시각 미디어 환경 변화에 따른 미술교육에서의 영상교육에 관한 재고(再考)

오늘날을 시각 문화의 시대라 일컫는다. 미술교육에서는 이와 같은 시각 문화의 확장에 반응하여 시각 미디어를 활용한 영상교육을 강화해오고 있다. 미술교육에서 영상교육은 시각 미디어에 대한 체험과 소통, 제작 활동을 통한 학습자의 창의성 증진, 비주얼 리터러시 측면에서의 비판적 이해를 주요한 내용으로 삼고 있다. 하지만 오늘날 시각 미디어 환경의 변화는 매우 급진적이다. 특히 시각 미디어는 오늘날 청소년들의 삶에 복합적으로 작용하고 있으며 그에 대한 수용은 매우 다층적이다. 이와 같은 상황은 미술교육에서의 영상교육에 대해 새로운 교육적 접근에 대한 인식을 요구하고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 오늘날 시각 미디어 환경의 변화와 사용자에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고, 미술교육에서의 영상교육에 있어 의미 있게 수용해야할 관점을 제시하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 논의는 우리의 미술교육이 동시대 시각 문화의 특성에 유기적으로 작용하게 하여 교과교육으로써 정당성을 더욱 확고히 하게하고, 미술교육이 학생들의 당대적 삶과 유리되지 않는 실효적인 교과교육으로 자리 잡게 할 수 있다는데 의미가 있다. Modern days are called as an era of visual culture. In art education, the image education has been reinforced in reaction of such expansion of visual culture. The essential contents of image education within art education are made of the experience on visual media, improvement of creativity of learner through production activities, and critical comprehension in perspectives of visual-literacy. However, the change of visual culture environment in nowadays is very radical. The modern visual media is applied complexly and the acceptance attitude of user thereto, also has a multiple layer. These characteristics have forced to recognize the need for new educational approach toward the image education within art education. Thus, this paper tries to examine the modern visual media environment and the change of user characteristics and to suggest the perspective of image education within art education. These discussions shall have a meaning when it applies organically on our art education with characteristics of visual culture of same era in order to justify as curriculum education and when the art education is recognized as a practical curriculum education, that is not isolated from the life of student.

김수영의 전기시에 나타난 감각적 주체는 인쇄매체를 중심으로 한 시각 지향을 강하게 지니고 있었고, 이와 관련해 김수영 시의 시각성에 관한 연구가 활발하게 이루어져왔다. 그러나 시각성의 범주로만 접근할 경우 후기시에 나타난 감각과 인식의 변화를 포괄하기 어려우며, 감각의 전환이 시적 인식과 수사학에 미친 영향을 총체적으로 설명하기 어렵다. 이 논문은 1960년대 중반 이후 대중적 전자매체를 예민하게 경험한 김수영의 매체의식이 시와 산문에 반영되어 있는 것에 주목하고, 매체와 감각적 주체의 상관관계를 해명하는 데 목적을 둔다. 먼저, 1960대 매체환경의 급격한 변화로 도시적 일상성이 어떻게 달라졌고 매체 수용자로서 김수영이 어떤 매체의식을 가지고 있었는지를 살펴보았다. 그로 인해 감각적 주체의 전환이 일어나게 되는데, 이는 인쇄매체를 중심으로 한 `시각 지향`의 전기시와 전자매체를 중심으로 한 `청각 지향`의 후기시를 대비시켜 설명하였다. 그리고 라디오에 직접 출연하여 전자매체를 통한 감각의 확장을 경험하면서 시적 주체가 `쓰는 주체`에서 `말하는 주체`로 변화하는 양상을 살펴보았다. 그러한 감각적 주체의 전환과정이 마침내 `일상성`의 수용과 `소음`의 발견으로 이어지면서 김수영의 후기시는 구술성의 강화와 `요설`의 수사학이라는 새로운 미학을 보여주게 된다. 이처럼 산문성과 일상성의 도입을 통해 시의 내용과 형식을 확장시켜갈 수 있었던 것은 전자매체의 문화적 매개작용에 민감하게 반응하고 그 감각적 특질을 내면화한 결과라고 할 수 있다. This paper aims to study on the relativity of media consciousness and sensory subject in Kim soo-young`s poetry and prose. Since 1960`s middle term, Kim soo-young experienced the electronic mass media and responded to the new media sensitively. I think it was a diverging point of Kim soo-young`s works. 1960`s was also the important turning point of media environment in Korea. So, I examine how the media consciousness and the conversion of sensory subject in Kim soo-young`s poetry and prose was formed at that time. We can find many references about printing media(book, magazine, newspaper) in the former term of Kim soo-young`s poetry. The other side, we can find the references about electronic media (telephone, radio, television) in the latter term newly. According as the media environment changed, Kim soo-young`s media consciousness and the sensory subject converted from directivity of visual sense into directivity of hearing sense. He received daily incident and noise into the new source of inspiration and searched for new form. I think the rhetoric of garrulity in Kim soo-young`s latter term poetry was a part of the conversion of sensory subject and the aesthetical change. This point of view will provide valuable aid for understanding Kim soo-young`s works through the relativity of the sense and media.

The purpose of this study is to investigated the visual contents of the media facade, which is currently installed, in order to have a more positive effect on a large number of urban residents who will accommodated various contents of the media facade in a non-selectively (urban area). Since the 2000s, the interest and installed lightng, the urban environmentla pollution, which is light pollution, has arisen, and human stress has been increased accordingly. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the positive aspect of the media facade and to visualize the visual elements that can maximize it. As a research method, the visual elements of the media facade installed are analyzed. Through the case analysis, we derive the visual elements that can positively affect urban people. However, in this research propose a media facade with a visual elements give healing for human and visual art experience in a dim city space.
