        장기요양시설 요양보호사의 감염관리 교육요구에 관한 통합적 문헌고찰

        연구의 목적은 장기요양시설 요양보호사의 감염관리에 관한 측정도구와 감염관리 교육 대상자의 특성을 파악하여 감염관리 교육 프로그램의 교육내용을 구성하기 위함이다. 문헌분석을 위해 2000년 1월부터 2021년 9월까지 검색어 ‘장기요양시설’, ‘요양보호사’, ‘감염관리’, ‘지식’, ‘교육’을 조합하여 국내에서 발표된 학위논문과 학술지에 게재된 논문을 확인하였다. 최종 선정된 8편의 문헌의 질적수준은 근거수준 4단계 조사연구로 총 8편이었다. 이 중 요양보호사 대상 4편, 요양보호사를 포함한 타직종 4편이었다. 조사연구 8편을 분석한 결과, 요양보호사 관련 감염관리에 대해 인식, 지식, 인지도, 수행도를 측정하는 도구가 있었으며 측정도구는 피부감염, 요로감염, 전반적인 감염관리가 있었다. 요양보호사를 포함한 타직종의 측정도구는 전반적인 감염관리, 기침예절, 비말감염이 있었다. 요양보호사의 연령은 50세 이상이 많았으며, 감염관리 교육경험은 70.2~87.2%로 나타났으나 6~12개월 간격의 교육을 시설 자체적으로 시행하고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로, 감염관리 교육 프로그램 구성시 요양보호사들이 주로 담당하는 직무위주의 감염관리 교육내용이 필요하다. 요양보호사들의 특성을 고려하여 연령에 따른 교육 프로그램 구성 및 주기적인 교육이 이루어지도록 동영상 교육 등 교육방법 모색이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to compose the educational contents of the infection control education program by identifying the measurement tools for infection control and the characteristics of the subjects of infection control education of long-term care facility care workers. For literature analysis, the keywords, such as "long-term care facility", "care worker", "infection control", "knowledge" and "education" were combined from January 2000 to September 2021 to be published in journals. The qualitative level of the final selected 8 literature was a level of 4 research studies. Of these, four cases were for care workers, and 4 cases were for other jobs, including care worker job. There were tools to measure awareness, knowledge and performance for infection control related to care workers, and the measurement tools included skin infection, urinary tract infection and overall infection control. The care workers were more than 50 years old, and 70.2~87.2% had experience in infection control education, but the education was conducted every 6~12 months by the facility itself. When designing an infection control education program, it is necessary to provide job-oriented infection control education content. Considering the characteristics of care workers, it is important to organize an education program according to age. Educational methods, such as video education, should ensure continuous education.

      • 여대생의 체중조절 교육 프로그램 개발과 효과

        This study was performed to develop an educational program for weight control based on the behavior modification doctrine, and to examine its effect on female college students who had high interest in their weight control. The research design was the nonequivalent control group design with pre-test and post-test to develop the weight control educational program and measure its effect. The subjects of this study were 44 students in total, and divided into two groups, experimental and control groups consisting 22 subjects each group among J female college students. They were selected from volunteered female college students by the suitability. The exercise education, nutrition education, change of cognition, social support, education for stress mitigation, self-control, stimulation control, and compensation were used as the experimental tool s. The attitude of food, food habit, weight control act, lipid profiles, self-esteem and body image were used as the measurement tools. After the development of the educational program for weight control the thorough analysis of deep interviews with the subjects and the literature review, which was necessary and suitable to female college students, some changes were made in it through the validity study and the review of five experts The experimental group was subjected to the body weight control education program that was taught for sixty minutes once a week, and inspected for the changes of their behaviors through the interviews for eight weeks. The body weight control education program consisted of the understanding of this program and giving of motivation, change of life style, exercise education (I, II), nutrition education (I, II), change of life style and cognition, social support, education for stress management, education for eating-out, personal interview, interview about food environment, desirable behavior s habit, and conclusion in order. The data were collected from May 16 to July 4,2005 for eight weeks through the agreement of the subjects who participated in this program. The data were analyzed by the statistical program SPSS/Win 12.0 x2-test and t-test were used to inspect the equivalence about general characteristics the subordinate variables of participants between two groups, t-test was used to inspect the hypothesis. The results of this study were as follows; (1) The first hypothesis: The points of diet attitude of experimental group applied this program were significantly higher than those of control group was supported. (2) The second hypothesis: The points of diet habit of experimental group applied this program were significantly higher than those of control group. was supported. (3) The third hypothesis: The points of weight control behavior of experimental group applied this program were significantly higher than those of control group. was supported. (4) The fourth hypothesis: The weight of experimental group program applied this program was significantly higher than that of control group. was supported. (5) The fifth hypothesis: In the measurement of the lipid profile of experimental and control groups, by using total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL and LDL, there were no meaningful differences in total cholesterol, HDL and LDL between two groups. The triglyceride of experimental group was statistically and meaningfully dropped more than that of control group. was partially supported. (6) The sixth hypothesis: The points of itemized self-esteem of the experiment group applied this program were significantly higher than those of control group. was supported.         Neuro-Fuzzy Control of Inverted Pendulum System for Intelligent Control Education

        This paper presents implementation of the adaptive neuro-fuzzy control method. Control performance of the adaptive neuro-fuzzy control method for a popular inverted pendulum system is evaluated. The inverted pendulum system is designed and built as an education kit for educational purpose for engineering students. The educational kit is specially used for intelligent control education. Control purpose is to satisfy balancing angle and desired trajectory tracking performance. The adaptive neuro-fuzzy controller has the Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy structure. Back-propagation algorithm is used for updating weights in the fuzzy control. Control performances of the inverted pendulum system by PID control method and the adaptive neuro-fuzzy control method are compared. Control hardware of a DSP 2812 board is used to achieve the real-time control performance. Experimental studies are conducted to show successful control performances of the inverted pendulum system by the adaptive neuro-fuzzy control method.

        소아 천식 환자에서 몰입형 가상현실을 이용한 환경관리 교육

        Purpose: Awareness of environmental control is considered a major influence on the performance of asthma self-management behaviors that are involved in maintaining effective control of asthma. The aim of this study was to investigate whether immersive virtual reality (VR) education is effective in environmental control education for asthmatic children. Methods: Thirty asthmatic children aged 9 to 13 years with aeroallergen sensitization were enrolled. Environmental control education for asthmatic subjects were performed using either immersive VR (VR group) or conventional leaflets provided by asthma specialists (control group). Five questionnaires, such as awareness of environmental control, memory, assessment of intent to act, satisfaction test, and asthma control test (ACT) questionnaires were used for estimating the effects of education. Results: Awareness of environmental control, memory, and intent to act scores were significantly increased after education in both groups and the scores were maintained high until 4 weeks after education. In both group, ACT scores were maintained high scores before and 4 weeks after education. Satisfaction scores were very high in the VR group. Conclusion: The increased scores in awareness of environmental control and intent to act indicate that the environmental control education using VR is worthy of attention as an effective educational tool for asthma management. Application of further developed techniques, including active environmental intervention by participants in VR, could be applied to effective asthma management.       • 청소년의 자기통제력과 마인드교육에 관한 고찰

        본 연구는 자기통제력과 청소년 비행에 관한 전반적인 고찰과 나날이 증가하는 청소년 비행억제 및 예방을 위하여 실시되는 인성을 강조한 인성교육에 대하여 알아보고 인성교육의 범위와 개념과 한계에 대해 분석한 후 마인드에 착안한 마인드교육에 대해 고찰할 것을 목적으로 하였다. 비행 청소년들의 몇 가지 특징 가운데 행동 및 성격을 살펴보면 그들은 충동적인 성격을 갖고 있으며, 충동 조절방식에 문제를 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 우선 급속한 고도의 경제성장과 과학기술발전을 이룬 사회적 환경이 청소년들의 자기통제력에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 둘째, 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 청소년 비행억제를 위해 정부에서 약 20여 년 간 추진해왔던 인성교육의 개념과 실행하는데 있어 문제점에 대해 알아보았다. 그동안 실시되었던 인성교육의 다양하고 모호한 개념과 교육 현장에서 실행하는 방법적인 문제가 있음을 확인하였고 무엇보다 개념적인 면에서 21세기 청소년들에게 과거의 윤리나 도덕적인 태도로 그들의 인성에 변화를 주기 어렵다는 것을 인지하였다. 셋째, 모든 비행은 행동으로 옮기기 전 마음에서 먼저 충동이 일어나므로 비행을 억제하기 위해서는 마음의 자세를 연구하는 마인드교육이 선행되어야 함을 마인드교육을 받은 청소년들의 사례를 통해 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 청소년들의 자기통제력에 영향을 미치는 마인드교육을 실제 경험한 학생들을 대상으로 마인드교육을 통해 비행에서 멀어지는 과정에 대해 서술하며 자기통제력 형성을 위한 인성교육의 대안프로그램으로써 마인드교육의 역할에 대해 고찰하였다. This study aimed to examine the overall review of self-control and juvenile delinquency, character education emphasized for juvenile delinquency control and prevention, and then consider mind education focused on minds after analyzing character education's scope, concepts, and limitations. Examining the behavior and characteristics of juvenile delinquents, we found that they had impulsive characteristics and had problems with poor impulse control. First, we examined how the social environment that achieved rapid and high economic growth and scientific and technological development affects adolescents’ self-control. Second, we investigated the problems in the concept and implementation of character education, which the government has been promoting for about 20 years to deter juvenile delinquency, which is continuously increasing. It was confirmed that various and ambiguous concepts of character education and methodological problems were implemented in the educational field. Above all, it was recognized that it was difficult to change their personality in the 21st century with the old ethical or moral attitude. Third, we learned from the case of adolescents who received mind education that since all delinquency occurs first in the mind before taking action, mind education that manages the mind's posture must be preceded to suppress delinquency. Therefore, this study describes the process of moving away from delinquency through mind education for students who have actually experienced mind education that affects adolescents’ self-control and focuses on the role of mind education as an alternative program for character education to form self-control.

        Effect of the ADDIE Model-based Distance Infection Control Education Program on Infection Control Performance of Care Workers

        This study examined the effect of the distance Infection Control Education Program (ICEP), developed based on the ADDIE model, on infection control knowledge, attitude, and performance among care workers in long-term care facilities nationwide. The program, developed based on the ADDIE model, was applied to 173 care workers directly responsible for nursing care of elderly residents in lomg-term care facilities. The distance ICEP for care workers was conducted through the website and lasted 30 minutes for each of the eight topics. To determine the effectiveness of the education, infection control knowledge, attitude, performance, and satisfaction were surveyed before and four weeks after the program. Differences in infection control knowledge, attitude, and performance before and after the distance ICEP were assessed by a t-test. A significant difference was observed in knowledge and infection control performance after the distance ICEP was administered to care workers. In the sub-domains of infection control performance, overall understanding of infection, regular infection control education, infection control by special pathogen (multidrug-resistant bacteria, tuberculosis, tick-borne infectious diseases), and detailed infection control education by infection site (pressure ulcers and urinary tract infections) were significantly improved. Infection control knowledge and performance improved through the distance ICEP applied to care workers. Satisfaction also displayed high scores on most items and indicated that it was helpful for infection control in facilities, confirming the effectiveness of infection control education. Based on the survey of care workers nationwide, the infection education program can be effectively used for care workers in the future.

        다문화교육 연구 실태를 통해 본 개선 방향

        본 연구는 다문화교육 연구의 실태 분석을 통해 개선 방향을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2010년 전반기까지의 석․박사 학위논문 463편을 분석, 범주화 후 주제 및 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 다문화교육 정책, 학교 다문화교육, 사회 다문화교육 등 세 가지 연구 영역으로 범주화가 가능하였다. 이 중 학교 다문화교육 영역이 전체의 약 74.2%를 차지하였고, 이 중 39.1%가 교과교육과 관련된 논문인 것으로 파악되었다. 상대적으로 다문화교육 정책 분야와 사회 다문화교육 분야의 연구는 미비한 것으로 분석되었다. 전반적인 양적 현황은 급속하게 증가하는 추세이나, 다문화교육기에 대비한 질적 수준을 담보하는 데 한계가 있었다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 향후 다문화교육 연구는 다문화교육 정책으로 구현 가능한 교육과정 체계화, 시민주도 사회 다문화 기관의 접근 증대, 실질적인 다문화교육 정책에 대한 연구로의 전환이 필요함을 제기하였다. 주요어 : 다문화교육, 학위논문, 학교 다문화교육, 사회 다문화 교육, 다문화교육 정책, 다문화교육기, 다문화정책 전담기구 This study shall explore the study status of multicultural education and the directions for improvement. In order to do this, I tried to analyze and categorize the subject and content analysis of 463 theses, beginning in early 2010. As a result, they could be categorized into three study fields for multicultural education in school, multicultural education for society and multicultural education policies. Out of these, multicultural education for schools accounted for 74.2% of the total and 39.1% of these theses were found to be related to a text education. The study on the fields for multicultural education for society and multicultural education policies were analyzed relatively unsatisfactorily. However, overall quantitative status increased rapidly or there was a limit to guarantee the qualitative level for preparation to multicultural education ages. To overcome these limitations for the future of multicultural education study, the results suggested that multicultural education study needs to be switched towards well-organized training courses for multicultural education policies, increases of a citizen-led society agency approach, and policies of substantial multicultural education.

        제어시스템 강좌의 온라인 수업 효율향상을 위한 교육환경 개발

        In recent years, lectures on control systems have focused on hands-on experience using actual control equipment than before. However, the online education triggered compulsorily by the Covid-19 pandemic poses has restricted the construction of an education environment for hands-on experience. In this study, we proposed an economical and compact experimental environment for control education that enables hands-on experience even through online education. To this end, we utilized a light weight rapid control prototyping (LW-RCP), which is a lab-built RCP environment, and the environment was constructed using 3D printing. In the proposed environment, LW-RCP enabled students to focus on the learning and application of related control concepts, without the inconvenience of manual C-coding and the possibility of debugging errors. In addition, the proposed control equipment, which was manufactured using 3D printing, is an inexpensive equipment with a sufficiently small size that can be placed on a desk. Owing to the low cost and small size of the proposed environment, each student can have his/her own experimental equipment, which will enable a hands-on experience even through online education. Online education is expected to expand more and more in the future as it exhibits various advantages and potentials from traditional face-to-face classes. The proposed educational environment is expected to play a meaningful role in satisfying the demands of hands-on experience for control-related lectures.
