This paper proposes a high resolution direction findinig method based on the MUltiple SIgnal Classification (MUSIC) for stratospheric direction-of-arrival(DOA) estimation. This method may avoid the possibility of its resolution degradation, due to multipath fading in communication DOA estimation, by securing line-of-sight. Ultimately, in order to estimate the position location of the source on the earth, we present an implementation scheme for simultaneous estimations of both azimuth and elevation angles, along with antenna arrangement and MUSIC algorithm. Simulation results are then shown in this paper to demonstrate the availability of the proposed system.

The local application of low concentration(10-20㎍/ml) of aconitine markedly speeded up the ciliary movement of frog-esophagus. Accelerating effect of aconitine on the ciliary movement was abolished by the Pretreatment with teracaine(100㎍/ml) which could in itself inhibit the ciliary movment. In contrast to aconitine, action of acetlcholine(50-100㎍/ml) which could speed up ciliary movement was not affected by the pretreatment with tetracaine. Eserine(100㎍/ml) could not potentiate the aconitine acceleration but the acetylcholine acceleration.
