중학교 축구선수의 목표설정 수준과 훈련 동기 분위기 및 팀 분위기의 구조적 관계

Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationship between the goal-setting level, training motivation, and team atmosphere of middle school soccer players. Methods The selected data was SPSS Ver. Research results were derived by conducting frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis using the 21.0 and Amos 21.0 programs. Result First, there appeared to be a partial relationship between the goal-setting level and training motivation of middle school soccer players. Second, there appeared to be a partial relationship between the goal-setting level and training motivation atmosphere of middle school soccer players. Third, it was found that there was a partial relationship between the training motivation atmosphere of middle school soccer players and the team atmosphere. Conclusion These research results will be able to provide basic data to improve the goal setting level of middle school soccer players 연구목적 이 연구는 중학교 축구선수의 목표설정 수준과 훈련동기분위기 및 팀 분위기의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법 선정된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 21.0과 Amos 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 결과 도출된 연구결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 중학교 축구선수의 목표설정 수준과 훈련동기는부분적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중학교 축구선수의 목표설정 수준과 훈련 동기 분위기는 부분적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중학교 축구선수의 훈련 동기 분위기와 팀 분위기는부분적으로 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이러한 연구결과를 통해 중학교 축구선수의 목표설정수준 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

태권도팀의 훈련동기분위기와 스포츠열정 및 스포츠자신감의 구조적관계

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between Taekwondo team 's motivation for training, sports enthusiasm and sports confidence. The subjects of the study selected middle, high and university Taekwondo teams registered in Taekwondo Association in 2018 as a population and collected data from a total of 600 Taekwondo athletes through the objective sampling method, A total of 587 copies were used as research data except for 13 copies. The survey tool was a structured questionnaire that was modified and supplemented with the research tools used in the previous research. The researchers and the research assistants visited the taekwondo team to conduct the research. The data were analyzed by frequency factor analysis and correlation analysis using SPSS 22.0 program, AMOS 22.0 program and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, Taekwondo team 's motivation for training partially affected sports enthusiasm. Second, Taekwondo team' s motivation for training partially influenced sport self - confidence. Third, Taekwondo team sports enthusiasm partially influenced sport self - confidence. Respectively. 이 연구는 태권도 팀의 훈련 동기 분위기와 스포츠 열정 및 스포츠 자신감의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 2018년 현재 대한태권도 협회에 등록된 중·고·대학교 태권도 팀을 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 유목적 표집법을 통해 총 600명의 태권도선수를 대상으로 자료를 수집한 후 응답의 일관성이 결여 되는 것으로 판단된 13부를 제외하고 총 587부를 연구 자료로 활용하였다. 조사 도구는 구조화된 설문지로 선행연구에 사용된 조사 도구를 수정·보완하여 사용하였고, 연구대상인 태권도 팀에 연구자와 연구보조원이 직접 방문하여 연구를 진행하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과 상관관계 분석, AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 통해 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 모형의 적합도 및 연구가설을 검증하였다. 이 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 태권도 팀의 훈련 동기 분위기는 스포츠 열정에 부분적으로 영향을 미쳤고 둘째, 태권도 팀의 훈련 동기 분위기는 스포츠 자신감에 부분적으로 영향을 미쳤으며 셋째, 태권도 팀의 스포츠 열정은 스포츠 자신감에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

유도 지도자의 지도특성과 훈련 동기 분위기 및 운동만족의 관계

이 연구는 유도지도자의 지도특성과 훈련 동기 분위기 및 운동만족과의 관계를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 대한유도회에 등록된 고등학교 선수를 대상으로 편의표본추출법에 의해 188명의 자료를 추출하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 표준중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 결과 첫째, 지도특성은 훈련 동기분위기의 하위변인인 숙련분위기와 정적(+)인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지도특성의 하위변인 중 의사소통이 운동만족과 정적(+)인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 훈련 동기 분위기중 숙련분위기가 운동만족과 정적(+)인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between instruction characteristics of a Judo instructor and training motivation climate and exercise satisfaction. For this purpose, this study extracted data of 188 high school students athletes registered in Korea Judo Association through convenience sampling. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and standard multiple regression analysis were conducted on the collected data by using SPSS 19.0. As the result of analyses, first, instruction characteristics had positive (+) relationship with proficiency climate which is a sub-variable of training motivation climate. Second, favorable impression, a sub-variable of instruction characteristics, had positive (+) relationship with exercise satisfaction. Third, training motivation climate had positive (+) relationship with exercise satisfaction.

중학교 축구선수의 성취목표성향, 훈련동기분위기 및 경쟁상태불안의 관계

The purpose of this study was to verify the influence of the achievement goal orientation of middle school soccer players on training motivation and competition status anxiety. The study subjects selected middle school soccer players as the population and collected data from 440 people through the nomadic sampling method. After that, the final data of 429 copies were analyzed, excluding 11 copies that lacked consistency of responses. For data processing, the hypothesis was verified through multiple regression analysis using the SPSS statistical program. Through this study, the following research results were derived. First, achievement goal orientation had a partial effect on training motivation, second, achievement goal orientation had a partial effect on competition status anxiety, and third, training motivation mood had a partial effect on competition status anxiety. In other words, it is possible to reduce anxiety in the competitive state through task-oriented achievement goal orientation and skillful atmosphere, which will soon prevent players from giving up midway. 이 연구는 중학교 축구선수의 성취목표성향이 훈련동기분위기 및 경쟁상태불안에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 중학교 축구선수를 모집단으로 선정한 후 유목적 표집법을 통해 440명의 자료를 수집하였다. 이후 응답의 일관성이 결여된 11부를 제외하고 429부의 최종자료를 통해 분석하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 통계프로그램을 활용하여 다중회귀 분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 이 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 성취목표성향은 훈련동기분위기에 부분적인 영향을 미쳤고, 둘째, 성취목표 성향은 경쟁상태불안에 부분적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 셋째, 훈련동기분위기는 경쟁상태불안에 부분적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 과제지향적 성취목표성향과 숙련분위기를 통해 경쟁상태불안을 낮출 수 있으며, 이는 곧 선수들의 중도포기를 예방할 수 있을 것이다.

사격지도자의 공감능력과 훈련동기분위기 및 운동몰입의 관계

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between emphatic ability, training motive atmosphere and sports immersion of shooting coaches. For this purpose, 281 members from business teams, university students and high school students, registered at the Korea Shooting Federation in 2022, were selected for the study. The data processing was conducted using the SPSS 22.0 program, and the following results were derived by using the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and the multiple regression analysis. As a result of conducting the analysis through such processes, the results are as follows. First, the emphatic ability of shooting coaches had static(+) influence in the partially statistically significant levels for the training motive atmosphere. Second, the emphatic ability of shooting coaches had static(+) influence in partially statistically significant levels for sports immersion. Third, the training motive atmosphere of shooting athletes had static(+) influence in partially statistically significant levels for sports immersion.
