Tourist Psychological Capacity (TPC) is an important issue of the Tourism Capacity research. We gained the tourist satisfaction through the questionnaire investigation in Mount Tai Scenic Area and obtained the tourist satisfaction function using SPSS17.0 regression analysis method. Then we got the best psychological capacity of tourists with the Marginal Satisfaction Method. Finally we verified the influencing factors on TPC. The study found that the best TPC of Mount Tai Scenic Area is 10323 persons; Female shows lower TPC than male. Moreover, female satisfaction is more easily influenced by visitors’ number increasing than male satisfaction; TPC plays negative correlation with the increasing of age. Teenagers and adults have no much difference in TPC, but the seniors present a relatively lower TPC than other; The higher education, the smaller TPC.

Tourists travel demand can be divided into the watch the natural landscape, such as shopping, entertainment and other projects. Each travel demand with motivation for meet the requirements of appropriate tourism space environment in order to complete. In this paper, through questionnaire investigation and SD (Semantic Differential) method for the basic attributes of shopping tourists and spatial characteristics of commercial pedestrian street. And analyzes the basic attributes of shopping as the main demand of tourists characteristics and the spatial characteristics of the suitable shopping demand, to provide a scientific basis for the design of tourist shopping space.

2016년 9월 12일 경상북도 경주시역에서 발생한 규모 5.8의 지진은 한국이 더 이상 지진으로부터 안전한 지역이 아님을 전 국민에게 확실하게 인지하게 하였다. 도시 녹지는 특성상 양호한 지진 대피 기능을 지니고 있는 도시 내 중요한 지진 대피 장소이다. 그러나 공원녹지는 지진 대피 적절성에 대한 연구의 부족으로 지진 발생 후 피난 장소로 활용되지 못하고 있는 경우가 많다. 본 연구는 도시 공원이 지진 대피 장소로써의 적절성을 평가하기 위한 지표를 개발하기 위해 델파이 기법을 활용하여 3차에 걸쳐 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과에 대한 평균(M), 표준편차(SD), 합의도, 수렴도, 내용타당도 지수(CVR) 등을 분석하여 총 37개 지표 중 10개의 지표들을 기준에 부합하지 않기 때문에 제거하였고, 최종 27개의 지표가 선정되었다. 최종 연구 결과, 공원녹지의 지진 대피 적절성 평가에 대한 안전성과 접근성, 서비스 효과성은 각각 8개, 6개, 13개의 평가지표가 선정되었다. Following the September $12^{th}$, 2016 earthquake in Gyeongju-city, the observation can be made that South Korea is not a non-earthquake country. Because of its particular characteristics, urban green spaces are good sites for protection during an earthquake but studies regarding the suitability of park green spaces as a form of earthquake shelter are few, making it difficult to highlight the function of park green spaces as emergency shelters. The purpose of this study is to identify indicators for suitability impact factors of comprehensive parks as emergency earthquake shelter zones. Using the Delphi method, three rounds of survey were implemented. According to the analysis results of Average value, CVR, Consultation and Convergence, ten candidate indicators were removed in the candidate group. Twenty-seven suitability impact factors of comprehensive parks were retained, including 8 indicators in the field of safety, 6 indicators in the field of accessibility, and 13 indicators in the field of service effectiveness.

관광객 만족도 분석을 위한 IPA 기법 적용 연구 -경주 양동마을 방문 중국인을 대상으로-

As a simple and practicable method, an Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) is often used as a tool to study the satisfaction of tourists in Tourism. The IPA has two dimensions to attribute importance and performance(or satisfaction as in satisfaction research), and generally uses an interviewee self-reported approach to acquire performance and importance data. Many scholars have pointed out that the traditional IPA cannot meet the premise of its establishment. Therefore, several revised IPA have been proposed. Among them, Deng's IPA is the most representative. There are not many contrastive analyses between the traditional IPA and revised IPA in academia. The lack of comparative study will make it difficult to judge the difference and effectiveness of different IPA techniques. Taking Gyeongju Yangdong Village as an example, this study investigated and researched the degree of satisfaction of Chinese tourists using the traditional IPA method and Deng's modified IPA method respectively, and then analysed the differences between the two methods and their causes. Based on the analysis results, the study put forward suggestions for the improvement of tourism management in Gyeongju Yangdong Village. IPA 기법은 간단하고 효과적인 분석방법으로써 관광객 만족도 연구에 중요한 연구 방법이다. IPA 분석 기법은 피조사자를 중요도와 성취도로 구분하여 조사 대상의 지표를 평가한다. 일부 연구자들은 전통 IPA 기법이 이들 조건을 충족시킬 수 없음을 발견하고, 여러 가지 수정 IPA 기법을 제시하였다. 그 중에 Deng의 수정 IPA 방법이 가장 대표적이다. 국 내외 연구를 조사한 결과, 전통 IPA 기법과 수정 IPA 기법에 대한 비교 연구는 없는 실정으로, 서로 다른 IPA 기법의 차별성과 효율성에 대한 판단이 쉽지 않다. 본 연구는 사례연구와 비교연구를 위해 경주시 양동마을을 방문하는 중국 관광객을 대상으로 만족도 분석 중에 전통 IPA 기법과 수정 IPA의 적용성에 대하여 연구하였다. 아울러 전통 IPA와 수정 IPA 분석 결과에 대한 차이점과 원인을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 양동마을의 바람직한 관리를 위한 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

Based on the survey of the parks in Tai``an by questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation and in-depth interview, the paper analyzes the tendencies of visitors in modern landscape lighting design forms and methods from two terms: primary attributes and the preferences of artistic lighting design. To increase the safety of the parks is a pressing need for visitors. Visitors have a pressing need for increasing the safety of the parks`` lighting and artistic quality. Most visitors think the parks`` lighting has blind spots and the brightness is not enough. Visitors’ night activities in the park will be insecure. As to artistry aspects, people prefer strong artistic style of lamps and lanterns to the common, such as ethnic style and animal image; Tourists prefer to use white light and yellow light to illuminate trees, because these colors make people feel more warm and amiable. This research provides basic data for lighting design of parks.
