        구강 접근과 트로카를 이용한 하악 과두하부 골절의 정복과 고정

        The mandibular condyle fracture occurs at 15-30% frequency of whole mandibular fracture. The treatment of choice is open reduction or closed reduction. In many cases, closed reduction is preferred for treatment of condylar fracture because it is hard to approach to condyle and there is risk of surgical complications, such as nerve damage in open reduction. Open reduction, however, has some advantages like possibility of anatomical reduction, occlusal stability and rapid functional recovery. Furthermore, it is possible to retain original ramal heights and to decrease deviation during mouth opening. There are many surgical approaches for open reduction of subcondyle fracture. At present, transoral approach using trochar device is tried for effective and minimally invasive method for open reduction of subcondyle fracture. And the authors report the cases of reduction of subcondyle fracture with transoral approach using trochar device.

        외란을 갖는 전기유압 서보시스템의 위치제어

        In a hydraulic control system, since a hydraulic cylinder drives a relatively large mass of an object, an external load force acts as a disturbance on the control performance of the system. Additionally, as the hydraulic system is used for a long period, there are disturbances that occur gradually, such as a drop in supply pressure because of abrasion of the pump, oil leakage from a valve, and oil leakage from a cylinder. In this study, a state feedback controller based on a linearization technique is applied. To prevent the performance degradation of the controller from the load disturbance, an Extended Luenberger observer (ELO) is used for the Extended system. The case of using the proportional controller, which is a representative linear controller, and the result of using the controller designed in this study are compared and reviewed through simulation. Also, we propose an experimental gain-setting method for a state feedback controller that can be used at industrial sites, and examine how the stability and control performance of the system changes because of the disturbance inputs through the experimental results.

        전기유압 서보시스템의 슬라이딩 모드 위치제어

        The variable structure controller has the characteristic that while in sliding mode, the system moves along the switching plane in the vicinity of the switching plane, so it is robust to the parameter fluctuations of the plant. However, a controller based on a variable structure may not meet the desired performance when it is commanded to track any input or exposed to disturbances. To solve this problem, a sliding mode controller based on the IVSC approach excluding an integrator is proposed in this study. The proposed sliding mode control was applied to the position control of a hydraulic cylinder piston. The sliding plane was determined by the pole placement and the control input was designed to ensure the existence of the sliding mode. The feasibility of the modeling and controller was reviewed by comparing it with a conventional proportional control through computer simulation using MATLAB software and experiment in the presence of significant plant parameter fluctuations and disturbances.

        실천공학 교육 방법론 : 상대평가에서 협동학습이 학습결과에 미치는 영향

        대학에서 일반적으로 학습결과를 평가하는 방식에는 크게 두 가지가 있는데 상대평가와 절대평가이다. 최근 우리나라 대학의 문제점은 절대평가에 의한 학점 인플레 현상이 매우 심각하게 나타나고 있다. 절대평가의 이러한 단점과 비교해 봤을 때 상대평가의 가장 유용한 장점은 학습 성취에 대한 개인차의 변별이 가능하다는 점이다. 하지만 상대평가의 단점은 과다한 경쟁 심리가 조장됨에 있다. 본 논문에서는 상대평가에서 협동학습이 학습결과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 설문조사를 바탕으로 분석해 보았다. 상대평가에서 협동학습을 실시한 학생들의 학습결과를 3개의 집단(A그룹 : 학습결과가 A학점 이상, B그룹 : 학습결과가 A학점 미만 B학점 이상, C그룹 : B미만)으로 나누어서 그 결과를 분석 조사하고, 추후 필요한 연구에 대해서도 제시하였다. There are two ways in general for evaluating the accomplishments used by the universities, one is relative evaluation, the other is absolute evaluation. Recently, Korean universities have had the problem with score inflation due to absolute evaluation. The advantage of relative evaluation compared with absolute evaluation is for us to distinguish one`s academic accomplishments from others. However, relative evaluation would lead to over-competition. Through this paper, I tired to analyze how cooperative learning influences the academic accomplishments under relative evaluation. Cooperative learning in the relative evaluation of student accomplishments conducted were divided into three groups. And analyzed a result and following presented about the research which in necessary.

        Aims of the program are first, to provide students with a rich learning experience in the various mechanical engineering and associated disciplines and a perception of the environment in which they will work, and second, to provide opportunities for students to gain specialized experience in new disciplines, and third, to enable students to progress to positions of responsibility in their chosen field of engineering. The program comprise taught units in the first semester; combinations of taught units and self-learing during the second semester; and a substantial research project leading to the submission of a dissertation at the end of the year.

        교육매체 활용 : PLC실습을 통한 몰입경험

        몰입을 할 줄 아는 능력과 습관이 한 개인의 삶의 질을 평가하는 중요한 지표가 될 수 있다고 알려져 있다. 또한 청소년기로부터 성인 초기로 전환하는 중요한 시기에 있는 대학생의 몰입 경험은 일차적으로 전공 탐구와 진로 결정에 크게 영향을 주고 향후 질 높은 삶이 전개에도 영향을 준다. 본 연구에서는 공과대학 메카트로닉스공학부생들이 PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) 실습을 통하여 몰입을 경험하는가를 조사하였다. 이를 위해 몰입 요건을 분석하여 PLC실습에서 몰입학습이 일어나도록 강의계획을 수립하고, 학습여건을 만들고, 수업 난이도를 조정하였다. 그리고 한 학기 동안 PLC실습을 수강한 학생들 90명에 대하여 Likert식 5점 척도 설문으로 몰입의 효과를 조사하였다. It is known that the ability and habit to “flow” could be one of the important indices to evaluate one’s life. And the flow experi-ence of university students who are in the important time transferring from the adolescence to the initial adult period will give an important effect firstly to study one’s major and map out one’s career path, finally to spread out the high quality life. This study investigated the university students who are in School of Mechatronic Engineering to experience the flow in the learning of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) practice. For this, the flow condition was arranged. And in order to experience the flow in the learning of PLC, lecture plan was established, studying environment was changed and level of difficulty was controlled. Then the implications of the flow were explored by a 5-point Likert scale survey performed to 90 students.

        공학전공기초실습에 플립러닝 적용사례

        플립러닝은 공학적 원리 등 이론적 측면에 대한 개인 학습차가 있더라도 학습자 중심의 실제 문제해결 및 실습 등을 가능하게 하는 틀로서 공학교육의 심화 정도에 따라 효과적인 교수-학습을 가능하게 한다. 유공압기초실습은 공과대학 기계계열 교과과정에서 1학년 학생들이 처음 접하게 되는 실습 교과목으로 공압기기의 작동원리를 이해하고 자동화의 근간이 되는 전기시퀀스를 포함하는 여러 가지 기본회로를 실습을 통하여 익힘을 목적으로 한다. 본 과목은 전공과목의 입문에 해당하고 학생들은 전공에 대한 지식이 전무한 상태이므로 관련 전공지식을 모두 설명해야 하고, 또 실습에 필요한 지식도 설명해야 하므로 기존의 오프라인으로만 이루어지던 수업에서는 학생들이 실습할 시간이 턱없이 부족한 문제점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 공학 전공 기초실습 교과목인 `유공압기초실습`교과목의 효과적인 수업을 위해 `코리아텍(KOREATECH:한국기술교육대학교) 플립러닝 기본모형`에 따라 교수설계를 하여 플립러닝 교과목으로 개발하였고, 이를 사용하여 한 학기동안 수업을 실시한 후 수강생의 설문조사와 취득성적 등을 통해 플립러닝 교육의 효과를 분석하였다. Flip-learning enables an effective teaching and learning in accordance with the deepening degree of engineering education as a framework that enables learning according to the individual differences of the theoretical aspects, and solving real problems and practice of the learner-centered education through the application of this. The subject of basic fluid power practice which is used in various industries requiring factory automation aims at understanding of the composition and operating principles of pneumatic components and programming of electric sequential circuits, building the design ability of pneumatic system. This subject goes by 3 hour classes with theory and practice side by side. So it has not enough time to instruct students various contents related in this subject. In this study, the instructional design was performed according to the KOREATECH (Korea University of Technology and Education) flip-learning basic model for the effective teaching of `Basic Fluid Power Practice` in basic engineering practice courses,. And the effectiveness of flip-learning is analyzed through the students survey after performing classes.
