교육과정 지식으로서 대중문화에 관한 연구 -생산적 소비에서 행위주체성으로

The purpose of this study is to analyse the meaning of popular culture as the knowledge of the curriculum from the viewpoint of the agency. To this end, this study examined the change of meaning in the process of production and consumption as the practice of popular culture from the viewpoint of the agency. The expansion of digital media in modern society requires a new analysis of the audience in the process of producing and consuming text as a practice of popular culture. Furthermore, in the production and consumption of knowledge, there is a demand for a change in the perception of how knowledge should be distributed. Popular culture knowledge can be regarded as a future-oriented curriculum knowledge in that it can drive education from modern education centered on traditional knowledge learning to strengthen the agency of learners as a practitioner of constructive knowledge. The educational challenges for incorporating popular culture as curriculum knowledge, First, it is necessary to find a practical teaching and learning method Second, to be able to expand the popular culture text as curriculum knowledge, and third, to analyze the mechanisms by which the learner participates to popular culture practice. 이 연구는 행위주체성의 관점에서 대중문화의 교육과정 지식으로서 가지는 의미 탐색을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 대중문화 실천으로서 생산과 소비과정에서의 의미 변화를 행위주체성의 관점에서 고찰하였다. 현대사회의 디지털미디어의 확장은 대중문화 실천으로서 텍스트의 생산과 소비의 과정에서의 수용자에 대한 새로운 분석을 요구한다. 나아가 지식의 생산과 소비에서도 어떠한 지식이 어떻게 배분되어야 하는가에 대한 인식전환을 요구하고 있다. 개별 미디어가 보편적인 사회에서 대중문화는 생산적 소비의 영역으로부터 생산과 소비의 경계가 허물어진 행위 주체자들의 실천의 영역으로 전환되고 있다. 대중문화 지식은 전통적 지식학습을 중심으로 한 근대 교육으로부터 구성적 지식의 실천가로서 학습자의 행위주체성을 강화하는 방향으로 교육을 견인할 수 있다는 점에서 미래지향적 교육과정 지식이라 할 수 있다. 교육과정 지식으로서 대중문화가 구체화되기 위한 교육적 과제들로는, 첫째 실천가능한 교수학습방법을 모색할 필요가 있으며, 둘째 대중문화 텍스트를 교육과정 지식으로서 확장할 수 있기 위해서는 교사의 교실 수업에서 재해석하고 재구성할 수 있는 다양한 대중문화 텍스트가 필요하며, 셋째, 학습자는 대중문화 실천의 과정에서 어떤 기제로 행위 주체자로 참여하는지 분석해보는 것이 필요하다.

1960∼70년대 이청준 소설에 나타난 권력의 중층성: 주권권력, 규율권력, 생명권력을 중심으로

기존 논의를 통해 이청준 소설을 의미화하는 주요 계기를 모종의 억압에서 찾고자 하는 관점이 많은 동의를 얻어 왔으며, 나아가 그 억압을 1960~70년대 박정희 정권의 권위주의적 정치권력과 직간접적으로 연결시켜 이해하려는 경향도 찾아볼 수 있다. 이청준 소설에 나타난 권력이 흔히 상상되는 것처럼 이항대립적이지 않고 보다 복잡한 양상을 띠는 이유는 소설에 반영된 당시 현실의 권력의 성격 자체가 중층적이라는 사실에서 찾을 수있다. 이청준 소설에서 이루어진 권력 탐구를 대표하는 신문관이라는 존재는 주인공의 환상을 빌려 등장함에도 불구하고 당시 한국 현실에서 작동했던 죽음의 권력으로서의 주권권력의 성격이 은폐되지는 않는데, 이는 피신문자가 전쟁을 겪으면서 체험한 과거에 대한 진술을 통해 드러나고 있다. 1960~70년대는 주권권력의 시대였지만 다른 한편으로는 규율권력과 생명권력의 시대이기도 했다. 이때 규율권력의 주요 테크놀로지는 고백이다. 고백의 과정을 통해 작동하는 규율권력은 생산적 주체의 산출을 목표로 하지만 이청준 소설 안에서 번번이 실패하며, 이는 규율권력의 내면화 역시 실패하고 있음을 보여준다. 그뿐 아니라 자기계발을 수행하는 호모 에코노미쿠스를 산출한 생명권력 역시 같은 시기에 모습을 드러내기 시작했다. 이청준은 주권권력이 낳은 벌거벗은 생명의 참극을 폭로하고, 규율권력이낳은 생산적 주체를 거부하고, 생명권력이 낳은 호모 에코노미쿠스적 자기계발을 비판함으로써 권력 탐구와 비판을 수행한 대표적인 소설가로 자리매김된다. As the nature of power in reality is complex, the power in Yi Chong-jun`s novels is not contradictory. Despite being forced to appear in the hero`s fantasy, the nature of sovereign power as the power of death is not concealed. This is evidenced by a statement about the past war experience. The 1960s and 1970s were the era of sovereign power, but on the other hand, the age of disciplinary power and bio-power. The main technology of regulatory power is a confession. The power of discipline that works through the process of confession is aimed at the production of a productive subject, but fails repeatedly in Yi`s novel, which also shows that internalization of the power of discipline also fails. At that time, there was a period of bio-power that produced self-improvement and homo economicus. Yi is regarded as a representative novelist who explores the tragedy of the bare life created by sovereign power, rejects the productive subject created by the disciplinary power and criticizes the homo economicus created by the bio-power.
