Polylactide (PLA) was plasticized with poly(diethylene glycol adipate) (PDEGA). The plasticized PLA was further blended with core-shell structured particles of glycidyl methacrylate-functionalized methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate copolymer (GACR) using a twin-screw extruder, and the extruded samples were blown using the blown thin film technique. Both PDEGA and GACR significantly influenced the physical properties of the films. Compared to neat PLA, the elongation at break and tear strength of the films were significantly improved. The shear yielding induced by cavitation of GACR particles was the major tearing mechanism. GACR could act as a tear resistance modifier for PLA blown films. The spherulite size of the PLA/PDEGA/GACR films decreased with the addition of GACR. The biodegradability of the PLA/PDEGA/GACR films decreased slightly. These findings contributed new knowledge to the additive area and gave important implications for designing and manufacturing polymer packaging materials.

The rifling angle of artillery is an important parameter, and its determination plays a key role in the stability, hit rate, accuracy and service life of artillery. In this study, we propose an optical measurement method for the rifling angle based on angle error correction. The method is based on the principle of geometrical optics imaging, where the rifling on the inner wall of the artillery barrel is imaged on a CCD camera target surface by an optical system. When the measurement system moves in the barrel, the rifling image rotates accordingly. According to the relationship between the rotation angle of the rifling image and the travel distance of the measurement system, different types of rifling equations are established. Solving equations of the rifling angle are deduced according to the definition of the rifling angle. Furthermore, we added an angle error correction function to the method that is based on the theory of dynamic optics. This function can measure and correct the angle error caused by the posture change of the measurement system. Thus, the rifling angle measurement accuracy is effectively improved. Finally, we simulated and analyzed the influence of parameter changes of the measurement system on rifling angle measurement accuracy. The simulation results show that the rifling angle measurement method has high measurement accuracy, and the method can be applied to different types of rifling angle measurements. The method provides the theoretical basis for the development of a high-precision rifling measurement system in the future.
Large-scale pilot test study on bearing capacity of sea-crossing bridge main pier pile foundations

Due to the sea-crossing bridge span is generally large and main pier pile foundations are located in deep water and carry large vertical load, sea-crossing bridge main pier pile foundations bearing mechanism and load deformation characteristics are still vague. Authors studied the vertical bearing properties of sea-crossing bridge main pier pile foundations through pilot load tests. Large tonnage load test of Qingdao Bay Bridge main pier pile program is designed by using per-stressed technique to optimize the design of anchor pile reaction beam system. Test results show that the design is feasible and effective. This method can directly test bearing capacity of main pier pile foundations, and analysis bearing behaviors from test results of sensors which embedded in the pile. Through test study the vertical bearing properties of main pier pile foundation and compared with the generally short pile, author summarized the main pier pile foundations vertical bearing capacity and the main problem of design and construction which need to pay attention, and provide a reliable basis and experience for sea-crossing bridge main pier pile foundations design and construction.
Research on Camouflaged Encryption Scheme Based on Hadamard Matrix and Ghost Imaging Algorithm

A camouflaged encryption scheme based on Hadamard matrix and ghost imaging is proposed. In the process of the encryption, an orthogonal matrix is used as the projection pattern of ghost imaging to improve the definition of the reconstructed images. The ciphertext of the secret image is constrained to the camouflaged image. The key of the camouflaged image is obtained by the method of sparse decomposition by principal component orthogonal basis and the constrained ciphertext. The information of the secret image is hidden into the information of the camouflaged image which can improve the security of the system. In the decryption process, the authorized user needs to extract the key of the secret image according to the obtained random sequences. The real encrypted information can be obtained. Otherwise, the obtained image is the camouflaged image. In order to verify the feasibility, security and robustness of the encryption system, binary images and gray-scale images are selected for simulation and experiment. The results show that the proposed encryption system simplifies the calculation process, and also improves the definition of the reconstructed images and the security of the encryption system.
Research on the Chinese Folk Dress “Wu Du” Bellyband

The bellyband(Refers to the Chinese traditional underwear: 中国传统内衣) with "WuDu" motifs is the unique Chinese folk dress. Snake, centipede, scorpion, gecko, spider, toad (frog) or lizard will be used as motifs on the WuDu bellyband in the folk. We will analyze the WuDu bellyband from the pattern characteristics, modeling and structure, color collocation, manufacturing process and cultural connotation in this paper. Through the study we found that WuDu bellyband is particular in content, the modeling is exaggerated and various, and the color is seemed harmonious and united, embroidered methods and shapes are various. WuDu bellyband was full of wishes of people that hoping their children keep healthy and they can multiply generation by generation. It also express the wisdom and yearning for a better life of the Chinese labor. WuDu bellyband can be considered as the traditional dress which merged the practicality, wish and aesthetic into one.
Risk of Treatment-related Mortality with Sorafenib in Patients with Cancer

Background: Fatal adverse events (FAEs) have been reported with sorafenib, a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor kinase inhibitor (VEGFR TKI). We here performed an up-to-date and detailed meta-analysis to determine the overall risk of FAEs associated with sorafenib. Methods: Databases, including PubMed, Embase and Web of Science, and abstracts presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology annual meetings were searched to identify relevant studies. Eligible studies included randomized controlled trials evaluating sorafenib effects in patients with all malignancies. Summary incidence rates, relative risks (RRs), and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated for FAEs. In addition, subgroup analyses were performed according to tumor type and therapy regimen. Results: 13 trials recruiting 5,546 patients were included in our analysis. The overall incidence of FAEs with sorafenib was 1.99% (95%CI, 0.98-4.02%). Patients treated with sorafenib had a significantly increased risk of FAEs compared with patients treated with control medication, with an RR of 1.77 (95%CI 1.25-2.52, P=0.001). Risk varied with tumour type, but appeared independent of therapy regimen. A significantly increased risk of FAEs was observed in patients with lung cancer (RR 2.26; 95% CI 1.03-4.99; P= 0.043) and renal cancer (RR 1.84; 95% CI 1.15-2.94; P= 0.011). The most common causes of FAEs were hemorrhage (8.6%) and thrombus or embolism (4.9%). Conclusions: It is important for health care practitioners to be aware of the risks of FAEs associated with sorafenib, especially in patients with renal and lung cancer.
