        The purpose of this study was to analyze the case of the interaction between leaders and players during practice of westing players. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, there was participated 1 retire westing player who had has 17 years westing experience and 10 years competition experience. The in-depth interview was used to collect a data for this study. The conflict of between players and leaders has studied for four ways. First, the conflict of the training for ignoring the individual characteristics and overtraining. Second, the army style conflict of the leader`s over-controling for players and the logical thinking of teammates. Third, the conflict of different thinking of weight between leaders and players when controling of weights. Fourth, the conflict from the feeling to be insulted from language and punishment.

      • 교양 수영수업의 재미거리, 걱정거리와 운동지속의지와의 관계

        이 연구의 목적은 교양 수영수업의 재미거리와 걱정거리 요인이 운동지속의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울지역 4개 대학교에서 교양 수영수업을 수강하고 있는 대학생 329명을 편의표본방법으로 추출하였다. SPSS 15.0과 AMOS 7.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, t-검정, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였고, 이를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상의 일반적 특성과 수영의 운동지속의지와의 관계에서 남학생이 여학생보다 높고, 고학년이 저학년보다, 수영수준이 높을수록 운동지속의지가 높았다. 둘째, 재미거리 요인 중 신체적·정신적 건강과 수업의 용이함이 운동지속의지에 정적(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 걱정거리 요인 중 수업과목에 대한 걱정과 컨디션 걱정, 수업방식에 대한 걱정이 운동지속의지에 부적(-)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This research aims to examine the relationships between the source of enjoy and worry and exercise adherence intention in elective swimming activity program. For this purpose, 329 students were collected at 4 universities in Seoul by utilizing the convenience sampling. The statistical techniques, which are used for the analysis of this study, included factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, by using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0. Through these procedures, the following conclusions are as follows. First, as for the intention to exercise adherence in depending on personal characteristics of university students, male students rank higher than female students, higher grade level than lower grade level and higher swimming ability than lower swimming ability. Second, ``keeping health in physical and psychological`` and ``less pressure than other theory classes``, which are the sub-factors in source of enjoy of participants in elective swimming activity program have positively influenced on adherence intention to do swimming exercise. Third, ``worries about subject``, ``worries about physical condition`` and ``worries about way of class``, which are the sub-factors in source of worry of participants in elective swimming activity program have influenced on exercise adherence intention negatively.

        10대 여성재소자들의 12주간 방송댄스 프로그램 참여가 정신건강에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study explores how Korean pop (K-pop) dance therapy influences the mental health of the female juvenile delinquents in a reformatory. 20 female students were recruited in J reformatory in Korea. They took K-pop dance therapy during 2 hours, once a week, for 3 months. This research is based on qualitative research methods - our observations of and interviews with the participants, and their self-reports. The results are as follows. First, the K-pop dance therapy helped them to relieve their stress. Especially, the distinctive features of stress-violence and abuse were remarkably decreased. Second, the program helped the participants to develop self-confidence. Third, they exhibited strong ties with members, which produce better teamworks and interactions. As a result, the social skills of the participants were improved. Therefore, this K-pop dance therapy could contribute to mental rehabilitation and correction in education field.
