왕국유는 중국 역사상 현대 미학을 체계적으로 연구한 첫 번째로 인물이다. 그의 境界涚은 중국의 전통적인 이론인 意境涚을 현대 미학의 범주로 이끌어 주었다. 그는 철저하게 중국 전통의 功利主义 미학관을 배격하고 이를 天功利主义 미학관으로 대체하였다. 또한 이러한 기초위에 詩學의 가치를 인생의 가치와 결합시키게 해주어 시학의 인문 가치를 높여 주었다. 무공리주의 미학관과 현대 미학 이론의 기초위에 왕국유는 독창적인 경계 미학을 창조해 내었으니, 이는 중국 미학사에서 미증유의 일이었다. 왕국유의 境界 미학은 중국 전통의 의경론과 서방 현대 미학에 대한 새로운 해석이니, 이는 중국 當代 문학 이론의 중요한 방법론이 되어 주었다. As the first person studying esthetics, WANG Guowei turned the traditional Artistic Conception into modern esthetics. He thoroughly abandoned the traditional utility esthetics and established modern no-utility esthetics. Based on no-utility esthetics, he opened poem-humanity value in china by contacting literature with humanity, created modern systematical Artistic-Conception-esthetics, based on his modern experience of human nature, he re-readed Chinese traditional Artistic Conception and modern esthetics of west.

< ABSTRACT > Generation and Evolution of the theory of Artistic Conception in china MO Xian-wu The theory of Artistic Conception in China is based on the traditional way of thought cosmos and beings is in perfect harmony, and it is evolved from the Philosophy of Artistic Conception、the Image to confined Artistic Conception, which is a developing course. The Image explored scene in the creation and appreciation of the poem.. ie what is expressed in the poem. The confined Artistic Conception perfected empty and true in the poem, ie how to express well. In recently times, non-purpose Aesthetics Theory and value idea of modern beings are initiated into the theory of Artistic Conception by Wang Guowei、Zhu Guanqian and ZongBaihua. Just from this time, the theory of Artistic Conception entered into the new stage of modern aesthetics of Artistic Conception.

Zhu Guang-qian(朱光) is honoured as " the aesthstic old man ", however, it is embarrassing that we look him as one of intermediary between Chinese and Western aesthetics. In fact, his " Theory of Poem " is the place where have originality of the national characters even more . The modern aesthstic meaning and poem theory value of Zhu Guang-qians Theory of Poem is that he re-read China traditional artistic conception theory following Wang Guo-wei(王)closely, expand and deepen Wang Guo-weis utility aesthstic view, study relation of life in terms of literature and art, He puts forward the people's biochemical values of art in life, and he re-read the China traditional artistic conception by intuition, furthermore, he construct a modern system of Theory of Poem. 주광잠은 중국에서 ‘미학의 개척자’로 존경받는다. 그의 업적은 대부분 중국과 서양의 미학을 가교한 데에 있다. 그러나 사실 그의 《시론》에는 중국민족 특유의 시학 가치가 농후하게 배어있다. 그의 《시론》은 중국 전통의 의경 이론을 현대 시학의 범주로 이끌어 내었던 것이다. 그는 미학이론상에서 왕국유의 ‘無功利’ 미학관을 심화 확대 시켰다. 또한 미학 가치상에는 인생의 예술화, 예술의 인생화 관점을 제기하였으며, 의경 이론상에서는 ‘直覺說’을 도용해 의경 이론을 해석하고 언어 형식의 요소를 분석함으로써, 전통적인 의경 이론을 현대 언어 형식으로 전환 시켰던 것이다.

季羨林先生在讀了《宗白華全集》后認爲:“宗先生的美學思想應當重新硏究,宗先生在中國美學史上的地位要重新評定。”馮友蘭認爲,在中國眞正構成了美學體系的,當屬宗白華。那么,宗白華先生的被稱爲“散步美學”的藝境理論的獨特魅力何在?我認爲就在于宗先生的藝境理論最富有中國特色。 具體說來,宗白華藝境理論在中國傳統意境現代轉換中的貢獻主要在于:他立足于中國傳統意境理論,强調意境的生命意識,强調生命之動,提倡樂觀進取的超世入世人生觀,深入探討了意境的价値層次、意境的本體層次,幷把意境推廣到藝術學領域、深化到文化學的深度。
