A green approach to produce bulk amount rGO using Graphene Oxide via Ball Milling in presence of Zinc. Furthermore, the extent of reduction of GO in the present strategy is much higher than that in the different approaches using metallic Zinc and NaOH, indicating a cooperativity between friction generated during milling and chemical reactions. To verify the applicability, we have examined the impact of rGO on the improvement of thermo-mechanical properties of Epoxy nanocomposites. Here, few layered rGO based Epoxy nanocomposites were obtained. Here rGO apparently filled in the interspaces of polymeric chains, which increments in thermo-mechanical properties of nanocomposites even with low loading of rGO.

Graphite oxide and carbon black nanocomposites as bipolar plates for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) are developed by compression molding technique. It is found that composite bipolar plate with a varying weight percent of resin and GO gives the high electrical conductivity, competitive mechanical properties with increased bulk density and air tightness. The GO/CB-based composites with 40-45 wt % of resin are suitable for achieving desired properties of the bipolar plate as per the DOE advanced series target. The addition of 5 wt % of carbon black is helpful for improving the electrical conductivity without compromising other properties of the bipolar plate compared to graphite-resin-based composite plates.

In literature it was seen that natural properties of Elaiocarpus Ganitrus Roxb (Rudraksha) were studied extensively and no detail study was founded on magnetic properties of Rudraksha. Initial study showed that Rudraksha is highly magnetic as △W/M ㅁ 2 so in this work we have tried to apply TGA (Thermogravimetric Analysis) to prepare different magnetic material from Rudrakasha showed 9 plateaus in temperature range 303K to 773K. The IR study for compound obtained various plateaus confirmed that may were different compounds. When their magnetic properties study using Gouys Balance. It was observed that we can obtained magnetic material with high and low magnetic susceptibility.

Here we propose a general approach for preparation of graphene-AESO polymer composite. By taking advantage of the unique amphiphilic structure of graphene oxide (GOSs), we developed a new polymer blend of acrylated epoxidized soybean oil (AESO) and graphene oxide via in situ polymerization. The composites were characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR and Raman spectroscopy and XRD,SEM,TGA and DSC. This composite exhibits a percolation threshold of ~0.3 volume percent for room temperature electrical conductivity. Which is the lowest value of the percolation threshold than reported for other polymer carbon composites excepting for that of carbon nanotubes composites. Such low percolation value is sufficient for many electrical applications.

Stable dispersions of silane coupled graphene oxide in an acrylated epoxidized soy oil (AESO) based thermosetting resin were obtained by mechanical stirring. The thermo-mechanical properties of the polymerized samples measured by DMA. Which shows an improved storage modulus by ~30% for 0.5 wt % GO loading. Higher filler loadings resulted in significant aggregation during polymerization. Wide-angle X-ray scattering, optical microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) demonstrated the formation of aggregates at higher filler loads, which reversed the potential for mechanical improvement. Whereas, TEM showed good intercalation of the polymer matrix with GO flexes which is improving much more properties collectively.
Democrats and Minority Marginalization: The Case of Pakistan
Ajay Raina 서울대학교행정대학원 2014 Asian Journal of Political Science Vol.22 No.2
Pakistan is the first post-war experiment in political Islam to establish a democratic state. While Pakistan's consistently poor democratic record has disadvantaged every citizen, its religious minorities are especially marginalized. This article argues that this marginalization is a consequence of institutionalized political inequality, which indeed may be the root cause of Pakistan's overall democratic weakness. Again, contrary to the popular perception, this article demonstrates that Pakistan's democratic leaderships are as—if not more—complicit in this marginalization as the Islamist dictator Zia-ul-Haq and others. First, the worldview of Pakistan's ostensibly liberal-democratic founder Mahomed Ali Jinnah and its impact on the constitutional framework of Pakistan is analysed. Second, the political culture spawned by another ostensibly democratic leader Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto in securing the mandate for the new post-1971 constitution is explicated. These two ‘democratic’ processes have profoundly influenced the marginalization of religious minorities in Pakistan. This has significant lessons for ‘democratic’ transition leaderships in the contemporaneously evolving cognate experiments in the Arab Spring regions and elsewhere where similarly small minorities exist.

Amoebic liver abscess with jaundice is not uncommon, but jaundice with intractable pruritus due to it is extremely uncommon. We present a case of amoebic liver abscess who had mild icterus at presentation and improved within seven days of conservative management with the decrease in abscess size. One month later, he presented with severe pruritus and deep jaundice. On evaluation, no other cause could be identified to explain his jaundice and severe pruritus other than a residual abscess. Therefore abscess was drained but neither his jaundice nor pruritus responded to the aspiration of abscess. After one week he underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and biliary stenting despite he not having any intra or extra-hepatic biliary dilatation. Following biliary drainage, his pruritus improved completely, and bilirubin became normal over the next few days. In conclusion, bilio-vascular fistulas, when present can lead to severe pruritus and, biliary drainage is an effective treatment for it.
Does Access to Finance Eradicate Poverty? A Case Study of Mudra Beneficiaries
Ajay Kumar SALGOTRA,Prashant KANDARI,Uma BAHUGUNA 한국유통과학회 2021 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.8 No.1
The main objective of this study was to investigate the impact of access to finance on the different dimensions of poverty. To achieve the objectives of the study, the participants/beneficiaries of the Mudra scheme were included and sample of target respondents was extracted through multistage random sampling technique. The sample for the study was taken from the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir of India. The study further utilized secondary data from the government official websites and lead banks. A paired t-test was applied to test the impact of access to finance across the various dimensions of poverty by constructing the Multidimensional Poverty Index(MPI), after checking the normality of the data. MPI incorporates dimensions such as education, health, and standard of living. The finding of the study revealed that dimensions of poverty responded positively to access to finance. The study shows that larger access to finance has helped in reducing the multidimensional poverty by having moderate, but positive impact on the standard of living, health, and education, thereby improving the lives of the poor. The present study identified that the level of impact of access to finance is moderate and further explains its importance for policy implications.
