청소년의 자기애가 학교폭력 가해행동에 미치는 영향: 타인인정요구의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 자기애 특성이 학교폭력 가해행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 타인인정욕구의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 중학생을 대상으로 하여 수도권을 중심으로 오프라인과 온라인 설문을 병행하여 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외현적 및 내현적자기애는 오프라인과 온라인 학교폭력 가해행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외현적자기애는 비난과 거절 회피욕구와 상호작용하여 오프라인 학교폭력 가해행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내현적자기애는 칭찬과 인정욕구 및 비난과 거절 회피욕구 모두와 상호작용하여 오프라인과 온라인 학교폭력 가해행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 내현적자기애와 비난과 거절 회피욕구의 상호작용효과는 온라인 학교폭력 가해행동에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해, 겉으로 드러나지 않는 내현적자기애의 폭력성을 학교폭력연구에서 확인하였으며, 청소년기 칭찬과 인정욕구와 비난과 거절 회피욕구가 학교폭력 가해행동을 증감시킬 수 있다는 것을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 학교폭력 예방교육 및 상담 현장에 청소년기 자기애 및 타인인정욕구의 특성에 대한 자료를 제공한 측면에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to verified the effect of adolescent’s narcissism on the school violence behavior and the moderating effects of need for approval. To this end, offline and online surveys were conducted simultaneously for middle school students in the metropolitan area. For the collected data, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 22.0. The research results are as follows. First, Overt and covert narcissism had an effect on offline and online school violence. Second, Overt narcissism effects offline school violence behavior by interacting with need to avoid criticism and rejection. Third, Covert narcissism interacting with both need for praise and approval and need to avoid criticism, and influenced offline and online school violence. Fourth, The interaction effect between covert narcissism and the need to avoid criticism and rejection had a greater effect on the behavior of online school violence. This study is significant in that it provides data of adolescence's narcissism to school violence prevention education and counseling sites.

PAF 길항제가 일과성 뇌허혈에 의한 뇌혈류학 변동에 미치는 효과

The present study assessed the cerebroprotective effect of platelet-activating factor (PAF) antagonists in transient cerebral ischemia of rats. Right middle cerebral artery (MCA) of Sprague-Dawley rats was occluded for 2 hours using an intraluminal filament technique, and was reperfused for 6 hours following cerebral ischemia. The infarct area of seven coronal brain slices was measured morphometrically following staining in the 2% 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride solution. The changes in regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and pial arteriolar diameter were measured by laser-Doppler flowmetry and by a videomicroscopy, respectively. The infarct size was significantly reduced by PAF antagonists, BN 52021 and CV-6209, which were administered i.p. 10 min before MCA occlusion. Pretreatment with PAF antagonists significantly restored the changes in pial arterial diameter as well as those in rCBF during the period of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. PAF antagonists significantly inhibited the inducible nitric oxide synthase activity in the pial arteries ipsilateral to ischemia. These results suggest that PAF antagonists exert a cerebroprotective effect against ischemic brain damage through an improvement of postocclusive cerebral blood flow.

피부 각질층내의 아미노산 조성비율과 유사한 조성비로 amino acid complex을 제조하고, 제조된 amino acid complex가 피부에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 세포 생존율, TIMP-1 발현 증가율, 보습 및 각질량 변화를 측정하였다. 연구 결과 amino acid complex는 독성이 없는 안전한 물질로 우수한 보습력 및 보습유지효과와 ascorbic acid와 유사한 TIMP-1 발현량 증가로 주름 예방 및 개선에 효과를 가지고 있으며, 각질량 감소 및 감소유지효과로 자극이 있는 AHA 대체 물질로의 가능성을 보였다. 따라서, amino acid complex는 다기능을 가진 노화방지 화장료 기능성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. Amino acid complex was made with the composition of amino acids quite similar to that of stratum corneum on the skin. In order to evaluate the efficacy of amino acid complex on the skin as an active cosmetic ingredient, we measured cytotoxicity. TIMP-1 expression, moisturizing effect and the amount of horny substance. In cytotoxicity assay, amino acid complex did not show any cytotoxicity. In moisturizing effect test using corneometer, it showed very good moisturizing effect. In TIMP-1 mRNA assay using RT-PCR, moo acid complex showed the increase of TIMP-1 expression, suggesting that amino acid complex have anti-wrinkle effect. Therefore, amino acid complex may be useful as an active ingredient for anti-aging.
