subject on the theory and the teaching method for the children of parents. ③ a subject on the education for the children from one year till 6years. The second purpose of this study is to improve early child-hood education of parents and in order to find out the theoretical basis of the children is growth development for the parents. This thesis is presented as follows; ① We had a full discussion about the early young children and their parents. ② Especially, the problem of the education about parents and children was studied conc retely. · The second chapter was studied from one year till 3 year's children. · The third chapter was studied about the lives of the children, and children's art, health, counsel, warning, self-confident, manner. · The fourth chapter was studied about environment, play, thought of children and problem of the children. ③ There were "the principle of education on the early-children, teaching method, the quality of education, in this thesis. Major result of this study are as follows; first, the basic direction of educational method for the children of parents should be the establishment Second, learning on the development for the early chidden and parents was studied Third, the Knowledge about the early children and parents was studied.
