餘昌은 한강유역을 수복하고 가야에 대한 백제의 영향력을 회복하기 위해 554년 관산성 전투를 결행했다. 12월 백제연합군이 관산성의 중요한 子城인 函山城을 함락시키면서 승리가 거의 굳어져 가고 있었다. 하지만 재앙은 생각지도 못한 곳에서 찾아들었다. 승리가 예상되자 아버지 성왕이 餘昌을 위로하기 위해 久陀牟羅塞로 순행하다가 신라군에게 잡혔고, 참수를 당했다. 소문이 퍼지자 백제군은 한강 하류에서 남하해온 신라 新州 김무력 군대에 무너졌다. 餘昌은 倭弓부대의 도움으로 간신히 목숨을 건졌지만 약 3만의 전사자를 낸 관산성 패전의 결과는 바로 나타났다. 554년에서 562년 사이에 가야의 10개국이 차례로 신라에 항복했다. 餘昌은 왜군을 끌어들여 다시 전쟁을 시작한다. 562년 7월 백제와 왜 연합군이 가야지역에 들어갔다. 하지만 신라의 생각지도 못한 白旗欺瞞전술에 걸려 왜군이 격파되고, 백제군도 1,000명의 전사자를 남기고 물러섰다. 그해 9월 백제연합군에 협조한 대가야도 사다함의 기병이 급습하여 도성 성문에 백기를 꽂으면서 완전히 제압당했다. In 554 Baekje Prince Yeochang(餘昌) started fight action to regain Han River. Yamato japan sent military aid to Baekje. Kaya also sent reinforcements. In December the Baekje Allies captured Ham Castle(函山城) in Okcheon Korea. Triumph almost it becomes firm. But disaster was found in places that never thought. Baekje King Seong(聖王) went to the fortress Kutamora(久陀牟羅塞)where Prince Yeochang was staying. The King was a prisoner in a silla army. And he was executed by Wagoner dork(司馬奴 都刀). Such rumors sprayed, Baekje army became dispirited. A new army of Silla came closer, Baekje was defeated. Baekje-Kaya army 30,000 was died. Prince Yeochang would dead without help of the Japanese archers. In 562 Kaya was surrendered to Silla. Baekje King Yeochang restart the war. Baekje-Yamato japan Allies headed to the region. But the Allies were lost in Kaya. Thousnd of Baekje soldier dead. Yamato japan army was deceived by the white flag. Shaking the white flag Silla soldier sent a fake surrender to Allies. Elsewhere the ambushed Silla soldier have attacked the Japanese army. Many japanese soldier were died and taken prisoner. Kaya regions were completely merged into Silla.

Currently government certified test method for an automobile remanufactured products is insufficient. Thus many automotive parts in the remanufacturing market are lacking proper evaluation criteria and production of defective products are causing customer dissatisfaction. In this paper a power steering oil pump, which requires stringent manufacturing standards, is studied by the failure mode and effect analysis approach. The research suggested that the test criteria such as discharge flow characteristic test, tightness test, pulley run-out test, pressure switch operation test, low temperature test and rotation pressure durability test should be performed to evaluate the reliability of remanufactured power steering oil pumps. As a result of tests, the performance of remanufactured power steering oil pump satisfied the evaluation criteria of pressure switch operation test and low temperature test. However, the remanufactured power steering oil pump failed to satisfy the evaluation criteria on discharge performance test, tightness test and pulley run-out test. These performance evaluation tests proved the necessity of standard process for the remanufactured power steering oil pump.

OTEC 설치 예정 해역에 대한 지형 및 지질학적인 자료를 취득하고 분석하였다. 사업대상 해역은 전형적인 환초(atoll)환경에서 형성된 beach-reef / flat-reef / crest-fore reef / reef wall로 이어지는 지질환경 특성을 가지고 있다. beach-reef와 flat-reef의 지형은 소형드론을 통해 자료를 획득하였으며 crest-fore reef와 reef wall은 싱글빔/멀티빔 음향측심기를 통해 취득하였다. flat-reef의 암석시료 채취를 위해 휴대용 드릴을 이용하였다. 수심 자료를 통해 육상형 시스템과 접안형 시스템의 취수구 예정 노선에 대한 지형적 특성을 분석 하였다. Reef wall 구간에서 사태(slide or slump)에 의한 침식면(scar)이 나타나고 취수구가 설치될 예정 수심 1,000 m 주변 해저지형의 경사도는 약 20 ∼ 40° 범위로 조사되었다. 암석 시료의 경우 대부분 산호에 의해 형성된 석회암이 주를 이루고 있다. Topographical and geological data were acquired and analyzed for the OTEC area. The project area has a geological environment that leads to beach-reef / flat-reef / crest-fore reef / reef wall formed in a typical atoll environment. The topography of beach-reef and flat-reef was obtained through a small drone, and crest-fore reef and reef wall were obtained through a single-beam/multi-beam echo sounder. A portable drill was used to collect flat-reef rock samples. The topographical characteristics of the planned intake routes of the land-type system and the berthing system were analyzed using the water depth data. In the In the section of the reef wall, a scar appears due to a slide or slump. The inclination of the seabed topography around 1,000 m of water where the water intake is to be installed was investigated in the range of about 20 to 40°. Most of the rock samples are limestone formed by coral.
7단 자동변속기용 오일 펌프의 재제조 공정기술 개발에 관한 연구

In this study, a remanufacturing process technology that includes a bushing assembly process and a polishing process of gear and housing was developed to restore the performance of used oil pump for a 7-speed automatic transmission. The suitability of this remanufacturing process technology for performance restoration was verified by comparing the volumetric efficiency for two remanufactured oil pumps and two original oil pumps. Based on the results over the five definite range of rpm, the volumetric efficiency of the remanufactured oil pumps was more than 95 % compared to the original oil pumps. Therefore, the suitability of the oil pump remanufacturing process technology developed through this study was verified. It was also found that the remanufactured oil pump was restored to a level equivalent to that of the original oil pump.
