      • 新安海域의 海洋學的 特性에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the physical and chemical characteristics (water temperature, salinity, pH, DO, COD, transparency, solid solution, and nutrient) of the Shinan sea area extending from February to November in 1992 and to contribute to the protection of sea ecosystem and sea environment through research on sea pollution. The following are the results. The water temperature of the continental side sea was lower in winter and higher in summer than that of the island side sea. This seems to have resulted from the difference of specific heat between in land and in sea. Salinity was highest in April and lowest in August. This may be viewed in the way that much precipication and fluctuation of land water from the mouth of Mokpo in the rainy season, summer, have influenced on the salinity of the above sea area. The range of pH proved to be rather high in summer. This seems to have resulted from the features of atmosphere and land and water distribution of this area. DO was highest in February and lowest in August on account of the influence of water temperature and activities of marine inhabitants. But COD was highest in August and lowest in April. This also had a close relation to water temperature and activities of marine inhabitants. Judging from the standard amount of inhabitant environment of marine organisms, 2 mg/l, the above-mentioned area was found rather clean. Transparency was high in summer and low in winter. This may be viewed in the way that the shallow soundings and monsoon had an influence on the spout of marine deposits such as silt and clay. Solid solution was high in spring and winter. The correlation coefficient to the transparency was r=-0.927 in the continental side sea and r=-0.845 in the island side sea. This showed reverse distribution. PO4-P was high in spring and winter and low in summer and autumn. This resulted from the fact that the amount of consumption decreased in winter on account of the weakening of plankton multiplication, while the amount of supply increased on account of the decomposition of the animal dead bodies. NH_4-N was high in spring, when all living creatures are enlivened. NO_2-N and NO_3-N was high in autumn owing to the cycle process of nitrate. DIN was high in autumn and winter and the Shinan sea area was found one of the malnourished area in total nitrogen quantity The correlation coefficient between PO_4-P and DIN in the continental side sea was r=0.368 on the surface and r=0.821 at the bottom, while that in the island side sea was r=0.6833 on the surface and r=0.895 at the bottom. This showed that the island side sea was higher and more stable in correlation than the continental side sea. According to the above results, the author found that the Shinan sea area was one of the malnourished and rather clean sea area and was proper for an ecosystem environment.

        한정적인 ESS 설치장소와 자원으로 인하여 ESS를 효율적으로 활용하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 ESS의 다양한활용방안 중 부하 평준화 기능을 사용하여 전력계통 내에서 ESS를 활용하여 전력을 보다 효율적으로 사용하는 방안을 만들어야 한다. ESS를 이용한 피크부하 저감에 있어서, 저부하와 고부하 때의 차이가 큰 산업일수록 저감량이 두드러지는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 MATLAB을 활용하여 충, 방전시간 탐색 알고리즘을 구현하고, 2020 소비계수를 이용하여 업종별 전력수요차이에 따른 ESS의 피크부하 저감 효과를 분석하였다.

        광양항 비즈니스 모델 개발을 위한 북극항로 화물 선택과제

        본 연구는 북극항로 개척으로 광양항에 미치는 영향과 대처방안을 수립하여 새로운 비즈니스모델을 개발하는 것이 본연구의 목적이다. 분석방업은 광양항의 북극항로 개설 시 적합한 화물형태에 대한 우선순위 결정을 위해 다기준 의사결정 문제에 많이 사용되는 Fuzzy-AHP방법을 이용하였다. 의사결정의 계층구조 중 최상위 계층은 연구목표인 광양항 북극항로에 적합한 화물형태로 설정하고 평가기준은 전문가의 의견을 종합하여 수익성, 안정성, 대응성, 시급성, 장래성으로 최종 선정하였다. 화물형태 대안은 벌크화물, 액체화물, 컨테이너화물로 구성하였다. 분석결과 광양항 북극항로 평가기준에 대한 상대적 가중치는 시급성 기준이 27.5%로 가장 높은 것으로 나타났고, 대응성이 22.7%, 수익성이 20.7%, 장래성이 15.4%, 안전성이 13.8% 순으로 확인되었다. 종합가중치에 의한 화물유형 대안의 우선순위는 벌크화물의 가중치가 42.9%로 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 컨테이너화물이 28.7%, 액체화물이 28.4% 순으로 나타났다. 광양만권 산업 특성화에 따른 항만개발이 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to present a priority among cargo types in case of establishment of the Northern Sea Route that connects to Gwangyang Port. These days, many countries are trying to develop the Arctic Ocean. The reason is the icebergs of the Northern sea routs have been thawing because of global warming. Under this circumstance, North Pole Route, especially Northern Sea Route (NSR) would become the most notable route which will create several benefits including economic profit. Also, it would be the next generation`s trade route that connects Europe and Asia. This study analyzed the distance reduction rates of the NSR compared to the Suez routes: which is the major route for transporting the four major energy sources of Korea: natural gas, oil, coal, and iron ore. This study is focused on collecting data on shipping company, shipper, operational company, government agency, and freight target party and used Fuzzy-AHP in order to analyze the priority. Due to the global warming, polar ice caps at the Arctic Ocean have been melting rapidly. Naturally, therefore, many countries are paying attention to this environmental change. The accurate number varies, but many studies have pointed out that the northern sea route would become a desirable route due to commercial reasons in 20/30 years. These facts indicate that people would be able to use this new route more than hundred days per year in the near future. Hence, not to miss this great opportunity, this paper analyzes the priority on cargos which are assorted by category such as: profitability, stability, correspondence, urgency, and prospective. By analyzing relative importance, correspondenceand urgency ranked at the top by recording 27.43%. Correspondence was 22.7% and profitability was 20.7% and prospective was 15.4%. Stability was 13.8%. A priority on cargo types that assorted by total weight indicates an alternative plan. Bulk cargo ranked at the top (42.9%) and Container cargo(28.7%) came second. Fluid cargo(28.4) was third (27.2%). Consequently, according to this research, the main criterion on Gwangyang port in the case of the northern sea route should be bulk cargo. Although this research has been completed, further study is required. First of all, several details on cargos` profitability, stability, correspondence, urgency, and prospective are based on the Gwangyang port. Therefore, additional study that focused on the Arctic route will be required such as distance, merits and demerits, and unique qualities. Second, analysis of the components can be modified defend on the purpose of the varied studies. However, this study has limited it for analysis on the business model for the Gwangyang port in case of development of the Northern sea route.
