        감염성 폐기물 관리를 위한 RFID 적용에 관한 연구

        최근 감염성폐기물에 의한 감염성에 대한 위험을 인식함에 따라 감염성폐기물의 관리 및 처리에 관한 문제점들이 사회적으로 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 차세대 핵심 기술인 RFID 기술을 이용하여 감염성폐기물의 발생원에서부터 처리장까지 일련의 과정을 실시간으로 모니터링이 가능하게 함으로써 감염성 폐기물의 비효율적인 처리로 인한 2차 감염 등의 문제를 해결하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 연구를 통해 기존의 현장 관리담당자에 의한 서면작성이나 웹 어플리케이션을 통해 처리되는 전산입력과 같은 관리방식에서 나타나는 오 기재 및 입력오류 등에 대한 문제점은 RFID 태그에 각 절차적 업무사항 저장하도록 하여 모니터링 함으로써 실시간으로 관리 현황을 파악할 수 있다. 그리고 개인인증을 위한 생체정보는 PCA 알고리즘으로 계산된 특징벡터를 인증용 태그 내에 저장하여 인증이 수행되도록 하였다. 이는 작업자가 폐기물을 취급 주의를 줌으로써 이전보다 체계적이면서 안전한 관리방안을 제안하였다고 하겠다. Recently, as recognizing the risk about the infection of an infectious wastes, the problems about the management and treatment of the infectious wastes stand out socially. In this paper, as being possible monitoring whole processing from the origin of the infectious waste to the processing plant, using the RFID which is the kernel technology of the next generation, we tried to solve the second infection problem by inefficient treatment of the infectious wastes. Through the research suggesting in this paper, as storing and monitoring the procedural business articles and the problem about miss-writing and input error being found in management system like documentary writing by the existing manager and computation input by the web application, we can understand the management state, immediately. And the Bio information for the personal authentication is carried out through storing the feature vector calculation by the PCA algorithm, into the tag. It suggested more systematic and safer management plan than previous thing, as giving attention about the wastes to manager.

        RFID와 얼굴 인식을 이용한 폐기물 관리에 관한 연구

        It prevents the problem beforehand such as second infection by an illegal disposal of the waste which is harmful for people, can solve the real problem caused by management and disposal of the waste, using the RFID that is kernel technology of the next generation in this paper. At first, it is possible to prevent managers' impure intention beforehand, using the authentication card that is storing managers' bio-information who is managing the hazard material. Also it suggests efficient solution that can offer better environment that previous managers' working environment, applying the RFID system to every stage, from the first point of the occurrence time of the waste modeled on general material distribution process to the final processing stage.

        Batch flotation of quartz has been attempted for the feldspars sampled from near Buyeo. From the above experiments, the results obtained are as follows ; The zeta potential of quartz is relatively Insensitive when anions are being used, while feldspar is changed by addition of various ions. In particular, with HF ions it is markedly lower in zeta potential of feldspar at around pH 2, which results in the excellent flotation by amine. In the absence of HF, flotation by amine or the more selective diamine is, therefore, more sensitive to pH and collector concentration. In case of using Amine Hoe F 3638 with H₂SO₁, the recovery rate increases up to 90% with its grade of 95%, under the condition by using 800g/T of Amine Hoe F 3638 at pH 2.5∼3.0.

        Batch flotation test of Mica been conducted for the Granite sampled at near Buyeo. Two types of collector were used for the test : anionic type collector ; petroleum sulfonate and cationic type one ; coconut fatty amine oleate. The results of study are as follows. In case of using coconut fatty amine oleate, the Mica has been recovered up to 90% with its grade of 95%. In was achieved under the condition of using coconut fatty amine oleate in the range between 400/T and 750g/ T at pH2.5-3.0. In case of using petroleum sulfonate type, the rate of recovery and its grade are for loss than the above (recovery=50%)

      • 설록차에 의한 Cadmium, Lead 및 Copper 이온의 흡착 특성

        The adsorption characteristics of heavy metal ion(Cu^(2+), Cd^(2+), Pb^(2+)) on the Korean sullok tea has been studied. The tea powder was treated with formalin in a dilute sulfuric acid. A l00ml solution containing heavy metal ions was mixed with 0.5g of the tea under shaking by jar tester for 60 minutes. The solution was the filtered through and the concentration of metal ions in the filtered were determined with atomic adsorption spectrometer. These results suggest that the metal ions have unexpectedly strong affinity for the powderly sullok tea. Heavy metals on sullok tea were easily eluted by using 0.1-M hydrochloric acid solution. The tea can be reused over several times on the adsorbent, after the metal are washed away with hydrochloric acid.
