As we know, democratic society is one which employs a functioning democratic political system Its aim is to try to realize concepts of democracy such as respect for human rights, freedom, and equality. In order to create a democratic society, one should understand the ethics of responsibility, the limitations of freedom, and the true meaning of equality. The political ethics of a democratic society revolve around justice. The definition of justice varies according to the point of view of the politicians in power. There are two points of view in politics; one that considers politics a solution for conflict and the other that sees politics as the formation of a community. The former point of view regards justice as fairness, while the latter regards it as goodness. Justice as fairness places a lot of emphasis on procedures. On the other hand, justice as goodness focuses on the aim and the result. Therefore, political ethics should try to harmonize these two concepts and, in essence, politics should be done in accordance with political ethics.
