To study the difference of aqueous soluble muscle protein pattern of fresh-water fishes in geographical populations the method of disc-electrophoresis using polyacrylamide was adapted. 1) The number of bands of aqueous soluble muscle protein were 10 in Zacco platypus, 7 in Zacco temmincki, 6 in Pungtungia herzi, 7 in Pseudopungtungia tenuiscorpus, 5 in Rhodus ocellatus, 8 in Coreoleuciscus splendidus, 9 in Microphysogobio longidorsalis. 2) The number of bands, degree of stain, mobility and rate of contents were different in interspecies. 3) No electrophoretic pattern was observed different among the four locality.
Application of Mechanoluminescence for the Dynamic Visualization of an Alumina Fracture

The propagation of cracks was quantitatively analyzed in Al2O3 ceramic using the mechanoluminescence (ML) of SrAl2O4:Eu,Dy. The bridging zones behind the crack tip were clearly detected in the crack path of Al2O3 within a realistic time frame. The magnitudes and shapes of the bridging stress distributions changed with the advancing cracks. They continued to change with the change in the applied load even after the cessation of crack propagation. Effective toughening then commenced,and the applied stress intensity factors dramatically increased up to ~50 MPa[수식] . The expected KTip values based on the instantaneous bridging stress distributions obtained from the ML observations deviated greatly from those obtained from the measurement using the conventional crack tip lengths; rather, they support the results obtained when bridging tips were used in the quasidynamic crack propagations.
개(Canis familiaris)의 뇌조직에서 수용성 단백질 구성에 관한 비교 연구

In order to investigate protein composition of brain on Canis familiaris, this study was performed by SDS- PAGE, two-dimensional electrophoresis and molecular weight The results were as follows; 1. The number of protein bands by SDS -PAGE were 27 for cerebrum, 26 for midbrain, 26 for cerebellum, 28 for medulla oblongata, and 29 for spinal cord. 2. The molecular weight of nervous protein of brain constituted from 14.3 to 125.0 K daltons. The major protein bands constituted from 20 to 84.0 K daltons. 3. The number of noticeable spots by two-dimensional electrophoresis were shown as 11 for cerebrum, midbrain and spinal cord, 14 for medulla oblongata and 16 for cerebellum.
韓國産 잉어科 魚類의 水溶性 筋蛋白質 分劃像에 관한 硏究

韓國産 잉어科 魚類 3亞科 16屬 21種에 대한 水溶性 筋蛋白質 電氣泳動像을 分析하고 이에 따른 種 特異性을 규명하고자 하였다. 실험은 polyacrylamide gel을 이용한 disc- 電氣泳動法으로 分析하여 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 筋蛋白質 泳動像에서 泳動帶數, 移動거리, 染色强度 및 泳動帶의 幅등을 分析하여 볼 때 種 特異性이 높게 나타났음을 볼 수 있었고 이를 토대로 하여 魚種의 標準 泳動像을 設定하였다. 2. 각 魚種의 泳動帶數는 버들개에서 7개, 연준모치 8개, 피라미 10개, 갈견이 7개, 쉬리 7개, 살치 8개, 모래무지 7개, 어름치 10개, 새미 8개, 중고기 10개, 참중고기 7개, 줄몰개 10개, 돌고기 8개, 가는돌고기 7개, 누치 6개, 참마자 10개, 붕어 10개, 모래주사 9개, 돌마자 9개, 배가사리 8개, 흰줄납줄개에서 5개씩 존재하고 있음을 알았다. 3. 筋蛋白質 泳動像이 同一種內에서는 個體向의 差異를 볼 수 없었다. In order to investigate the difference of aqueous soluble fishes pattern among species of primary freshwater fishes in Korea, electrophoretic study was performed for 8 subfamily 16 genera 21 species by polyacrylamide gel disc-electrophoresis. The number of protein bands, mobility of staining and width of protein bands appeared to be different in the 21 species. The number of bands of aqueous soluble muscle protein were 7 in Morco lagowskii, 8 in Phoxinus phoxinus, 10 in Zacco platypus, 7 in Z. temmincki, 7 in Coreoleuciscus splendidus, 8 in Cultriculus Kneri, 7 in Pseudogobio esocinus, 10 in Gonoproktoperus mylodon, 8 in Ladislavia taczanowkii, 10 in Sarcocheilichthys czerskii, in S. wakiyae, 10 in Gnathopogon strigatus, 8 in Pungtungia herzi, 7 in Pseudopuntungia tenuicorpus, 6 in Hemibarbus labeo, 10 in H. longirostris, 10 in Carassius auratus, 9 in Microphysogobio koreensis, 9 in M. yaluensis, 8 in M. longidorslis, 5 in Rhodeus ocellatus. Each species contained specific protein. From 5 to 10 protein bands had in the 21 species, and also in the intraspecies there were no different protein band.

Superplastic forming (SPF) has become an attractive manufacturing technique in the aerospace industry due to its advantages of weight and cost savings for producing the complicated airframe structures. Combined with the diffusion bonding (DB), the design flexibility to produce complex multisheet structures can be further enhanced. In this paper, a brief review has been made as to the application of superplasticity to the fabrication of aircraft components, the various forming methods, the analytical and numerical simulation methods for predicting and optimizing both the design and production of superplastically formed parts. Finally, current status and future directions for SPF/DB technology in Korea have also been descibed.
