발달장애인의 감성요인이 사회통합에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구 목적은 발달장애인의 감성요인이 사회통합에 미치는 영향에 관련하여 사회적 농업 참여 활동 매개효과에 관한 연구를 하였다. 연구 분석결과 다음과 같은 결과를 성과로 얻었다. 매개변수 즉 ‘사회적 농업활동’의 「서비스 기대」요인은 ‘사회통합’의 「복지생활」과 관련을 맺을 뿐 다른 4가지와는 관련성이 적은 것으로 나타났다. ‘사회적 농업활동’의 「농업활동 수준」은 「생산적 활동」과 관련을 맺을 뿐 나머지 4가지와는 관련성이 적은 것으로 나타났다. 반면‘사회적 농업활동’의 「이웃과 가정생활」은 「건강」을 제외한 모든 부문 즉 「경제생활」「복지생활」「생산적 활동」「사회적 관계」와 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 발달장애인들에게 「이웃과 가정생활」의 요소는 일반인들과 달리 특별한 의미가 있으며 사회통합을 위한 매개변수로써 사회적 농업이 큰 역할을 할 수 있다는 것을 보여주는 증거가 될 수 있는 것이다. 발달장애인들이 사회적 농업을 직업으로 유의할 만한 변화가 일어나고 있는 것을 보여주는 것이다. 이 점은 발달장애인들의 사회통합을 위한 매개변수로서 사회적 농업이 큰 역할을 할 수 있다는 것을 보여주는 증거가 될 수 있는 것이다. 사회적 농업과 연계하여 지표를 세워 간다면, 새로운 한국적 사회적 농업의 모델을 창조해 나아갈 수 있을 것이라 보며, 이 글은 그 도정에 초석의 하나가 되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of social agriculture participation activities on the influence of emotional factors of people with developmental disabilities on social integration.,The parameter, Service Expectation, of ‘Social Agricultural Activities’, was found to be related to Welfare Life of ‘Social Integration’ but to be less related to the other four. The level of ‘Agricultural Activities’ of ‘Social Agricultural Activities’ was related to Productive Activities, but less related to the other four.,On the other hand, Neighbors and Family Life of ‘social agricultural activities’ was closely related to all sectors except health, economic life, welfare life, productive activity, and social relationship.,The elements of Neighbors and Family Life for the developmental disabled have a special meaning unlike the general public and can be evidence that social agriculture can play a big role as a parameter for social integration.,It shows that developmental disabilities are experiencing changes that can be noted as social agriculture.,This can be evidence that social agriculture can play a big role as a parameter for social integration of people with developmental disabilities.,If we build an indicator in connection with social agriculture, we will be able to create a new model of Korean social agriculture. I hope this article will be one of the cornerstones of the road.

체험교육을 통한 대학생의 장애인식개선 효과 연구

본 연구는 대학생의 일반적인 장애인식에 대해 살펴보고 체험형 장애인식개선교육을 통해 비장애 대학생의 장애인식개선 여부에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 희망나루 프로그램을 통해 얻은 비장애 대학생의 장애 인식개선 효과에 대해 검증한 결과, 참여 대학생의 장애인편의시설에 대한 인식은 사전 사후검사 비교 결과 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었으며 희망나루 장애체험프로그램은 장애인편의시설에 대한 인식개선에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 참여 대학생의 성별, 종교, 주위의 장애인 유무는 장애인에 대한 수용태도와 일반적 인식에는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 장애인편의시설에 대한 인식에는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the general perception of the disabled in college students and to find out whether they improved the disabled awareness in non-disabled college students through hands-on disability awareness education. A review of the effects of improving the perception of disabilities among non-disabled college students through the Hopeful dock disability experience program found that there were significant differences in the perception of the facilities for the handicapped by comparing with the previous post-mortem examination, and the Hope Naru experience program was effective in improving the perception of the facilities for the disabled. It also showed that the gender, religion, and presence of the disabled by participating college students had a negative impact on the acceptance attitude and general perception of the disabled, but it also had a static impact on the perception of the facilities for the disabled.

모(母)의 성격특성과 유아의 기질이 양육행동에 미치는 영향 연구

본 연구에서는 모(母)의 성격특성과 유아의 기질이 양육행동에 미치는 영향 연구에서 사회적지지의 매개 효과를 검증함으로써 양육행동의 요인의 활동방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 첫째, 모의 성격특성이 양육행동에 정(+)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 기질은 양육행동에 정(+)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 모의 성격특성은 사회적지지의 정(+)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 유아의 기질은 사회적지지 정(+)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 다섯째, 사회적지지는 양육행동에 정(+)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 모의 성격특성이 양육행동에 미치는 정(+)에 영향에서 사회적 지지는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 유아의 기질이 양육행동에 미치는 과정에서 사회적지지는 매개효과가 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모의 성격특성에 따른 양육행동이 유아의 기질에 있어 좀 더 폭넓게 규명하고 양육에 필요한 유아상담이나 교육기관에서 올바른 양육행동에 도움이 될 수 있는 부모교육 및 부모 상담에 기초자료를 제공하는데 필요성을 제언하고자 함에 있다. The purpose of this study is to suggest the activity plan of the factors of parenting behavior by verifying the mediating effect of social support in the study of the influence of mother's personality characteristics and temperament on parenting behavior. First, the mother's personality characteristics had a positive effect on parenting behavior. Second, it was confirmed that the temperament of the infant had a positive effect on the parenting behavior. Third, the characteristics of the mother's personality had a positive effect on social support. Fourth, it was confirmed that the temperament of the infant had a positive effect on social support. Fifth, social support had a positive effect on parenting behavior. Sixth, social support had a mediating effect on the positive (+) effect of mother's personality characteristics on parenting behavior. Seventh, social support had a mediating effect on the process of child's temperament on parenting behavior.,Therefore, this study aims to suggest the necessity of providing basic data for parent education and parent counseling that can help the child counseling and the right parenting behavior in the educational institution necessary for the child care by more extensively identifying the parenting behavior according to the mother's personality characteristics in the temperament of the child.

노인복지시설 요양보호사의 직무만족도가 돌봄 서비스 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 요양보호사의 직무만족도가 돌봄 서비스 질에 미치는 영향관계를 검증하고, 정서·심리적 관계형성의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 정서·심리적 관계형성 요인의 활용 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 결과는 직무만족의 하위요인 중 직무전반 요인이 돌봄 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 요양보호사의 정서·심리관계형성의 하위요인인 정서·심리인식, 정서·심리상태 조절, 정서·심리 공감능력은 돌봄 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족의 하위요인인 직무전반이 돌봄 서비스 질에 미치는 영향 관계에서 정서·심리 공감능력이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족의 하위요인인 보상수준이 돌봄 서비스 질에 미치는 영향 관계에서 정서·심리 공감능력이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to propose a plan to utilize the factors of emotional and psychological relationship formation by verifying the effect of job satisfaction of nursing care workers on the quality of care services and verifying the mediating effect of emotional and psychological relationship formation. The results of this study showed that among the sub-factors of job satisfaction, overall job factors influenced the quality of care services, and that the sub-factors of emotional and psychological relationship formation of care helpers. In addition, it was found that emotional and psychological empathy ability had a mediating effect in the relationship between the overall job, which is a sub-factor of job satisfaction, on the quality of care services. In addition, it was found that emotional and psychological empathy ability had a mediating effect in the relationship between the effect of compensation level, a sub-factor of job satisfaction, on the quality of care services.

보육교사의 성격 5요인이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 직무스트레스에 대한 매개효과 연구

본 연구는 보육교사의 성격 5요인이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 보육교사가 직무수행에서 오는 스트레스의 원인을 규명하여 관리 방안을 모색하고 해소하는데 다양한 요인들과 영향력을 확인 직접적 효과를 검증한 결과, 성격 5요인의 하위 요인 모두 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 성격 5요인의 하위 요인 모두 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 직무스트레스의 하위 요인 모두 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 격 5요인의 하위 요인인 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 직무스트레스는 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

보육교사의 직무스트레스가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 보육교사의 직무스트레스가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 심리적 소진이 이루어지는 과정에서 보육교사의 직무스트레스가 심리사회적 성숙성에 미치는 영향과 심리사회적 성숙성이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는 여러 변수들의 영향에 대해 검증한 결과 보육교사의 심리적 소진에 직무스트레스, 심리사회 성숙성이 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 직무스트레스는 심리사회 성숙성을 매개로 하여 심리적 소진에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of childcare teachers' job stress on psychological exhaustion, and to examine the effect of childcare teachers' job stress on psychosocial maturity and the effect of psychosocial maturity on psychological exhaustion in the process of psychological exhaustion. did As a result of examining the influence of various variables that affect psychological burnout, job stress and psychosocial maturity directly affect the psychological burnout of childcare teachers, and job stress affects psychological burnout through psychosocial maturity as a medium. MT-인품재능의 자극어 사용을 통한 유아 행동수정의 효과성에 관한 내러티브 탐구

본 연구는 유아 개개인이 타고난 인품덕목이 무엇인가를 알아보고 내러티브탐구를 활용하여 그 덕목을 자극어로 사용하여 가정과 유아교육기관에서 의미있는 관계자인 주 양육자와 교사가 이름 앞에 넣어 불러 줌으로써 타고난 인품이 더욱 발현되는지와 인성발현의 영향으로 유아기에 나타나는 부정적인 행동의 수정이 이루어지는지 그 효과성에 대해 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 성남시의 S어린이집 만3~ 만5세를 대상으로 유아 10명과 학부모 10명, 그리고 교사 3명이 연구에 참여하였다. 연구를 실시하여 얻은 연구결과는 자극어 사용이 가정에서의 행동 수정에 미치는 영향, 유아교육기관에서의 행동수정에 미치는 영향, 인품발현에 미치는 영향은 모두 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate what individual children are born with and to investigate the effects of narrative inquiry on the improvement of negative behavior in early childhood by using the virtues as a stimulus and calling them in front of the name by the main caregiver and the teacher who are meaningful in the home and early childhood education institutions. For this purpose, 10 children, 10 parents, and 3 teachers participated in the study for 3 to 5 years old at S Nursery School in Seongnam City, Gyeonggi Province.The results of this study showed that the effect of using stimulus words on behavior modification at home, the effect on behavior modification at early childhood education institutions, and the effect on personality expression were all significant.

보육교사의 직무만족이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영성의 매개효과

본 연구는 보육교사의 직무만족이 심리적 안녕감에 영성의 매개효과 연구를 알아보고, 보육교사들에게 심리적 안녕감과 영성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향의 중요성을 인식하고 영유아를 돌봄에 있어 교사로의 역할을 수행함에 교사의 직무만족도를 높여 이직률을 낮추며 행복한 직장생활을 하는데 의의를 두고 연구주제를 설정을 하였다. 직무만족의 변인에서는 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 동료관계는 심리적 안녕감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족의 하위변인 중 급여 만족은 영성에 영향을 미치며 심리적 안녕감에도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 연구결과로 보았을 때 영성은 급여만족과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서만 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 하위변수 중 동료관계는 통계학적으로 유의미하였다. 연구가설에서 직무만족도가 영성에 미치는 영향은 유의미하지 않았다. 다만 영성이 심리적 안녕감에는 영향을 유의미하게 미치는 연구결과를 밝혔다는 점에 의의가 있다. 수정모델의 검정에서는 직무만족의 동료관계는 심리적 안녕감에 영성을 매개로 직무만족도는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study recognized the importance of psychological well-being and the impact of spirituality on child care teachers, recognized the importance of psychological well-being and spirituality on child care, and established a research subject with a significance to lower the turnover rate of teachers and lead happy working lives. The co-relationships that affect job satisfaction have a significant impact on psychological well-being. Among the sub-variates of job satisfaction, research shows that spirituality only plays an intermediary role in the relationship between salary satisfaction and psychological well-being. Among the lower variables, the peer relationship was statistically significant. The impact of task satisfaction on spirituality in the study theory was not significant. However, it is meaningful that spirituality has revealed research results that significantly affect psychological well-being. The test of the revised model showed that the co-relationship between job satisfaction and spirituality has a mediating effect on job satisfaction.

유아교육 교사의교육신념과 실제에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육 교사들의 교육 신념의 경향 및 교육신념과 교육실제간의 차이를 분석해 보고, 교육 신념과 실제간의 갈들의 정도 및 그 원인을 파악해 보는 데 있다. 유아교육 교사들의 교육신념과 교육실제간에는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 변인별로 교육신념과 교육실제의 차이를 분석한 결과 시설 유형별 교육실제간에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 교사의 학력과 경력이 높을수록, 원아수가 적을수록, 정교사일 때 교육신념과 실제간이 차이는 적게 나타났다. 유아교육 교사들은 자신의 교육신념과 실제 교실에서 가르치는 것 사이의 갈등을 실제 분석된 차이보다 높게 인식하였다. 교사가 인식하는 교육신념과 교육실제간의 갈등의 원인은 과중한 업무와 작업, 물리적인 환경 및 재정의 부족, 교사 자신의 능력부족, 과밀한 학급당 원아수, 원장과의 교육관 및 견해 차이 등으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to find out the educational beliefs and practice of teachers in Early Childhood Education. The difference between beliefs and practice is significant. According to the variances, the difference between educational beliefs and practice is analyzed. The difference among the educational practice according to the institutions is significant. The lower teacher-child ratio and the higher teacher’s scholarship and career, the less the difference between educational beliefs and practice. Teacher in Early Childhood Educatuon recognize more excessive than real analyzed difference in the conflicts between educational beliefs and practice. The factors of conflicts between educational beliefs and practice that teachers recognize are overworking, high teacher-child ratio, and poor physical environment and finances etc.

요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 요양보호사의 직무스트레스와 직무소진의 관계에서 직무스트레스, 직무소진, 회복탄력성, 조직몰입 간의 직접적 효과를 살펴보고, 회복탄력성과 조직몰입을 매개로한 간접효과를 살펴보자 하였다. 직접적 효과를 검증한 결과, 직무스트레스는 직무소진에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 회복탄력성과 조직몰입에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 회복탄력성은 직무소진에, 조직몰입은 직무소진에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 회복탄력성은 조직몰입에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 간접적 효과 검증 결과, 회복탄력성이 직무스트레스와 직무소진 간 관계에 있어 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effects of job stress, job burnout, resilience, and organizational commitment in the relationship between job stress and job burnout of nursing carers, and to examine the indirect effects through resilience and organizational commitment. As a result of verifying the direct effect, job stress has a positive effect on job burnout and a negative effect on resilience and organizational commitment. In addition, resilience has a negative effect on job burnout, organizational commitment has a negative effect on job burnout, and resilience has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Indirect effect test results showed that resilience plays a mediating role in the relationship between job stress and burnout.
