Calcium copper titanate (CaCu3Ti4O12, CCTO) particles with three types of particle size (CCTO–i, CCTO–ii, CCTO–iii) areprepared by wet chemical method. And then the dielectric composites based on CCTO particles and Phenol formaldehyderesin (PF) are fabricated by mixing and mould pressing. This paper mainly studies the microstructure and dielectric propertiesof CCTO/PF dielectric composites (CCTO–i, CCTO–ii and CCTO–iii composites). XRD, FTIR and SEM indicate that theCCTO particles are dispersed in the polymer matrix. In addition, the effect of particle size on the dielectric properties ofCCTO/PF composites is also discussed. By comparing the CCTO/PF composites with different particle sizes, it is found thatthe CCTO–i composite has a high maximum dielectric constant and low loss at room temperature of 100 Hz, while the CCTOvolume fraction was 0.5 in the measurement frequency range, which shows a very weak frequency dependence. On this basis,the CCTO–i composite with relatively small particle size has excellent dielectric properties, which may imply that the effectof interface will be changed by smaller particle size.

A new tetrahydroanthracene, 3,6,9-trihydroxy-3,4-dihydroanthracen-1(2H)-one (1), six phenolics, moscatilin (2), gigantol (3), batatasin (4), moscatin (5), 9,10-dihydromoscatin (6), 10-dihydrophenanthrene-2,4,7-triol (7), and a sesquiterpenoid, corchoionoside C (8), together with two sterols β-sitosterol (9) and daucosterol (10), were isolated from the stems of Dendrobium polyanthum. Compounds 1 and 2 were assessed for cytotoxic activity against two human tumor cell lines (A549 and HL-60).

Purpose: To examine the economic effects of logistics under the influence of policies. Research design, data and methodology: This study is the first to use the panel data of 31 provinces and municipalities in China from 2012 to 2021, and use the OLS and DID models to evaluate whether the New Western Land-Sea Corridor (NWLSC) has promoted the economic development of the regions along the corridor. Results: The NWLSC has stimulated local economic growth by promoting the development of transportation, postal, and telecommunications industries along the corridor. Further, considering the locational differences of the regions along the NWLSC, we examined the differences in economic effects between regions along the Yangtze River and those not along the Yangtze River under the background of NWLSC implementation. We found that waterway and airway transport located along the NWLSC and in the Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB) region can significantly promote economic growth. However, for regions located along the NWLSC but not in the YREB region, the impact of roadway, railway, and airway transport in these regions on economic growth is more significant. Conclusions: This study has important reference value on how to use logistics to promote the economic and cross-border commerce development of landlocked countries or regions.

A finite-time fully distributed consensus (FTFDC) control problem is studied for a second-order multiagent system (MAS) with input saturation, limited communication resources and external bounded disturbances. Firstly, to deal with the input saturation characteristics, a second-order auxiliary system is designed to obtain the compensation signal. Secondly, because the leader information can only be obtained by a group of agents connected with the leader, a distributed estimator for each agent is designed to estimate the leader information. Then, to save communication resources, an event trigger condition is designed without continuous communication between agents. Based on the estimator and event trigger condition, a FTFDC controller is designed to realize the finite time fully distributed consensus control of MAS under limited communication resources and external bounded disturbances. Finally, the designed controller is verified by simulation on a multi-spacecraft attitude system model.

This study proposed a 100 kHz, 5V/11V boost converter with an integrated gate driver for a power switching device using recessed E-mode MIS-HFETs. The integrated gate driver consisting of multi-stages DCFL (Direct-Coupled FET Logic) inverters and a buffer stage, has large input swing (up to 10 V) and wide noise margin with gate dielectric, which benefits applications requiring large gate swing without any additional drivers or level shifters. The impact of transistor size on rise times and fall times have been studied. Either buffer stage or larger width of DCFL inverter can reduce rise times from 2.4 μs to less than 0.5 μs at 100 kHz, so the output voltage of boost converter is increased by 10 % at a duty cycle of 0.7. However, large buffer width can result in high gate overshoot and oscillation, indicating careful design to balance switching speed and oscillation.
