        델파이기법을 활용한 민군간 공용 시설유형 및 고려요소 판단 연구

        When developing projects to build facilities to be shared by both military bases and surrounding communities, strategies are needed to achieve two objectives: 1) minimize missteps and opposition from local communities in the process of developing and implementing such projects, and 2) promote cost-benefit optimization and user-satisfaction. With aim of promoting co-operation and co-existence between military bases and adjust communities, this research proposes esthetical factors to be considered in conceiving civil-military sharing facilities. It seeks experts’ opinions on the development of civil-military sharing facilities, and examines critical factors (economic feasibility, security, and satisfaction, etc.) for project development as well as building types suitable for shared-use between military bases and local residents. It then establishes a method to prioritize facility-type and narrow down design factors (considerations and restrictions) in project development by applying quantitative analysis. The methodological approach of the research employs the Delphi survey method to quantitatively analyze qualitative information drawn from experts’ opinions. At the first round of the survey, facility types, items for consideration and restrictions are drawn, and then at the second round of the survey, criticality of each item is analyzed. Finally, it reaches a conclusion on suitability of facility types for civil-military sharing facilities, and selects project considerations and restrictions when developing this kind of project

        민군 시설공용 확대 및 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        A civil-military facility sharing project is a part of mutual cooperative efforts, which enables the military to use any civilian (local government or company) or a civilian to use any military facility. Such facility sharing project may reduce or clear possible conflicts with the local residents in the surrounding area of a military facility while being available to save budgets for new construction or maintenance of a defense or military facility. Various measures have been proposed for institutional resolutions on conflicts with the local residents in the surrounding area of a military facility. This study collects and organizes previous cases of the civilian-military facility sharing projects, and analyzes the characteristics of such cases based on the project types. In addition, by organizing and proposing the project characteristics, plans (ideas) and determination criteria to expand and vitalize are presented regarding the project types having restrictions. AHP technique is employed to research on the matrix for the project feasibility determination. Also, the opinions organized through the cause analysis are categorized and presented as a project for the expansion and vitalization of future project. According to the rearch result, Type I, II and III are determined to be projects that can be implemented without difficulties. Type IV, on the other hands, is determined as not illegal, yet inadequate so that some legal and institutional complements are required to expand and vitaliza this facility sharing project.

        아파트 지붕 및 옥탑 형태의 시기적 변화와 변화요인에 관한 연구

        The roof together with the roof-top, which is one of the most important features among physical elements in apartment buildings has been changed in its shape and use. The physical shape of apartment roof with the roof-top structure has been changed throughout the history. It means that it has been a very important part to make skyline in the city and gives identity to the residents living in their apartment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the changing trend and the causing factors of the apartment roofs and the roof-top structure according to the physical changes of apartment shapes from the past to the present. The time span of this study is about 30 years from the middle of 1970s to present during which the supply of apartment get down to be developed mainly by private industry. To be the time distinction, it is divided by total 7 steps, every 5 years to observe the progressive changes. The apartment samples for the study were selected in Seoul. Then, 10 apartments were collected for each time period so that total 70 apartments were analyzed for the time feature. The results of this study were as follows; the roof and the roof-top structure were affected by government regulations, technical improvements and social-economic influences, in other words, the physical shape of the apartment has been the reflection of the feature of their time.

        아파트 저층부 외관의 시기별 변화와 요인에 관한 연구

        Recently lower-level exterior, which is one of important features among physical elements in apartment buildings has continuously been changed in its shape and use. Today, it is a very important part to make a new apartment complex and give identity to apartment residents. The purpose of this study is to analyze the changing trend and the causing factors of the apartment lower-level exterior according to the physical shapes from the past to the present. The time span of this study is about 30 years from the middle of 1970s to the present during which the supply of the apartment gets down to be developed mainly by private industry. For the time distinction, it is divided by total 7 stages, 5 years each to observe the progressive changes. The apartment samples for the study were selected in Seoul. Among these, socio-economic factor is the most influencing one for the changes. However, it can be said that the physical shape of the apartment has been the reflection of the feature of their time.

        국방 군사시설의 BIM적용 및 활성화 방안 연구

        Since its beginning the military has continued updating its equipments and facilities by modernizing and expanding them. However, with rapidly growing technologies and business management skills, the time for military facilities evolvement seems unavoidable. The Defense Installations Agency (DIA) has come to a conclusion that application of BIM is necessary. Since its decision, the DIA has been researching the use of BIM and developing guidelines for its application. Nevertheless, the speed of instructions and practical implementation of its model have been behind its plan due to various reasons. To overcome its limitations, the DIA has come up with three-step-solution: basic experience, budgeting, and expansion. Due to numerous number of projects of BIM, it is almost impractical to implement all of them concurrently. The methodological approach of the research employs the Delphi survey method to quantitatively analyze qualitative information drawn from experts’ opinions. By applying the Delphi survey method, the first round of the survey drew lists of constraints, BIM application scenarios as well as BIM promotion measures. Afterwards, at the second round of the survey, criticality of each item collected at the 1st round was analyzed to reach a conclusion. Finally, constraints against BIM application were analyzed, and BIM application scenarios and promotion measures for the BIM were introduced.
