건설공사 현장소장의 직무스트레스 요인 추출 및 분석

T This study extracted and presented stress factors through analysis for the causes of job stress of site manager at construction sites. To this end, we conducted workshops and interviews with site managers, and the following factors were extracted from the results. The stressors of the site manager were identified as the area of responsibility of the site manager, the area of relationship conflict, the area of budget management, the area of work culture, the area of safety management, the area of family conflict and the area of the organizational system. Next, the reliability and validity of the extracted factors were analyzed and found to be a significant result. And, this study intends to suggest the need for a follow-up study on the development of a measurement tool and the establishment of countermeasures suitable for the characteristics of work stress of construction site manager.

건설사업 현장소장의 리더십 평가에 관한 연구

건설사업의 성공을 위해 리더의 역할을 수행하는 현장소장의 리더십은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 건설 현장의 'CEO'인 현장소장의 리더십을 평가하고 주요 특징을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 사회과학 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있는 LBDQ(Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire) 기법을 분석의 도구로 선택하여 최고 최악의 리더십을 지니고 있는 것으로 평가되고 있는 현장소장을 대상으로 리더십 수준과 유형을 분석하였다. 이와 함께 리더십 수준과 건설사업의 성과 간의 관계도 비교 분석하였다. 최고의 리더십을 지니고 있는 현장소장의 리더십은 효과적인 리더십 유형으로 나타났다. 반면, 최악의 리더십을 지니고 있는 현장소장의 경우에는 비효율적 리더십과 과업중심형 리더십 유형으로 나타났다. 리더십과 성과와의 관계에서 최고 최악 리더십 모두의 경우에서 리더십 수준과 성과 간에 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계는 관찰되지 않았으며 이는 현장의 악성도라는 개념과 함께 비교 분석되어야 한다는 시사점을 도출하게 하였다. Leadership is a critical factor for success or failure of an organization. Project managers in construction projects are 'field CEO' so their leadership affects performance of the projects. The objectives of this study is to evaluate the leadership of project managers and to analyse its major characteristics. The LBDQ(Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire) technique was used to evaluate and identify types of leadership of project managers from 'heaven' and 'hell'. Relationships between leadership and performance of the projects were also discussed.

저탄소 녹색관광 인프라 구축을 위한 건설현장소장의 업무분석에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 저탄소 녹색성장이라는 시대적 패러다임 변화에 맞춰 저탄소 녹색관광인프라 구축 시, 건설현장소장에게 요구되는 역할 중 기존의 관리업무이외에 녹색관리업무에 대해서도 새롭게 조명해봄으로써, 지속가능한 신성장모형을 설계하는데 실질적으로 이용가능한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 전문건설업체 현장소장의관리업무에 녹색관리업무를 추가하여 업무프로세스를 준비, 지원, 공사, 녹색관리, 준공 단계로 구분하였으며, 단계별로 현장소장에게 요구되는 업무량, 중요도, 난이도, 업무수행능력, 업무부담지수 등을 비교‧분석하였다. 분석결과, 전문건설업체 현장소장의업무량, 중요도, 난이도, 업무수행능력, 업무부담지수 등은 대체로 준비단계, 지원단계, 공사관리단계, 준공단계, 녹색관리단계의 순서로 크게 나타나, 준비단계에서 상대적으로 부하가 많이 걸리는 반면 녹색관리단계에서 상대적으로 부하가 적게 걸린다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 준비단계에서는 가급적 업무부담을 경감시키는 조치를 취할필요가 있고 녹색관리단계에서는 환경친화적인 새로운 현장문화를 창출할 수 있는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다 In a green tourism infrastructure environment, construction project managers play an important role in completing a construction project and achieving a construction company’s performance. We investigate and analyze the tasks of construction project managers at green construction sites. The findings suggest that workload, importance, difficulty, performance capability, and work burden index of construction project managers are the highest in the stage of preparation, which generally follows the stages of support, construction management, completion, and green management. Therefore, we need to alleviate the workload in the stage of preparation and strengthen the training in the stage of green management.

건축 프로젝트 현장별 특성을 고려한 현장소장 리더십 유형에 관한 연구

Building construction projects are bigger and more complex, so, nowaday, construction field organization are also lager and more special to manage it efficiently. Therefore, construction manager's leadership is focused on the key issue for leading and managing the field organization. However, the condition and types of building construction projects are various, and the styles of construction manager's leadership are not same because of the characteristics of construction industry. The purpose of this study is to present the construction manager's leadership styles based on the condition of building projects by using Analytic Hierarchy Process. The results show that the strategic leadership style is most preferred without repeated projects and the educational leadership style is most preferred in repeated projects. In special, the revolutional leadership style is more preferred in high technological projects. It is revealed that the optimal construction manager's leadership styles are different according to the condition and types of building projects. In addition, it is possible that construction field manager who has the optimal leadership style with the condition of project increases the performance of project managements.

IPA 기법을 활용한 현장소장 역량 요인 도출 및 분석

글로벌 금융위기 이후 건설시장의 변화와 함께 건설기업과 프로젝트를 대표하는 건설현장소장의 직업적 역량 또한 변화하고 있다. 특히 현장소장은 건설공사의 설계부터 시공까지의 프로젝트 전 생애주기에 이르는 단계에 관여하기 때문에 현장소장이 느끼는 사업 역량의 중요도는 건설경기 변화에 중요한 요소로 치부되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 현장소장들의 업무 수행과정에 있어서 필요할 것으로 판단되는 역량 항목들에 대한 중요도와 현재 역량 수준의 분석(IPA)과 향후 개선이 필요한 역량 항목을 도출하고자 한다. 도출된 분석결과는 (1)대외관리역량에서는 수주영업능력과 정보력, (2)현장관리역량에서는 관리자적 경영마인드와 적극적 돌파력, (3)자기관리역량에서는 사전문제예측능력과 자기계발이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 기업들이 현장소장교육과 지식공유 등의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Changes have occurred in the professional capabilities of the construction project managers after the global financial crisis. As representatives of construction companies and projects, construction project managers have full responsibility over a construction project. Throughout its life cycle, from design through construction to completion, the business capabilities of such managers are regarded as critical elements in the changes in the country's construction economy. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the main capabilities of current construction project managers, and to analysis of its competitiveness using Important-Performance Analysis(IPA). The results of IPA were as follows; (1)capability to win new contracts and capability to collect information of new project are needed for external relation competitiveness, (2)gerentocratic management mind-set and active breakthrough are needed for internal project management competitiveness, and (3)capability to predict issues and self-improvement are needed for self discipline competitiveness. However, this work is still considered to provide the basic data that can help Korean construction companies who plan to educate the project manager's strengthen their medium and long-term capabilities.

건설공사 현장소장 직무스트레스 측정 시스템 개발

Recently, the scale of construction project is getting bigger compared to previous projects. Therefore, the job stress of the field manager responsible for the construction project is getting more and more intense. Therefore, construction companies should establish a job stress management plan for stable human resource management of the field managers. From this perspective, in this study was developed a job stress measurement system in connection with MBTI personality types. The developed system allows the job stress of the field manager to be judged on a scale from 1 to 9 points. Accordingly, it is expected that construction companies will contribute to the effective management of field managers in the future.

국내 건설사업 현장소장(PM)의 핵심 사업관리기술 분석 연구

The preliminary study of this study demonstrated the significance of project management capabilities as leadership constituents of the project managers in construction projects. This study makes an analysis of project managers' business & role as a field of project management. The objective of this study is to identify strength & weakness aspects of project management capabilities in relation to project management skills in construction projects.
