전자기록관리에 대한 국제 연구 동향 분석 - InterPARES 3와 ITrust 성과물을 중심으로 -

This study aims to understand the concept and changes of the records management of InterPARES based on the analysis of background, main research interests, and major achievements of IP3 and ITrust. To this end, this study conducted a content analysis of IP3 and ITrust to drive main keywords. This study also utilized word clouds from IP project titles. In addition, a comparative analysis of IP3 and ITrust was conducted based on the environment, scope, core research areas, keywords, objectives, and record management life cycle perspectives. The research identified that InterPARES research was widely expanding the content and subject areas of the study: 1) to apply across the life cycle, as well as long-term preservation; 2) to focus on the concept of trust as well as the concept of authenticity; and 3) to include the concept of the Internet, digital forensics, and the open government along with electronic records. 본 연구는 InterPARES 3와 ITrust의 배경, 주요 연구분야, 주요 연구성과를 소개하고, IP 3와 ITrust 주요 연구내용의 비교분석을 통하여 InterPARES 프로젝트의 기록관리에 대한 개념 및 변화를 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 IP 3와 ITrust 연구프로젝트에 대한 내용분석을 수행하였으며 이를 통해 주요 키워드를 도출하고, 연구프로젝트 제목을 워드클라우드로 도식화하여 IP 3와 ITrust 비교에 활용하였다. IP 3와 ITrust 연구결과를 환경, 범위, 주제, 키워드, 연구목표, 기록관리 생애주기관점에서 비교분석하였다. 연구결과 InterPARES는 1) 장기보존 뿐만 아니라 생애주기 전반에 적용될 수 있는 분야로, 2) 진본성의 개념에서 신탁의 개념으로, 3) 전자기록에서 인터넷, 디지털 포렌식, 열린정부 또는 공공데이터 등을 포함하는 범위로 연구의 내용과 주제가 광범위하게 확장되고 있음을 파악하였다.

Protecting the iTrust Information Retrieval Network against Malicious Attacks

This paper presents novel statistical algorithms for protecting the iTrust information retrieval network against malicious attacks. In iTrust, metadata describing documents, and requests containing keywords, are randomly distributed to multiple participating nodes. The nodes that receive the requests try to match the keywords in the requests with the metadata they hold. If a node finds a match, the matching node returns the URL of the associated information to the requesting node. The requesting node then uses the URL to retrieve the information from the source node. The novel detection algorithm determines empirically the probabilities of the specific number of matches based on the number of responses that the requesting node receives. It also calculates the analytical probabilities of the specific numbers of matches. It compares the observed and the analytical probabilities to estimate the proportion of subverted or non-operational nodes in the iTrust network using a window-based method and the chi-squared statistic. If the detection algorithm determines that some of the nodes in the iTrust network are subverted or non-operational, then the novel defensive adaptation algorithm increases the number of nodes to which the requests are distributed to maintain the same probability of a match when some of the nodes are subverted or non-operational as compared to when all of the nodes are operational. Experimental results substantiate the effectiveness of the detection and defensive adaptation algorithms for protecting the iTrust information retrieval network against malicious attacks.

HOW CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT INFLUENCES USER ELOYALTY TO ONLINE HOTEL-BOOKING WEBSITES: ETRUST AS A MEDIATOR

An increasing number of Internet users use hotel booking websites and online travel agencies to arrange trips and search for information related to their travels. This study investigates the impact of customer engagement on user perceptions of the quality and value of an online hotel-booking website, as well as whether such perceptions further influence user trust in online websites (eTrust) and result in behavioral intention of eLoyalty. The empirical results of structural equation modeling analysis of 400 questionnaire results collected in Taiwan reveal that customer engagement has a positive impact on perceived website quality (i.e., usability, ease of use, entertainment, and complementarity), which in turn influences perceived value. The results do not show a direct impact from customer engagement on perceived value. Finally, the results verify that eTrust mediates the relationship between consumers’ perceived website quality and behavioral intention of eLoyalty toward an online hotel-booking website; eTrust also mediates the relationship between consumers’ perceived value and behavioral intention of eLoyalty toward an online hotel-booking website. The findings provide both academic researchers and practitioners with a better understanding of customer engagement and facilitate development of more effective customer engagement strategies for online booking platforms.

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of organizational commitment and the moderating effect of organizational commitment on horizontal aspect in the relationship between organizational trust and organizational atmosphere on turnover intention. In order to verify the organizational trust of the army necromancers, frequency analysis, reliability and correlation analysis were conducted with the intention of turnover as a dependent variable. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed to confirm the moderating effect of organizational trust. The results showed that organizational trust and organizational atmosphere had a positive effect on the turnover intention of the members, and there was a positive (+) relationship between organizational trust and organizational atmosphere and organizational commitment. Also, organizational commitment plays a role as a partial regulator between organizational trust and organizational atmosphere and turnover intention, and organizational commitment has a moderating effect between organizational atmosphere, turnover intention, organizational trust, and organizational commitment. Through this study, it is expected that it will serve as a strategic resource to establish the organizational trust relationship of the military organization, bring dynamics to the organization, and enable the members to immerse themselves in the organization. 본 연구의 목적은 육군부사관을 대상으로 조직신뢰와 조직분위기가 이직의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 조직몰입의 조절효과와 수평적 관점인 조직몰입의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 육군부사관들의 조직신뢰에 대해 검증하고자 이직의도를 종속변수로 하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 및 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 조직신뢰의 조절효과를 확인하기 위해 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 조직신뢰와 조직분위기는 구성원들의 이직의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 조직신뢰 및 조직분위기와 조직몰입과는 정(+)적 관계가 있음이 확인되었다. 또한 조직몰입은 조직신뢰 및 조직분위기와 이직의도 간에 부분적 조절요인으로 작용하며 조직몰입은 조직분위기와 이직의도 그리고 조직신뢰와 조직몰입 사이에 조절효과가 있음이 검증되었다. 이 연구를 통해 군조직의 조직신뢰 관계를 형성하며 조직에 역동성을 가져오고 구성원들이 조직에 몰입할 수 있도록 하는 전략적 자원으로 작용할 것으로 기대된다.

Relationship between Participation in the Elderly Job Project and Quality of Life: focused on the Social Capital Mediating Effect

This study investigates income support, labor opportunities, and social capital by the demographic characteristics of the elderly who participate in the elderly job project, and especially the relationship between social and quality of life. We want to provide empirical data on how the elderly vocational business ultimately affects the lives of the elderly through the intervention of social capital. The intervention effect of social capital is as follows. Satisfaction with the elderly job project has a great impact on the quality of life, trust, network, and social participation. In particular, trust in the quality of life of the elderly had a great influence on the quality of life and was indirectly effective. In addition, the intervention of social participation between social capital was known, and the elderly job project increased social participation to improve the quality of life of the elderly. Therefore, it can be evaluated that the elderly job project has an important positive effect on the quality of life of the elderly, and the social capital formed through the elderly job project plays a role in directly or indirectly improving the quality of life of the elderly.
