        스마트그리드 용어 표준화를 위한 개방형 한국어 지식 대사전 집필 시스템

        Power system technologies in the area of smart grid are being converged with communication system technologies or information technologies(IT). This interdisciplinary action affects on two parts vigorously so that IT has become a essential part of power industry. But terminologies of two parts are confused and it is necessary that these are standardized to develop the industry. The writing system of the Open Korean Knowledge Dictionary for standardization of smart grid terminologies which are IEC TC 57 glossary and non-glossary is proposed. The writing system includes the process of collection, writing guideline and standardization of terminologies. Writing results of 90,000 terminologies for electricity, communication and computer fields including smart grid terminologies, which are registered in the Open Korean Knowledge Dictionary, are shown. The system provides the capability of collection and delivery of academic society opinions for the selected and interpreted terminologies through the internet for standardization and industry propagation of smart grid terminologies.

        Analyzing the Configuration of Knowledge Transfer of the Green Island Projects in S. Korea

        This paper explores the cases of the Gapa and Gasa green (energy-independent) island projects, based on a micro-grid system, in S. Korea in the context of knowledge transfer. It analyzes the rationale of knowledge transfer (including the international environment such as the INDC (Intended Nationally Determined Contribution) commitments), the process and objects of knowledge transfer (the actors involved and the objects (hardware/software/orgware)), as well as the degree and results of knowledge transfer (technological, economic, and environmental impacts) in the green island projects. Looking at the findings of both cases, this study reveals that although some meaningful results have been produced, the projects are so far based on a government-led top-down approach and overemphasize a ‘hardware-intensive’ way. In conclusion, this paper argues that the degree and results of knowledge transfer in the green island projects show an aspect of “incomplete transfer.” Also, it suggests that the green island projects in S. Korea are required to take ‘community-customized’ and ‘residents-friendly’ approaches in the comprehensive context of knowledge transfer.

        In this paper, we research on the modern intelligent healthcare platform from the perspectives of grid based cloud computing and information management system assisted Internet of things technology. In the increasing pressure of modern society, people often attend the poor general health. The more deadly is that people lack the necessary technical means that our physical condition of the related data. Hospital information construction is to adapt to the information age and the modern medical mode, necessary measures of health economy and the hospital information system is the inevitable outcome of the application of information technology in hospital. Excellent hospital information system for standardized hospital management, and security of clinical activities smoothly to carry out the relevant scientific research activity has the important meaning. Intelligent medical treatment is the use of advanced network, communication, computer and digital technology, to implement the intelligent of the medical information collection, conversion, storage, transmission and processing, and various medical business process of digital operation, thus realizes the patients and medical staff, medical institutions, medical equipment, the interaction between, gradually achieve the medical information. Intelligent medical treatment can not only improve the hospital and medical staff's working efficiency, reduce mistakes in the work, also can through the remote medical treatment, remote consultation and so on ways to solve the problem of unequal distribution of regional health resources. Our research combines the grid and cloud computing technique to build up the novel intelligent healthcare platform with IOT technique which will enhance the current medical treatment mode and level up the overall performance of the modern information management system for the general usages.

        초등예비교사 교육을 위한 수학적 과제 설계 : 기하 판 위의 정삼각형이 가능한가?

        본 연구는 초등 예비교사에게 필요한 수학지식을 가르치는 효과적인 수단으로서 수학적 과제의 특징을 논의하고 그에 맞게 과제를 설계하고 교사교육에 실행한 사례를 제시하였다. 그 결과 예비교사들은 ‘격자점 정삼각형 만들기’ 라는 수학적 과제를 해결하면서, 주어진 상황을 수학적 문제로 변환하고 기존 지식과의 연결을 통해 문제를 변형하고 해결하며, 기존의 수학적 개념을 새로운 관점에서 보는 경험을 할 수 있었다. 이러한 경험이 예비교사의 교육에 대한 관점의 변화와 어떻게 연결되는지 그리고 교사교육에 적합한 수학적 과제 설계를 위한 조건에 대해 논의하였다. This study explore the features of mathematical tasks as an effective means to foster pre-service primary teachers’ mathematical knowledge for teaching and develop mathematical task for pre-service primary teachers. As a result, prospective teachers have while solving a mathematical task, converting a given situation to a mathematical problem, and solve problems through connections with existing knowledge, and experience seeing the existing mathematical concepts from a new perspective. Finally, we discussed the conditions for a suitable mathematical task in teacher education.
