Electro galvanized steel is electroplated cold roller steel for improving corrosion resistance and paintability, and is widely used in automobiles and home appliances. In the electroplating line for manufacturing electro galvanized steel if plating process is carried out with impurity on conductor roll surface, the defects in manufacturing process occurs because of steel fault. For quality, polishing is always required to separate impurity on surface of conductor roll. In this study, finite element analysis of wear for polisher brush is carried out for replaced time of it.
전기 도금된 CoFeNi계 박막의 결정크기와 방향성이 자기특성에 미치는 영향

CoFeNi alloys are some of the most studied soft magnetic materials because of their superial properties over FeNi alloys as write head core materials in HDD and MEMS. We studied the effect of magnetic property according to size and orientation of crystal for electroplated Co-Fe-Ni alloys. In case of heat treated ternary alloy, it affect the change of crystal size and structure. In this study, it intends to improve the magnetic properties of CoFeNi thin film by heat treatment. Minimized coercivity and increased magnetization are due to heat treatment from 300 ℃ to 400 ℃. As a bcc phase formation, it grow to amount of magnetization.

The Probe Card is a test component which is to classify the good semiconductor chips before the packaging. The yield of semiconductor product can be better from analysis of probe test information. Recently the technology of the probe card needs narrow width and large amount of probe tip. In this research, the probe tip based on the MEMS(micro electro mechanical system) technology was designed and fabricated to improve the reliability of the test and to meet 2-dimensional Array of tip. The mechanical and electrical properties of proposed tip were evaluated and it has over 100,000 of repetition times in the condition of 5gf, 20um Over Drive.
초소형 마이크로 스프링의 기계적 특성에 관한 해석 및 실험

Recently, because of development of semiconductor technology, number of pads at unit area is increasing and pad array have become irregular 2-dimensional. Therefore, we have developed micro-spring for application of vertical type MEMS probe tip with small area(about 100㎛²). Main process of fabrication is wafer bonding, Si etching by DRIE and elector-plating, and material of the electro-plated micro-spring is Ni-Co alloy. For the design optimization, we designed various models and measured successfully produced micro-springs in micro compression & tensile tester. Structure analysis of the micro-spring was accomplished with FEM(Finite Element Method) and compared with measurement value. In this study, we verified potentiality for application of the vertical type probe tip with small area, showing displacement of 10~40㎛ at contact force of 1~8g<SUB>f</SUB>.

A new point of view in Wet Electro Plating is proposed by Selective Plating Method, which is a new development method based on the principle of laser cutting and spray coating, material, engineering design, test and evaluations. As a result of the application of Radiator-Grille on front bumper, this paper classifies appliance of spray coating is more design friendly method, but laser cutting is not efficiency method by manufacturer. And material of spray into plastic are set up and developed by Taguchi method, two plastic materials are considered into Radiator grille by wet electro plating manufacturing lines and environment test, therefore, This paper classify the selective plating method of Radiator grille have characteristic that reduction of cost and weight, gray color spray coating, multi-usage of ABS, More flexibility of collision without broken, high grades of heat deflection temperature.
마이크로 피라미드 패턴 응용 도광판 제작을 위한 니켈 스탬퍼 제작에 관한 연구

Pyramid shape of micro pattern is applied to the light guide panel (LGP) to enhance the uniformity of the brightness of the LCD. The micro pyramids are molded in intaglio on the surface of the LGP. The size of each pyramid is 5㎛ × 5㎛ on bottom and the height is about 3.5㎛. The pyramids are distributed on the LGP surface randomly to be sparser where the light comes in and denser at the opposite side as a result of a simulation using lightools™. Based on this design, a silicon pattern master and a nickel stamper are fabricated by MEMS process and electro plating process. Intaglio micro pyramids are fabricated on the 6 of silicon wafer from the anisotropic etching using KOH and the process time, temperature of the KOH solution, etc are optimized to obtain precise shape of the pattern. A Ni stamper is fabricated from this pattern master by electro plating process and the embossed pyramid patterns turns out to be well defined on the stamper. Adopting this stamper to the mold base with two cavities, 1.8 and 3.6 LGPs are injection molded.
