오늘날 지속된 경제 저성장을 대처하기 위하여 세계 각국은 신 성장 동력으로 4차 산업혁명에 주목하고 있다. 전세계 각국과 각 산업에 걸쳐 인공지능기술이 심화되는 변화는 필연적 과정이며, 이것은 산업지도의 재편과 향후 인간의 삶을 바꾸어 놓을 수 있는 중요한 이슈이다. 일반적으로 산업화 과정은 생산성의 증대, 분업화, 시장의 고도화를 바탕으로 제조업 위주의 1차 산업에서 2차, 3차 산업의 비중이 높아지는 현상과 변화를 보이고 있다. 인공지능은 미래시대의 유일한 대항(대응) 산업이라는 측면에서 산업 활성화의 당위성은 충분하다. 글로벌 산업을 추구하는 기업들은 혁신성과를 개선하는 목적으로 경제적인 성장과 생산성 향상목표를 달성하기 위해 각 기업체마다 협업하면서 전략적 접근방법과 연구개발 등에 집중할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 관점에서 일본, 미국, 독일, 중국 등의 로봇산업과 경제의 융합 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과, 기존의 자금지원이 아니라 기술지원이나 혁신적인 비즈니스모델의 창출을 지원하는 창업지원정책을 간구해야 한다. 혁신적인 창업정책은 지역경제를 활성화시키며 미래의 고부가가치산업을 육성시킬 수 있으며, 나아가서 일자리 창출에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다. In order to cope with the economic slowdown that continues today, countries around the world are paying attention to the fourth industrial revolution as a new growth engine. The deepening of AI technology across countries and industries around the world is an inevitable process, which is an important issue that can reshape industrial maps and change human life in the future. In general, the industrialization process is from the primary industry focused on the manufacturing industry to the secondary and tertiary industries based on the increase of productivity, the division of labor and the advancement of the market. In the sense that AI is the only counter industry in the future, the justification for industrial activation is sufficient. Companies seeking a global industry need to focus on strategic approaches and research and development while collaborating with each company to achieve economic growth and productivity goals with the aim of improving innovation performance. This study aims to find ways to revitalize the convergence of the robot industry and economy in Japan, the United States, Germany and China from the perspective of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. As a result of this study, we should ask for a start-up support policy that supports the creation of technical support or innovative business model, rather than existing funding.
