The issue of safety insurance in PES(Programmable Electronic Systems) has been provoked because PES is difficult to define failure modes which are appeared in many different ways. But the PES applications extend rapidly in various areas. One of the solutions for PES safety insurance is voting which PES is used by comparing the outputs of several PES. The time synchronization of the PES is necessary for this reliable voting. The voting must be carried out with the outputs from same time inputs. There are several methods for time synchronization of the PES. In this paper, we discussed two modes of the time synchronization which are mutual synchronization of several PES and using UTC(Universal Time Clock).

PES have been recently required to implement railway industry for its application flexibility. The PES should be commensurated with railway safety requirements. It achieved its safety through redundant PES. The redundant systems run with voting functions. The successful major voting result becomes the output of the redundant system. The redundant system have to be synchronized to vote each output results. This paper proposed an algorithm for synchronizing and a voter. The proposed algorithm and the voter are verified using simulation.

Interlocking system along with point machine for efficient route control secures safety of train operation by interchanging information each other. However, various types of interlocking system and point machine operating on bender specific interface bring obstacles to effective maintenance and safety. In this paper, we have investigated on interface methods to suggest standard interface module applicable to various operating system.

A track-circuit device exploits two rails as a conductor of an electrical circuit. It detects the presence or absence of the trains with variation of received level when wheel sets of the train shunt rails together. So, it plays an important role in train operation. Non-insulated audio frequency(AF) track-circuit device can separate the rails into tracks by insulated joints without physically cutting the rails. And it transmits AF signals at track boundary, of which frequency is different between adjacent tracks. It has been employed at station-to-station section of domestic high speed rail, general rail, and subway. But It was not used at station yard of complicated general railway where lots of branches exist. In this paper, we consider current development status of non-insulated AF track-circuit device for the use of station yard.

大邱를 비롯한 여러 地方에서 在來式으로 家庭에서 製造한 된장 50種을 蒐集하고 A.O.A.C.公定法에 依해 Aflatoxin을 檢索한 結果는 다음과 같다. 된장에서 分離 抽出하여 TLC法에 依하여 確認한 螢光 物質은 標準 Aflatoxin과 比較하였을 때 Rf値가 一致하지 않거나, Rf値가 類似한 것은 UV lamp下에서 螢光色이 標準 Aflatoxin과 一致하지 않았다. 一, 二次 展開에서 Aflatoxin類似 螢光 物質이 나타나 試料에 對해 서로 助成이 다른 展開液으로 二次元 展開를 했을 때, 여러 螢光 物質이 90日 後에 觀察했을 때는 揮發하여서 amine類로 추정하였고 非揮發性 螢光 物質은 標準 Aflatoxin의 Rf値와 比較했을 때 一致하지 않았다. 結局 本 實驗에서 使用한 試料의 範圍 內에서는 Aflatoxin이 檢索되지 않았다. 그러나 分離된 여러 개의 螢光 物質의 毒性 與否는 現在로서는 確認하지 못하였으며 그 物理 化學的 生理的 性質은 더 硏究해 보아야 할 課題로 生覺된다. Studies were carried out to investigate the possible occurrence of aflatoxins in Korean native soybean pastes collected from Taegu etc. Chloroform extracts from 50 samples were subjected to identification with thin layer chromatography by official method of A.O.A.C. The results obtained were summarized as follows: Many of the fluorescence substances were occurred in 50 samples examined. The Rf values of the fluorescence substances from the samples were almost different from those of the standard aflatoxins and the colors of the fluorescence substances which had Rf values of the standard aflatoxin were different from those of the standard aflatoxins. As a result, aflatoxins were not present in some Korean native soybean pastes. The toxicity and physiological activity of many fluorescence substances isolated from the Korean native soybean pastes examined are opened to further investigation.
